“Hei! Look at our CEO who's walking that. AHH! How can one be born perfect like that?!” Shouted Zoey Everleigh from her desk as she watched the CEO of their company pass by where they worked.

“Shh! Don't scream like that! What if it sounds by him and you get fired from this company?!” Zoey's best friend Maria Parker tries to appease her friend who looks very excited when she sees their CEO walking in front of them.

“At that time I will give up my duties to supervise CEO Adriel Wilder to you.” Zoey gave her thumbs up to Maria.

“Better you guys reduce talking while working, understand?” Adriel looked towards Zoey with a very cold gaze.

“We understand!” Zoey and Maria answered Adriel together in a frightened voice.

After they answered, Adriel immediately walked away from their desk and headed to her room.

When he saw Adriel who had disappeared from their sight. Zoey and Maria simultaneously exhaled a sigh of relief. “Just look when I get home from work, I'll strangle your neck it.” Maria said while looking at Zoey with a look that seemed to want to kill her.

Time passed and all the employees in the company were getting ready to go home. After she finished getting ready, Zoey stood up from her chair and walked to her side which was Maria's desk.

“Maria! I-i'm sorry! As an apology I will treat you to a meal, how?” Zoey seemed to feel guilty for what she did.

“Hah... Alright, treat me to my favorite pizza and beer only.” Said Maria who was still busy tidying up her things.

“That's all? Don't you want to eat at a restaurant?” Zoey looks in disbelief as her best friend prefers to eat pizza and beer in their apartment alone.

“Do not joke. Do you think you have so much money to buy me food in places like that?” Maria looked at her best friend's face with slight annoyance.

“Sorry..I'll buy you your favorite pizza and beer, but don't be angry again ya.” Zoey looked at Maria with a pleading gaze.

“Hah... well, I'll catch up with you later.” Maria could not avoid Zoey's pleading gaze.

“Okay, I'll go home first and buy you your favorite pizza and beer!” Zoey looks happy when Maria wants to forgive her. He immediately ran to the elevator with a smile on his face.

“Do not run like or you will trip!” Maria screamed at Zoey who was running towards the elevator, but Zoey ignored Maria's words and ran to the elevator anyway.

After arriving at the elevator, Zoey immediately pressed a button to close the elevator door and pressed the first floor button. When Zoey reached the first floor, she immediately ran out of the elevator.
