“You said you were invited to dinner with Mr. Wilder?” Maria looked at Zoey with a look that seemed to be in disbelief at what she had just said. “Then why are you here now?!” Maria suddenly increased the volume of her voice.

“I can not stand the situation that is too awward..after all you want to tell me to go home is not it?” Zoey turned her eyes away from Maria and hesitated to answer.

“What are you doing stupid?! You can finally have dinner with the man you like so much, but why did you make me an excuse not to eat with him?!” Maria tries to hold back her anger at Zoey.

“That's because you called me! Why are you suddenly calling me anyway?! Usually you very rarely pick up my phone or reply to my message!” Zoey doesn't want to accept that the reason she didn't eat dinner with Adriel is her fault. “It was my fault but you don't have to say it so clearly, right?! And I really felt guilty when I saw Mr.'s expression. Wilder who looks so disappointed when I don't have dinner with him!” Zoey screamed in her own head.

“I called you because the stock of canned beer in the refrigerator has stayed a little and I want to tell you to buy it because I was so lazy to go out.” Maria said with ease.

“Only that…? You called me just for something like that.?” Zoey put on an expression that seemed to not believe the reason for calling her.

“Iya.” Mary answered briefly.

Tests 

Suddenly tears fell from both of Zoey's eyes. “Stupid basis!” Shouted Zoey very loudly while crying. “I should still go to dinner with him even though I didn't like the situation back then!” Zoey is very sorry because she has made an excuse so they do not have dinner together.

“Zoey..” Call Maria hesitantly when they are ready to go to work.

“Are you sure you want to go in such a state? I can ask permission for you.” Maria tries to pay more attention to the condition of her best friend.

“Better you do not have to pretend like that.” Zoey looked at Maria with a disgusted look.

“Terupon you..” Maria suddenly thought of an idea that she thought was very good. “Forget what I just said and let's get to work soon.” Maria smiled faintly at Zoey.

“A-What's wrong with you? Why are you smiling like that.?” Zoey looked a little scared as she looked at Maria who was smiling nosily at her.

“No. There is nothing.” Maria immediately walked to the exit of their room still with her nosy smile. “Hehehe, if Mr. Wilder really liked Zoey, I was curious what kind of expression she would put on when she saw Zoey's puffy eyes like that hehehe.” 

“Maria... you look really scary... what are you planning..?” Zoey walked up to Maria hesitantly.

“You need not worry, I was just betting with myself what expression that person will show hehehe.” Maria laughed wickedly while imagining some of the expressions Adriel would show when she saw Zoey's swollen eyes.

“You are really scary.” Zoey did not dare to walk near Maria when she saw him laughing wickedly like that along the way they headed to their office.

As the two of them reached the front of their office, Maria looked towards Zoey with an expression that showed that she trusted him deeply and gave her thumbs up to him. 

“Actually what happened to you?” Zoey looks very confused by Maria's attitude, but Maria does not answer Zoey and goes straight inside and Zoey can only follow her with resignation.
