"Axnes, when are you going back to Japan?" Raiyan asked nervously.

I don't know but from earlier it felt very awkward to be close to Axnes.

"It should be tomorrow but since there's still a bit of business, so it's back two more days." Axnes sipped his drink.

"Lt.ini." Raiyan grabbed a scroll that he had been carrying on Axnes since when.

Axnes grabbed the scroll and opened it slowly.

"Work contract?" Axnes asked confusedly.

"I want you to join my agency that I started with my best friend." Pinta Raiyan's.

"But this?" Axnes was flabbergasted by all the offers written in the contract which was actually very profitable for Axnes.

"I'm not gonna force you. But I was hoping you could approve." Raiyan said expectantly.

"Can I think of her? Actually I also got an offer from another agency." Axnes was honest.

"No problem. I'll be waiting for you. I mean wait for your decision." Raiyan.

Raiyan was really feeling an incredible nervousness. Several times he rubbed the sweat on his palms on his pants. It did not look like a cold and flat Raiyan.

"Thank you Rai." Axnes now mentions the short name Raiyan.

Raiyan immediately sipped his drink without using a straw.

"You why Rai?" Axnes asked worriedly.

"No. I'm a little hot." Raiyan smiled stiffly.

I want Raiyan to jump into the sea. His feelings are mixed. Amazed at seeing Axnes smile, happy to hear Axnes calling his short name, and ah of course the grudge he wants to avenge is still ringing in his mind.

"Axnes, can I ask you something a little privacy?" Ask Raiyan.

"If I could answer her." Axnes replied briefly.

"Have you had a lover and what is your relationship with Vynshen?" Raiyan asked in one breath.

Axnes chuckled at Raiyan's behavior.

"For lovers, so far I haven't thought of her and for Vynshen, we're just friends." Axnes answered honestly then sipped his drink back.

Axnes is nervous too.

"Thank God." Raiyan muttered but Axnes could still hear him.

"You're funny Rai." Inner Axnes.

They continued to eat their food without talking. Still feels awkward.

After they finished eating and Raiyan paid the bill, they left the restaurant.

"Axnes, you wanna walk for a second?" Raiyan asked as he pointed at the park not far from where they were currently.

Axnes nodded.

They began to set foot into the park, not too far away so they just walked.

"Axnes, why are you so interested in modeling?" Tanya Raiyan is stale.

It is uncomfortable to walk in silence.

"I don't know either. But from childhood every time you come with Papa and Mama watching television, I always whine to watch the show that many beautiful girls and beautiful clothes." Axnes replied chuckling, feeling funny with his childhood.

Raiyan nodded in understanding.

"If you?" Ask Axnes origin.

"I'm more interested in doing business. And also I hope my Papa to continue his efforts. My sister is not interested in business, is more interested in the art world." Raiyan luwes.

It feels good to be like this with Axnes.

They then sat on one of the empty park benches. They sit a little far apart.

"They love each other very much. They went through so much that they were finally together. Especially Papa. Papa had once deliberately hurt a woman who was also the adopted child of her superior. Papa did not accept that the woman chose to marry another man. Until in the end my mother managed to wake up and change Papa. My father to this day still feels guilty even though Papa and the woman's family have made peace. Papa is afraid that one day I will get karma for what he did first. I'd love to be able to meet that woman and apologize once again to her and her family." Long Axnes said, his tears also dripping.

Axnes looked down sad.

Max and Vanessa did choose to tell Axnes all about their past.

Raiyan became unbearable when he saw Axnes grieving.

He sat a little closer to Axnes and hugged Axnes.

"I'm sure the woman's family must have forgiven your Papa." Raiyan said spontaneously.

She doesn't even know if she forgave Max or not.

"There is no need to be sad. Isn't that just the past?" Raiyan let go of his embrace and cupped Axnes face with one hand and one more hand wiped away Axnes tears.

Once again Raiyan was quipped by his own words.

"Thank you Rai." Axnes sincerely stared deeply at Raiyan's sharp eyes.

Raiyan's heart was pounding.

"Then what about your family?" Axnes asked curiously considering Vynshen once said Raiyan was warm to his family and his closest people.

"Hem, my Mom and Dad love each other too. They are also not easy to get to what they are now. There are a lot of things that they go through, especially Mama. But Mama's a strong woman, and Papa's always there for her." Raiyan said.

It didn't feel ready to tell more, let alone to tell Axnes about their parents' interrelated stories.

"I'm sure your mother must be a gentle and considerate woman." Axnes said sparklingly.

"Your mother didn't?" Tanya Raiyan was astonished.

"My mom was just considerate and gentle to me. But not to Papa. Papa always submits to Mama, said Papa because Papa loves Mama so much." Axnes chuckles.

"You're beautiful." Raiyan spontaneously praised Axnes.

Axnes's face blushed, his heart pounding.

"Axnes, can we be friends? I mean friends are more familiar." Pinta Raiyan's.

Axnes seemed to think for a moment.

"Papa actually forbade me to be close to just any man. But I think you're a good guy, so of course we can be friends." Axnes said cheerfully.

"really?" Raiyan asked sparkling.

"Ep. I'm also friends with Vynshen so it doesn't matter to you either." Axnes said.

"Not that kind of friend I mean Axnes." Raiyan.

"Axnes, it looks like we're forced to go home. It's already night time. I don't want you to be the main topic in the newspaper because you're out with me." Raiyan teased Axnes.

"I'm not that famous." Axnes said relax.

"Come on." Raiyan stood up and extended his hand at Axnes.

Axnes was a little surprised, but he welcomed Raiyan's hand with a smile.

They passed from the park with Raiyan holding Axnes' hand. They are just as comfortable.

After being in the car, Raiyan drove his car back to the hotel where Axnes was staying.

"Axnes, I hope you can consider my contract offer. If I can I really hope you agree to sign it." Pinta Raiyan is hopeful.

"I'll definitely consider it. The offer was very profitable for me." Axnes joked little, but she was also not a mad woman of treasure.

"Don't look at Axnes' offer, but look who offered." Raiyan again teases Axnes.

"You're this." Axnes instead boldly pinched Raiyan's cheek.

"Yes, I'm down first. It's been up there but it's fun in the car." Axnes panted while grumbling.

"Yes already. Take care." Raiyan said as Axnes was about to descend.

"See you soon Rai." Axnes then waved his hand and immediately walked into the hotel lobby.

Raiyan smiled and drove his car away from the place.

"Do I really have to forget my original purpose of approaching her?" Raiyan asked himself.
