The Delayed Love

The Delayed Love
Cha's departure to Jogja

Today they had breakfast together in a happy atmosphere. There is no more worry in Mama Cha. So too with Cha. Everything is going perfectly until later.

"Ma, Sika left first yes, Assalamu'alaikum," said Sika say goodbye to school.

"Be careful Sika, Wa'alaikumussalam," his mother replied.

Sika also greeted her brothers. After that, he walked out of the house to school.

Cha returns to his room to tidy up his things and prepare everything he will bring.

As Cha tidies his things, suddenly the door to his room is knocked from the outside.

Tok tok tok, Cha.. Can Brother come in?" ina asked who was standing in front of Cha's room door.

"So brother, not in the key," said Cha from inside his room.

Cha's room door was opened by Ina. Ina who had never approached Cha during her time in Medan, this time she set foot into her sister's room.

"What a big brother bothers" Ina asked.

"Well, what's wrong, brother?" ask Cha back.

"Nothing, Brother wants to talk. What time is Zain here?" ina asked who was sitting on the edge of Cha's bed.

"So Dzuhur he's here. Why sis?" Cha asked again.

"You're really lucky to get Zain. I thought you were the same guy we knew in the square" Ina reminded Cha of the incident in the square.

"Oh, I don't know him very well. It was only acquaintances there and nothing more" replied Cha who did not like to hear it.

"Sister thinks you're going to be with him, because you can see he's very interested in you, '" Ina keeps provoking herself to remember Ghani.'

"Sorry brother, don't talk about other men who have nothing to do with me" Cha said.

"Yes, if so, Brother will return to the room" Ina left Cha's room in annoyance.

Actually Ina came to Cha's room to inquire about the men they were acquainted with back then. He was a little interested in that man. But it turns out that Cha is not close to his friend, so Ina is lazy to continue.

"Why did he leave? Ina's sister came here just to talk about it?" ask Cha.

Ina fell silent before she reached Cha's room door and opened it.

"So don't you just want to know, what time are you leaving? That's it" Ina said a little sternly and of course lied.

"Oh..kirain there's something else to tell you," Cha replies.

Ina doesn't listen to Cha anymore. He came out of Cha's room and left.

Cha is still confused by Ina's arrival.

"What's wrong with him, huh? What made him come here?" bathin Cha while looking at herself in the mirror.

Cha also returned to clean up the items he wanted to bring. After everything was done, he tried to contact Zain. Until heard several calls, but not raised as well.

Cha puts down his phone, hoping Zain will call him back soon.

Cha breaks his body on the bed, trying to calm his mind who keeps thinking about their wedding day.

In the afternoon, Zain came after Dzuhur. He came directly to bring his goods and already did a checkout first before picking up Cha. As well as his parents Zain, they had already returned that day immediately after the family meeting.

"Assalamu'alaikum" said Zain, who was standing at Cha's terrace.

Ina who heard someone say a greeting, immediately walked forward. Then he opened the door of his house and saw the figure of Zain already on the porch of their house.

"Oh you Zain, come in first. Sis call Cha first yes," said Ina who entered the house.

"Cha, it's Zain outside," Ina called.

Cha who heard that Zain was already on the terrace, immediately brought his belongings to the front of the terrace.

"Yes, Mom in the room?" cha asked while carrying his petite travel bag.

"Yes meet, say goodbye to Mama" told Ina.

"Yes, brother" replied Cha.

Cha also approached his mother who was in his room.

"Ma, Cha wants to leave here" called Cha from outside the room.

Then the door of the room opened and the figure of his mother came out with the youngest.

"Has Zain come?" ask Mama.

"Had Ma, he was on the porch" replied Cha.

When Cha talks to his mother, Sika just returned from school. He immediately approached his brother who wanted to return to Jogja.

"Sister....! Why go back to the city?" sika whinek.

"Sister has to finish college so he can work later" Cha replied.

"I'm sure I'll miss you."

"We will gather again in London. Everything will be arranged the same brother Zain."

"Ma, I said yes, before my wedding, I'll be back. Mama doesn't have to worry, everything will go smoothly" Cha assured Mama.

"Yes son, Mama will prepare everything. Hurry back," asked Mama.

Then they all walked to the front porch to take Cha to Jogja.

"Tante, I'm going to take Cha back to Jogja. And about the house in Jogja, later we will buy it with Cha in Jogja. So Auntie does not need to worry," said Zain who gave confidence.

"There's a lot of Zain. Auntie doesn't know how. Aunty is grateful because son Zain understands Cha's condition," his mother replied sincerely.

"If so we go first Aunty, Assalamu'alaikum," said Zain say goodbye.

Cha also did the same thing to say hello and then to greet his mother's hand. Cha also says goodbye to Ina and Sika and the youngest.

"Sister will be back soon, do'ain yes everything went smoothly," said Cha who asked for a do'a from Sika.

"Sika sure do'ain kok kak," replied Sika.

Zain and Cha walked towards the car. Then he went inside. The car leaves Cha's house. Cha waved his hand as a farewell greeting.

Cha cried as the car drove a little away from his house. Sadness of longing for his family, Cha feels it.

"Darling, don't cry. We will soon return to Medan anyway," Zain entertained.

"Yes Zain, it doesn't feel like they have to. It's a pity to see such a Mama, even the youngest from Sika. I want them to gather in Jogja soon," Cha hopes.

"It must be a pity, we will see the right house for Mama and the others" said Zain who is still trying to cheer Cha up.

"Thank you Zain, you are kind and considerate of me" Cha replied.

Then Cha leaned his head on Zain's shoulder while hugging Zain. Cha was no longer feeling awkward or embarrassed. Because they're getting married soon. So Cha doesn't want any distance between them.
