I'm Not a Bet
Other Side

Arindi kept driving her car, she was speeding. It is still dominated by emotion. The red light in front makes him stop his car suddenly lucky when the road is not too crowded.

He took a deep breath and slowly threw it away trying to control his emotions. He still remembered there were things he had to do right now with the other BEM members. If he indulges his emotions then he can destroy everything, after all he is not an unprofessional.

After feeling a little calm, he contacted Anggi, another BEM member, because he left in a hurry earlier he did not have time to ask the gathering point on Tristan. After getting the address, Arindi also drove her car there.

Arriving there, in a multi-purpose building, everyone was busy loading goods into the car. There are already Anggi, Rendy, Andrew, Rangga, and two other members. He came closer and wanted to help.

"Eh Rin, you alone?" ask Rendy.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Where's tristan? I didn't pick up the phone earlier."

"Now also, where is he. ah most also busy with his girlfriend the grandmother drop by. ga very professional. I didn't know Ren, I was first."

"Hooh what?"

"Why Ren?"

"We're done, the goods have been loaded into the car, just a few boxes of used clothes, it's not fit again there. Wait for Tristan car anyway, the day is also really noon. Andrew Rangga also wants to fill the gasoline first, fearing long time," explained Rendy.

"Owh if so let me wait for these items here, you are the same as others first, tar met at SPBU aja, Tristan most shortly until," replied Arindi.

"Ok that way, but you're gapapa here by yourself?"

"Gapapa. Go ahead."

"Ok we go first."

Arindi was now alone after the others left first. He sat in a plastic chair under a tree not far from his car in the parking lot. His watch shows at one o'clock in the afternoon. He also checked his social media on mobile while waiting.

"It's still a while?"

He was bored, fifteen minutes had passed. Before long the sound of cars entering the field. Bruuum!! A double-decker car approached his car. The car stopped, Tristan got off the car, he approached Arindi.

"Dateng is also the abis dating, yummy yes, ga tau here has been the cake of salted fish dried. I'm late to be angry with me. I won't apologize to your girl even if you're sorry."

"Lo gapapa Rin?"

Unexpected questions given by Tristan made Arindi surprised, not according to expectations.

"Tumben ain't mad at you?" arindi's mind again.

"Gue is sorry about that" Tristan said.

"Because I said, just keep your girlfriend, as happy as your grandmother dropped by you who must apologize to replace her. Pardon you? Don't bother apologizing, I'll never forgive him."

"Huh? She was?... I'm sorry, my hand hurt you? Sorry if I was rude earlier" Tristan explained.

"Huh? The hand? Ogh, so that means his hand? He's sorry for that? Oh. My hand is gapapa. How to be gini? Oya I should be the one apologizing, I was also rude to big brother, what ... Gapapa's brother?"

Arindi feels guilty, Tristan turns out to be worried about him but he instead thinks that is not good about Tristan when he should also apologize for having pushed firmly the helmet to Tristan. He once again thought of his own ego and came to his own conclusions. Maybe it's because of Celyn the reason she thinks negatively to Tristan.

"Father, my body is strong."

"I keep bothering you brother." Arindi just looked down at her misunderstanding. Tristan smiled seeing Arindi feeling guilty. In his heart was very happy to see Arindi was fine. Since then he had been worried that the girl would hate him for his disrespect.

After Tristan was sure Arindi nothing he took Arindi packing and then followed another friend who might have waited a long time.

...----------------...

After all gathered we also headed to the disaster site, because of the heavy terrain, according to the information obtained, the trip can take approximately one hour or more.

Arindi and Tristan were both in the car. Tristan focused on driving his car because of the difficult terrain. Arindi was only focused on looking ahead, she was also quite scared and just holding on.

"Lo gapapa? The road ahead is good" explained Tristan.

"I-iya gapapa," said Arindi smiling anxiously.

"Oh yes."

Tristan took something from inside the backpack beside him with one hand. He took it out, a packet of chocolate that Arindi really liked.

"It makes you, you belom eat right?"

"Chocolate, when is he? Chocolate boy? When buy? thank you, brother, is this really for me?"

"I bought it, here. Yes, make it."

"Decet here? Boong, this is clearly a chocolate shop near my apartment. So this is the reason he was late, I became more guilty if gini. I wish this was a homemade chocolate bar made only at my apartment's decoction bakery."

"There's also a deck here" replied Tristan.

Arindi gives a suspicious look at him indicating that he knows Tristan is lying.

"I bought it there."

Tristan smiled as he could not lie when Arindi gave such a look.

"It's a long way off right, so it was late because of this? but thanks for the chocolate. Why buy chocolate for what to try? Feel guilty? So sweet really..ah whatan, ordinary ah, don't baper, he used to go to a girl maybe, the type of jerk guy really."

"It's far away, eat it."

Arindi is not his name if it is not easy to conclude. He never felt Tristan's sincerity, he did not realize how worried Tristan was because of the incident.

...----------------...

We did not feel like we were in a disaster area. The atmosphere was quite crowded, seen many members of Basarnas busy fixing the rest of the landslide, many residents crowded. The arrival of Tristan et al was welcomed in the refugee camp.

"Tan, you two? Where's joe?" ask Rendy.

"Ehm, Joe says he can't come, let him go to the hospital again."

"Owwh, so you're both Arindi doang, the closer Tan is? Nempel keeps bang rich stamps."

"Opaan the hell Ren," elak Tristan.

Rendi teases Tristan who is busy unloading things from the car. After that Tristan and several other members sat in one of the tents to meet with village officials and residents who were hit by the disaster.

After helping, Arindi sat on a wooden bench at an old kamling post not far from the residents' tent. He sat looking around. He never thought in his life he would go to a place like this. He had also never felt the aura of adversity and misery so close like this. He just kept staring at her.

In the tent it seemed like the talks were over, Tristan and the other members were trying to comfort the children of the disaster victims. Tristan seemed to laugh with them, he played Rendi's guitar, they sang with the children.

"He can smile that wide? Did I see that expression this time? Is that really him?" Arindi smiled looking at him.

Arindi also took out her sketchbook, she did not want to miss this opportunity. He began to scribble.

"What's Rin." Anggi's voice surprised Arindi who was adding details and perfecting the sketch line.

"Sister Anggi.. uhm again make this brother."

"Owh's cool, oiya lu art boy yes, very detailed pictures."

"As long as I draw it straight after seeing it can kok kak."

"Lu is talented. Oh you're drawing them?" Anggi pointed to the tent while staring at the results of Arindi's image.

"Hemh, I've never seen Tristan's expression so I'm a prankster...."

"really? Then you don't know him, he does, I've known him long enough so ya already know him anyway."

"Haha yes. Maybe it's not for everybody else, either."

"What if you go to him how is he?"

"A rich tiger starves, and I prey on it, I feel like I'm going to be eaten with him."

"really? Hahahaha you can, he is not that.seriously.

Anggi left him, he was one of the seniors who was quite comfortable to talk to, because he was a cheerful person. Arindi often asked him about BEM activities that he did not understand. Arindi continued her streak.

After a while, Tristan et al. said goodbye to go home. Arindi is waiting for Tristan who is talking to other members near Andrew's car. Arindi stands next to Tristan's car door. His watch shows six o'clock passing. The air was a little cold because of the cloudy weather, Arindi also folded her hands tightly to her stomach.

Tristan stopped the chatter with the others, from a distance he could see Arindi could not stand the night breeze.

"Rin's old one, let's go up" Tristan asked.

"Hemmh gapapa really," replied Arindi.

"Kak Tristan!!" Anggi's voice called out, he approached us.

"Why Not?"

"Not both of you, are you?" ask Anggi.

"Sister, Anggi follow my brother, all of you go home, our house is in the same direction," said Anggi with a cheerful smile.

"Owh is it."

Arindi just smiled looking at Anggi who looked very cheerful. They get into the car, Anggi sits right behind Tristan.

The car moves slowly due to the night and the terrain is not good.

"Kalo mo sleep gapapa, just sleep. The Anggi kaya has gone to sleep" said Tristan.

Arindi looked back and saw that Anggi had fallen asleep.

"Think. Owh yes home brother in the same direction is the same brother Anggi?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"Owh is that."

"Why?"

"That means you've known him for a long time?"

"Lumayan lama anyway, he's the younger brother of High School time class and is now a younger brother level because of one faculty," explained Tristan.

Arindi rounded her mouth. He didn't answer anything. Somehow he felt the conversation was unpleasant to hear.

"It's been that long, huh? Pantes knows how bad Tristan is.

...----------------...

Tristan also drove Arindi to his car which is still parked in the yard of a multipurpose building. Time has shown at eight o'clock. Arindi and Tristan get out of the car, Anggi seems to still be asleep in the car. Tristan parked his car in front of the entrance gate, they could not enter because the door was locked.

"Where is this?" ask Arindi.

"Tar I'll call Mr. Latif the key holder."

Tristan tried to contact a familiar key holder, as he had already borrowed the building several times for charity.

"Ga in lift. I'll try again."

Arindi looks agitated. He was barren from panic. Tristan also disconnected because Mr. Latif did not pick up the phone.

"Where's brother?"

"Belom in the lift anyway, we just wait a minute. Go to the car first."

Arindi and Tristan were just about to walk into the car, suddenly a car light came over and panned towards the two of them and made them raise their hands shut the light that made the eyes glare. The car engine is off, the light goes out. A woman got out of the car. The woman Arindi and Tristan know.

The woman was full of emotions approaching towards Arindi.

"Celyn what are you doing here?" tristan was shocked.

Cellyn did not answer Tristan's question, he continued to walk towards Arindi and suddenly pushed Arindi towards the old iron fence behind Arindi.

"Girl ******!!!" cellyn screamed furiously.

"Celly!!" snapped Tristan rough.

Awww!!

Arindi's lower arm hit the iron sticking out between the fence's iron bars. Although it did not make him fall because Tristan swiftly caught the body of Arindi who was not ready with the sudden attack, but his hand scratched, although not deep but enough to make it scratched and injured.

Tristan held firmly on Arindi's shoulders with both hands. He looked at Arindi's injured hand and then stared intently at Cellyn. While Cellyn is getting emotional seeing Tristan help Arindi.

"Lu what the hell is Cel? You crazy?" snapped Tristan again.

"Are they crazy? Wh why? You just found out? Do you know why you came to me Tan? And lo...."

Celyn's hand would point to Arindi again, but Tristan quickly stood her back to Arindi, covering her from Celyn's hand. Cellyn was surprised and more emotional.

"Why do you protect him? Move away from ga lo Tan."

"Lo's stepping aside," said Tristan. "Lo camebashing people, you're really crazy Cel. Am I ingetin elo and you getting reckless?"

"Why brother?" Anggi who got down from the car suddenly saw everything immediately wave, his cheerfulness and merta disappeared. He almost cried seeing Arindi hurt. He panicked.

"Why do you always protect her?" yell at Celyn again.

"Rin lu gapapa? Brother Cellyn, already brother, ashamed at people, already yes brother. Sis..," persuaded Anggi.

He held Cellyn in a panic. He has known Celyn for a long time since he joined BEM. He often meets Celyn who comes to see Tristan. He also knows enough about Tristan's coldness to him and Cellyn's obsession with Tristan.

"Before me, I want to make a calculation with the girl***** that," said Celyn.

"Udah brother, let's go home," persuaded Anggi.

Tristan turned to look at Arindi. He felt calm because Anggi was already holding Cellyn. He was very worried to see Arindi's condition now.

"We're going to the hospital" Tristan said.

"Ga!" arindi said coldly, trembling withstanding emotions.

Arindi did not feel any pain in her hands, more than that her heart hurt more. His emotions had peaked, if only Tristan had not turned his back he would have broken Celyn's index finger.

"Sister Cellyn let's go home, brother," Anggi still persuaded.

"Lu wait, you'll die in my hands" cried Celyn.

Anggi still persuades Cellyn to go home. He dragged Cellyn to his car. They soon left that place.

Arindi was still stiffening in place. Tristan tried to persuade him.

"Rin come on Rin we treat your wounds" said Tristan.

"Gue said no!" arindi said half screaming.

Arindi stared coldly at Tristan. Tristan was very panicked, he did not know how to relieve the emotions of this girl in front of him. He took his phone and looked for someone's name in his phone contact. Suddenly an old man approached.

"Nob Tristan."

Tristan turned to look at the old man who rebuked him. So was Arindi, she was shocked.

"Pak Latif" said Tristan.

"Sorry, I don't know if Tristan called, why is this his friend?"

He looked at Arindi. Arindi stared unkindly at the old man, she was ashamed of him for his high tone to Tristan just now.

"Oh son, let's take the medicine first hand, let's take his friend to the father's house. At home there's a P3K device."

He patted Tristan on the shoulder, signaling to follow him. Tristan tries to talk to Arindi again.

"Rin, if you don't want to go to the hospital, we go to Mr. Latif's place first, your wounds must be treated immediately."

Arindi only followed as Tristan's arm gently touched her back.

...----------------...

"Treated his hands."

Mr. Latif gave me a box of P3K suits, and then he went inside to make a warm drink. Mr. Latif is the custodian of this multi-purpose building. His house is right next to the fence. In this house he lives alone. His wife had died a few years ago, his son was working in another city.

Tristan sat next to Arindi, half facing Arindi, in a bamboo hall on the terrace of Mr. Latif's house. He was treating Arindi's wounds. He cleaned his wound carefully, gave him medicine and covered it with plaster.

Arindi only notices when Tristan takes care of her. He looked at Tristan's face, a look of worry on his handsome face. His sweat ran down beside the temples of his eyes as he lowered his head to apply the wound medicine to Arindi's hand. The air is cold but Tristan is sweating with anxiety.

Somehow Arindi was stunned when she saw that face up close. He felt an expression that was sincerely drawn from that face. Arindi smiled faintly as she continued to observe him. His overflowing emotions had evaporated somewhere when he looked at that face.

"Gue tried to treat the wound, but if you can go to the hospital later." Tristan had finished and he raised his head looking at Arindi who was staring at him. Tristan was surprised to find that Arindi was watching him. They also looked at each other. Again Tristan felt his heartbeat rhythmically erratic every time he looked into those eyes.

"Oh? Oh. ahem... I-iya thanks brother."

Arindi turned her eyes elsewhere, trying to act natural. He realized that he had been looking at Tristan for so long, he felt ashamed when Tristan returned his gaze.

"Gue why the hell?" inner Arindi.

"Can you bring a car?" ask Tristan.

"I-iya can. This is already treated."

Tristan also tidied up the P3K box. That night Mr. Latif entertained them with a warm drink. Tristan takes Arindi home afterwards, his car follows behind Arindi's car, making sure Arindi returns home safely.

He did not stop worrying even though he was sure to treat the scratch wound properly. But he smiled slightly as he remembered Arindi's deep gaze at him.
