On a sunny morning as usual I started doing my activities in the morning and it didn't feel like it was my fourth day working as CEO. I've prepared myself from yesterday that today I have to hold a meeting with all my employees and I've asked Mas Hendra to announce all employees that today at nine there is an important meeting.
I rushed into the room when I got to the office.
Mas Hendra was ready with some employee data files that I requested. after I entered my room.he explained a little educational background and CV from my employees. It was enough and the time was already showing at nine o'clock.I also moved from my seat and of course followed by Mas Hendra entering the meeting room.
There were already my employees waiting for me.
I started talking after my secretary Mas Hendra gave me a chance to talk.
From I started introducing myself until I asked my employees to introduce themselves in passing.
I also started to convey some important things to be able to advance the company, because I want my employees also have to feel that he is part of this company and every problem that exists.

After I felt that what I said was enough and there were no questions from them I ended the meeting and asked them to return to their respective workspaces.
I returned to my room after a few hours I was in the room.I called Mas Hendra to enter the room.

Hendra was standing near me.
"Can today deliver me to the project ? I want to review some of the projects that exist" I said while looking at the tab in front of me
" O can be happy." she replied.
How many places do you want to visit ? Ask again in a polite tone.
"Yes if it allows just two and then look for the not too far so that we do not go home" replied me again
" Alright then." I'll get ready I'll wait for you in my room".
Not spending much time I was ready and came out of the room to my secretary's room. We also stepped away.
On the way to the location I began to dare to ask a lot of things about Mas Hendra, starting from work and getting to personal things. There was no more awkwardness I felt during the trip.

It didn't feel like it was getting dark when we got back to the office. I also immediately say goodbye to Mas Hendra because my body that already feels very tired and a little sticky requires me to quickly go home to neutralize my body again. Mas Hendra volunteered to drive me home, but I refused subtly because I didn't want to trouble others as much as I could do on my own.
