Extra Chapter ROL 6 - Root Problems

It has been a month since Axnes and Raiyan's big fight that finally made Raiyan admit his mistake and made Axnes ask to be divorced.

Axnes has been allowed to go home from the hospital but still can only sit in a wheelchair without being able to walk as before.

Axnes is taken home by Vivian and Raymond to their home and they bring a special nurse to monitor Axnes' condition and help Axnes to train the hip muscles to his legs.

They still did not give up fighting for Axnes' recovery even though doctors said the chances were small.

Raiyan also did not give up the struggle to apologize from his wife even though it always ended with a divorce from Axnes' mouth.

Axnes of course was very disappointed by the actions of her husband who was not only disappointing but also seemed to demean herself as a woman.

Raiyan this time felt he had lost his mind to persuade Axnes, until finally he invited his two friends Vion and Dero to gather at a bar.

Vynshen was not invited because his misunderstanding of the day had not been resolved.

"Rai, stop! Let's go home." Invite Vion who was careless to see his best friend was very drunk but still reckless to drink in front of them.

Vion and Dero even drank just one glass and the rest of their time was spent hearing every rant from Raiyan's mouth.

"Give me a solution to get my wife's trust back! You know, I can't live without him." Raiyan was drunk.

"Good, my mouth hurts so much if I have to repeat the same sentence." Gerrutu Dero was upset.

"I told Rai, you have to stop your cooperation with that woman. Then maybe Axnes will start trusting you again." Said Dero annoyed and pressed every word.

"I could lose big if so." Raiyan rejected the proposal from Dero.

"Attent." Said Dero moving his phone a sign of an incoming call.

Dero immediately pulled over and answered the call.

Fifteen minutes later, Dero joined his two best friends.

"I need a solution." Pinta Raiyan again and did not stop drinking in front of him.

"I would love to break his head if he wasn't my best friend. That way his problems will be solved just like that and our problems will also be solved." Vion's grouse on Dero.

"I also want to pull out his tongue so he doesn't have to talk anymore." Dero.

"Hey, don't gossip!" Shouted Raiyan annoyed.

"As far as you are, Rai. Whatever you want to say, it's up to you." Dero grunted in annoyance.

Because from earlier they gave this solution and that to Raiyan, but there is only a reason Raiyan to reject the solution they provide.

"Why are you so useless friends?" Maki Raiyan pointed at his two best friends.

Vion ignited emotions and immediately grabbed Raiyan's collar and pulled Raiyan down from his seat.

BUGH

One tonjokan floated on Raiyan's face given Vion.

"You call us useless? Then what's for you as a husband besides hurting the woman who loves you so much?" Vion asked furiously while the Bar visitor was already scattering out avoiding the fight.

Raiyan did not reciprocate Vion's treatment at all.

"Do you love my wife?" Tanya Raiyan accused.

BUGH

"I don't have to love my best friend's wife to respect a woman. I have never been in a serious relationship with someone. That's because we like them equally. But if I find the right woman and decide to get married, then I'm ready to live with one woman until the end of my life. Marriage is a consequence, stupid. You should be able to leave all the comfort and enjoyment of your single life to appreciate a woman you call a wife. Marriage is not just for making offspring. But there's a lot of meaningful things you can take away as long as you get that marriage right." Vion speech at length.

"Are you married? So you're lecturing me like you know more about marriage than I do?" Raiyan's question pushed Vion.

Vion grabbed his own hair. It feels crazy to talk to people who are not sane at this time.

"Ak is not married. But my parents, your parents, and even our parents are all living proof of all that I said." Vion said.

"The bottom line is that you have to be willing to root out your current problems. If you can decide not to get involved in your father's mafia group again to keep your little family out of harm's way, then why don't you just want to break up with the woman you know is exactly at the root of your domestic problems? You think about loss? Now I ask you, which is more valuable? Your wife and your little family or that partnership?" Asked Vynshen who had just come for information when he contacted Dero earlier

Raiyan was listening to Vynshen.

"Conscious Rai! Your household problems are already too serious. There are only two roads ahead of you. Divorce Axnes and you're either ruined by regret later or you take the root of all your troubles and you fight back to earn your wife's trust again. Why do you think Axnes is so hard to forgive you? Because you don't understand what he wants. You'd rather have a business and a treasure that you can obviously look for again next time than a woman who loves you who if you're gone then she'll never turn around again." Vynshen said again.

"Now it's up to you Rai. You want to keep fighting to maintain your household or you keep your business and get ready for the destruction of your household. Just pick!" Vynshen said casually and came back out of the bar leaving his three best friends.

"Just take care of it. Your house is next door." Vion said to Dero and immediately went out to catch up with Vynshen.

"Hey, it can't be fair. I'm tired of his behavior too. Can't one of you take care of it? Why always me? Hey.hey.." Shouted Dero growled.

Inevitably, Dero finally memapah Raiyan to get into his car because earlier he had indeed come with Raiyan.

Dero drove his car at high speed. Upset, bete, bored everything mixed together in his heart.

"Axnes, please don't say that!" Pinta Raiyan raved indistinctly.

"I want a divorce Rai! I've found a man better than you!" Dero's voice mimicked that of a woman. Dero chuckles to himself.

"Don't Axnes! I beg. I promise I'll cut off my cooperation with them. But please don't ask for a divorce from me!" Pinta Raiyan again.

They have reached their homes.

Dero gets Raiyan out of his car and takes Raiyan into his room and Axnes. Raiyan and Axnes remain roommates due to Raiyan's compulsion.

Dero opened the door slowly, but Axnes was still conscious and sitting on his bed.

Axnes was aghast when he saw someone open the door of his room.

"Axnes, are you cured?" Dero asked sparkling when he saw Axnes was able to stand up straight without the help of a crutch.

"I recovered from a week ago." Axnes replied coldly.

"Thank God. He's drunk really." Said Dero put Raiyan on the sofa of his room.

"You just calm down. I'm not gonna tell anyone about this." Said Dero about to get out of his friend's room but he paused his intention for a moment.

"Axnes, think clearly about the divorce you want. I'm not defending anyone on this, but think of your very young son. He needs you, needs a complete family. Raiyan is guilty but that doesn't mean he can't change. And I'm sorry for being so lazy to go into your room without your permission." Said Dero straight back out his feet leaving his best friend's room.

After Dero's death, Axnes looked at her husband with a difficult gaze to interpret.

"Should I trust you and forgive you?" Inner Axnes was sad.
