EP 7 - Rejection

"Look, he's so handsome." Raymond inexhaustibly praised Raiyan his little son who was in his arms. Vivian sat on the bed.

"really. He's as handsome as you." Vivian replied not forgetting to praise the source of her son's good looks.

It's been a week since Vivian gave birth. He also returned to his home and was fresher.

Raymond just rolled his lazy both eyes hearing his father's taunts.

"Wah Ray, look at Raiyan smiling at Dad." Harley was excited when she saw her granddaughter smile.

"Well, you're right." Raymond confirmed his father's words and Vivian only smiled happily.

He never thought after everything he passed, there was finally happiness in his life.

"Ah oh my goodness. Baby Rai, this is Aunt Dream." Said Dream who ran over to Raiyan who was in a Harley sling.

Jiro, Sion, Vio, Shen, and Ivy followed closely behind.

"Congratulations Vi, you've become a mother." Said Shen handing over the gift he and Ivy had brought.

"Thank you Shen. You guys follow suit." Vivian received a gift from Shen with a smile.

"Haha just calm down. You know I didn't stop making it. Every night can be repeated." Shen said proudly.

"Aw.sick baby." Shen groaned as his wife pinched his stomach.

"Congratulations Miss Vivian." Now it's Zion and Vio's turn to hand over the gift to Vivian.

"thank you. You guys just call me Vivian. And soon to follow." Vivian.

Sion and Vio just smiled sweetly, unlike Shen who had no set button on his speech.

"Send them to come in and join us." Raymond.

"Good sir." The waiter tells Max and Vanessa who are waiting downstairs.

"Great master, let me hold Raiyan." Pinta Dream, and slowly Harley handed the tiny baby to Dream.

"Ah so funny and also handsome. Vio, Ivy look at this." Dream invites Vio and Ivy to join.

Vio and Ivy are still a little awkward because they haven't known them for long.

"You're right Dream. He's so handsome and funny." Ivy opened the voice.

"Hopefully if later we have children, our children can be good friends with young Master Raiyan." Vio.

Vio is just like Zion, how Zion calls Raymond and Vivian he will follow.

"Hi." Said Max who just came in and joined.

"Dad." Max greets Harley and hugs her, followed by Vanessa.

"Oh yeah, this is for you. Hope you like it." Said Vanessa handing a small gift to Vivian.

"What's this?" Vivian asked curiously.

"You open it." Vanessa smiled.

"It's so beautiful." Vivian said when she saw the contents of her gift turned out to be a diamond pendant in the shape of the letter R.

"You can wear it to Raiyan if he grows up. It suits men too." Vanessa.

"Thank you, Vanessa." Vivian then spread her arms and Vanessa greeted with a hug.

After leaving, Vanessa walked up to the three women who were busy with the tiny baby.

"So what are your plans after this?" Raymond asked Max.

He begins to build a slightly better relationship with Max and tries to forget the grudges between them, after Vivian forgives Max's mistakes.

"Me and Vanessa are going back to Japan and settling there." Max.

"Eum.." Raymond replied briefly while nodding.

"Max, how's Rex doing? I haven't heard of him in a long time." Vivian asks about Rex, the man who was once willing to battered to help her run even though she failed.

"He is now living in America. He said he was tired of seeing my face, especially if he saw me both with my wife. He'll be so jealous." Max's blunt speech made Vivian chuckle.

"Make her get married so that she doesn't have to be jealous of you anymore." Vivian.

"I told her too. But you know his taste is too high. He wants a wife who shaped like a famous model model in the western state there. Maybe he decided to go to America." Max was honest.

"There's just one." Vivian shook her head slowly.

They continued their little chat.

"May I try carrying Raiyan?" Vanessa asked doubtfully.

"Of course." Dream spirit then handed Raiyan heartily to Vanessa.

"It's funny." Vanessa gnash.

Raiyan smiled displaying a row of his gums that were still toothless. Either smile at hearing Vanessa's praise or smile at being surrounded by beautiful women.

Vanessa held Raiyan up to Max, followed by the three women behind her.

"Darling, look Raiyan is so funny, and he's smiling from earlier." Vanessa showed Raiyan to Max.

"You're right. Here let me hold her. I want to be a father soon." Max asks Raiyan from Vanessa's sling.

While in Max's arms, Raiyan's smile instantly disappeared.

Oek oek oek

Suddenly Raiyan cried hysterically.

"He doesn't like you, baby." Vanessa then grabbed Raiyan back.

Tangis Raiyan instantly came to a halt.

"Try it again." Pinta Max again grabbed Raiyan in his sling. And sure enough, Raiyan again cried hysterically.

Immediately Max returns it to Vivian.

"He rejected me." Inner Max.

"Even babies know you're a bad guy." Inner Zion.

"Sense. That's a sign Raiyan knows your crimes were against his mother." Now Jiro is the one who is.

Raiyan was instantly silent and was instead fast asleep when Vivian calmed her down.

"Of course, no need to make a fuss. Maybe Raiyan was tired from waking up." Harley's words melted the atmosphere.

"We better go down. We'll have dinner together tonight." Timpal Harley again as he stepped.

"You guys go first. I'll catch up with Vivian." Raymond.

They left Raymond Vivian's room one by one and went down.
