That night Aoyama came out of her apartment wanting to buy something. He plans to go to Kuriyama town to meet his girlfriend.

As he was about to leave instead saw a young man staggering down the street. Aoyama ignored and then put earphones in his ears.

And soon the young man fell on the road. At first Aoyama did not want to care, but because the police in Saporro was very strict he approached the young man to contact his family.

(In Japan, if someone is drunk in a public place, they will be arrested and detained).

"Hey, are you drunk? At least call your family if you're drunk." Aoyama said, kicking the young man's body.

Because he feels disgusted if his hands touch people who smell alcohol. Shortly afterwards he saw the young man move and turn around.

How shocked Aoyama was to see that young man was Ren. Aoyama immediately called an ambulance and went to the hospital.

"I'm just exhausted. But a good friend took care of me." said Hinana then removed the old curtains and replaced the new ones.

"Ren kun?" Hinana said and scrunched her forehead.

"Yes. He came late for making you food. The doctor said you were tired and eating irregularly. But Ren just told me and told me to keep it a secret from my friends." Arumi recounts all of Ren's treatment of Hinana.

"Hinana, are you okay." Ren is shocked to see Hinana sleeping on the floor with the computer still on. He immediately approached her.

"Hinana wake up, you have a fever. Hinana." Call Ren many times but Hinana is not conscious.

Ren holds Hinana to his room and calls Seto's doctor to check on Hinana.

Because it's impossible for Ren to carry Hinana to the parking lot. He did not want to be reckless and his disease relapsed again.

"So what about him, Sensei?" ask Dr. Ren.

"High fever due to fatigue and irregular eating. I'll give him some medicine, let him get enough rest." Seto sensesi replies and gives Ren some medicine.

"Good (good)."

"Oh yeah Ren make sure he takes his medicine and after that make sure to eat regularly."

"Good, Arigatou Sensei."

"Is he your girlfriend?" seto asked as Ren led him to the door.

"I'm committed to not dating anyone. I'll be dead soon, so I've prepared myself." Ren answered a question from Seto then lowered his head.

"But you like it, right?. All right, Ren, I'm leaving first, and don't forget your three-day schedule, check up."

"Good."

After the departure of doctor Seto, he approached Hinana who was sleeping. Slowly Ren grasped Hinana's hand and stroked her gently.

"What Seto sensei says is right, I love you so much. So I want to protect you, so you don't get hurt when I die. Being by your side does make me happy, but I'm aware of the time I have." Ren said slowly so as not to wake Hinana up.

Ren accidentally put the medicine on the table next to the bed, not far from Hinana's phone. Then Ren made Hinana breakfast as Dr. Seto said.

"Gomenn I'm late." replied Ren and immediately struggled on his pink cloth.

"Didn't you leave the house at 7 a.m?" Shota throws a question at Ren.

"I-iya, because u-other affairs." Ren answered looking for a reason.

"Oh." said Shota then again cut the cloth.

"Are you from anywhere?" arumi asked as she measured the cloth on the mannequin with Ren.

"I took care of Hinana for a while she was sick."

"What why didn't you say?" Said Arumi who was almost shouting.

"Sst, lower your voice. I don't want them to think anything of me and Hinana." Ren explained and hinted at the index finger on his lips.

"All right, I understand. But how is it now?" asked Arumi whispering.

"He was resting, there was a doctor who examined him."

"Everything, Hinana can't come because of illness." Shouted Arumi to his friends. While Ren scratches his head that does not itch, it feels like he kicked Arumi who can not keep a secret.

"really?" Ask Tsubaki.

"Where do you know." Aoyama asked too.

"He sent me a message." Reply Arumi origin then continue his work.

(Back to today)

"It looks like Hinana's lucky to have such a considerate Boss." Said Sawako and hit Hinana on the shoulder.

"Ohayou, Ren's friends didn't come today because they're in the hospital." Said Tsubaki who just came and dismantled the contents of the bag.

"Tsubaki wait a minute don't bother messing up." Arumi is upset that she just cleaned up the room and now Tsubaki just messed it up.

"Is Ren sick again?" ask Hinana.

"No, he just went through a chek up as usual. Why?"

"Ah no." Answer Hinana. Still can't believe what Arumi said, because Hinana thinks Aoyama took care of her yesterday. The prescription medicine is also from the hospital where Aoyama works, so it is not wrong if Hinana thinks Aoyama. Hinana's phone rang and got a message from Aoyama.

After reading Aoyama's last message, Hinana's heart was shaken. Because Ren asked Aoyama to be nice to him. If Ren cares so much about her why she told Hinana to forget about dating her.
