Two Choices.

"What's wrong? I told you not to bother me." Vanessa said when she got a phone call that she thought was Max.

"Boss, it's me." Said the caller who turned out to be one of his men. Vanessa took her cell phone away for a moment and saw the name of her men listed as the caller.

"What's wrong? If it's not important, you better not disturb." Said Vanessa relaxed yet ketus.

"It's about your man that's the boss. He's already got that woman." Vanessa's men delivered her report.

"Oh my goodness, that crazy guy. I have to how else to make him aware." Vanessa's grouse makes her men chuckle.

"Yes, while I think of ways you'd better keep an eye on him. Report if anything suspicious." Vanessa's word to her men.

"Good boss." Answer the men. The call ended.

"Look at. Don't call me Vanessa if I can't make her sober up and bend her knees at me. I'd better see Rex first to check on him." Vanessa Gerricks. He rushed out of his study to get to his car.

In the middle of the road he stopped because he passed Shen.

"Shen, give me the contact of your friend surnamed Lu." Pinta Vanessa while thrusting her palm as if she was asking for something.

"Raymond's? What's for?" asked Shen curiously.

"Hurry up or it'll be too late." Vanessa said firmly, her face serious without any joking impression. Shen doesn't know that Vivian is being held captive by Max.

"Here, you keep it to yourself." Shen gives her phone which displays Raymond's contacts on her screen.

"Thank you." Vanessa returns Shen's phone after she finishes saving Raymond's contact. He hurried to continue his steps.

"Hey, where are you going?" Shen shouted asking Vanessa but there was no answer.

"Freak woman." Inner Shen.

Soon Vanessa drives her car to Max's house, which she lives with Rex, where she also uses to hold Rex. Once there, he entered without waiting.

"Rex, how are you?" ask Vanessa who's been standing in front of Rex. Rex was sitting on his bed reading a book.

"Hi Vanes, I've had better." Rex smiled. Rex did not lie, the appearance of his face that was fresher and his body that did not have a new scar anymore.

"Is your crazy brother still torturing you?" vanessa asked while checking on Rex.

"He's crazy, but you love him." Rex chuckled mocking Vanessa.

"You're this." Vanessa growled and pinched Rex's arm until it was red.

"Auww sick Vanes. You're a girl but your nature is very rude." Rex again taunted his friend.

"I seriously asked." Ketus Vanessa's.

"Since you came that day and he passed you. He's not torturing me anymore." Rex explained seriously.

"Did he come home often?" ask Vanessa again.

"No. He rarely comes home. It's just that sometimes James comes to deliver medicine or food to me." Rex explained. Vanessa just nodded.

"What's up, Vanes, do you know anything?" tanya Rex worried.

"No." Vanessa said briefly and lied.

"Take your last prescription, after which you won't have to take any more medicine." Vanessa said, then she turned around and was about to leave. Rex stopped his steps.

"I love her. More than anything. Even if he doesn't love me, I will still love him. I'm not gonna force it." Vanessa answered from the heart. He stood his back to Rex.

"What makes you love her so much?" ask Rex curiously. He had just this time seen a woman who loved her brother so sincerely. Even the late Joyce was not like that.

"I can't answer this. I just know I love her. I just want to take her out of the darkness she built herself." Vanessa is back.

"Alright Vanes. If you need help, let me know immediately. We are the same people who want him out of the dark net." Rex vibrancy.

"I don't need your help weak." Said Vanessa, she now turned her body to face Rex and smiled mockingly. They are already familiar with each other.

"I'm not weak. I just wanted to help her realize that even if it cost me my life. He is my brother, the only treasure that matters most in my life. Other than him I don't have anyone else." Rex said. He reveals all his heart.

"Well, I have to go now." Vanessa then stepped out. Again in front of the door he passed by Max who had heard all their talk.

Max stared at her with a difficult look. Not the sharp or murderous gaze he had been showing all along. Vanessa doesn't want to get dizzy. He should be able to bring Max back at all costs. He steps in immediately but his hand is held by Max. Max pulls her back so they stand face to face.

"I miss you Vanessa." Max sounded sad.

Vanessa doesn't want to answer even though she misses Max more. Max wanted to hug her, but she quickly backed away from Max's embrace.

"Enough Max. I'm sick of all this. Let go of all your obsessions and you'll have me as whole. Or you'll live with your obsession for as long as it lasts and I'll never know you again." Vanessa. He no longer wanted to approach Max in a gentle way. He must be strong and firm now.

"But Vanessa I just ... " Max's voice again tried to approach Vanessa, but Vanessa again dodged and cut off her conversation.

"You just have to choose. Want to have me and my love or your crazy obsession." Vanessa points her index finger at Max's face. He soon left Max.

Max crouched his head with both of his hands behind his neck. He doesn't know which one to choose. Rex who saw it all could only shake his head and sigh roughly.

"Master, Lord Harley is back." Said Sion who was passing by Harley outside the mansion. He was now picking up the weak Harley.

"Dad." Said Raymond running and grabbing Harley in his arms.

"Dad, are you okay?" raymond asked anxiously as he examined his father's body, afraid that anyone would get hurt.

"Dad's fine, son. Don't worry." Harley. Raymond then asked his father to sit on the sofa.

"Ray, save your wife. He's innocent in this. Max's set it all up and set it up. You know he went to see Max because he wanted to save Dad, but instead he was framed by Max until he collapsed. Max then forcibly fucks her and threatens Vivian to make it look like she wants her too." Harley told the truth to her son. Harley knew it all from James. James couldn't do much to help them, but at least he didn't cover up the truth.

Raymond was silent to his father's words. His heart was momentarily broken hearing the story about his wife. Only to help her save her father is she willing to meet Max and eventually suffer at Max's hands.

"What should I do?" Raymond's mind in the heart.

"Your wife is not like your mother Ray. Your wife is a good woman. Don't let you regret this misunderstanding." Harley again advised her son.
