It's been an hour Rose walked without direction. The sweat has been pouring out since. His legs began to lose strength to keep going. Until finally he chose to rest himself under a big tree on the side of the main road.
"Rose! Are you that?!", exclaimed someone not far from him.

"How is this dad? It's been an hour and Rose has not returned. Moreover, Mr. Rogh will marry her tomorrow!", exclaimed Mirabel deliberately raised this topic to lure her stepfather who had been silent since then with a tense face.
"Mirabel, how can you even talk about Rose's marriage to Mr. Rogh tomorrow?! Right now the most important thing is for Rose to return home safely. Only then can we determine what we should do next", the child's mother begins to play their part. With a disgusting expression, worried faces were made up to impress them with so much concern for Rose at this time. In fact still, their dealings with Mr. Rogh are the main ones. That is actually the most important part in the speech of Mrs Mira.

Mr. Benneth kicked the table with all his might. Luckily the table was made of quality wood, so with Mr. Benneth's strength, the table did not suffer any injuries. Even Mr. Benneth's hand that looks flushed on his phone.
"Are you guys able to keep quiet?!", Mr. Benneth growled in anger. How could you not know anything about your own daughter. How could he drown in his work so as never to give a single special attention to his own biological daughter. What he saw earlier, was enough to rip apart his soul as the only biological parent Rose had. Mirabel's perfect appearance coupled with the makeup polish on her face, was in stark contrast to Rose's appearance that seemed more like a servant or even a slave in this house. And the worst of it is the fact that his own daughter has to be the subject of repayment of the debt from his new wife. Truly this time, Mr. Benneth was unable to speak.
"So you're still talking about this?!", Mr Benneth got up from his seat. Staring at Madame Mira and Mirabel with a flash of anger.
"Why don't you just use your daughter to pay off your debts that even I never know what the money is used for?! Use your daughter! Don't try to touch my daughter!", Mr. Benneth's anger-filled aura was domineering. Especially when he was so close, the two women curled up in fear as if pressed by something creepy.
Madam Mira's motherly soul was turbulent, she couldn't possibly let her daughter into the old crocodile's pit. He gathered his courage to look back at Mr. Benneth.
"No! I will not let that happen!", said Madam Mira loudly.
"Then don't you touch my daughter! Or if not, the door of this house is always open for both of you!", the eyes of the guts make Mirabel immediately shed tears. Not because he will lose his father figure, but more about what will happen if he does not live in this house again. This house is not so luxurious, but it is still worth it to boast with other friends. His fate was all he thought about, not about how he would be far away from his stepfather.
"Dad! I was disappointed in Dad!", he overturned the reality of his feelings by putting on a face full of wounds. Then he ran to his room.
"Look! You have hurt my daughter!", again Madame Mira spoke angrily and soon followed Mirabel. He also had no idea what role his daughter was playing at the moment. But this was all she could do, following the plot to play with the feelings of the man who was now her husband.
"Aakkhh!", Mr. Benneth shouted furiously. He was upset by the circumstances that had squeezed him. He must choose to defend Mirabel, his stepdaughter whom he already loves. Or take care of Rose who is of course his own flesh and blood. Both of them had a strong position in their hearts now.
While in her room, Mirabel growled furiously while ruffling her entire bed. Throw pillows and roll them in all directions. Then before long his mother followed, Madam Mira slightly reviewed her smile while looking at her daughter.
"Smart kid! I think your father is thinking hard!", praised Madame Mira as she stroked Mirabel's head.
But his son really could not accept if later he had to replace Rose to marry Mr. Rogh, the old crocodile. With his face off, Mirabel worked her brain so hard.
"Mobile, ma! Mobile phone!", he cried with his hands up ready to receive a mobile phone from his mother.
"But for what?", asked Madam Mira curious about her daughter's plan.
"Later Mama will know!", Mirabel was busy scrolling through her mother's phone screen looking for the contact she was looking for.
"Hallo! Good evening Mr. Rogh!", said Mirabel so kindly after her phone call was connected. Obviously it instantly made Madam Mira's eyes widen, wondering what this child would actually do.
"You're Mira's daughter?", asked the man across the channel.
"Yes, my name is Mirabel! There are important things I have to say to Mister!", he said seriously.
"Say, what's up?", said the man.
"Mister Rose, he escaped an hour ago. We've been looking for him everywhere but haven't found him either. You certainly do not want to lose a beautiful wife as Rose, right?!", Mirabel gave a surprising news and gave a very tempting offer. After all, his now aging wife, there was no one as fresh as Rose.
"Of course, I'll be looking for my future wife! But, you also have to keep looking for him. Because if I don't get it, don't expect your mother's debts to be over!", then Mr. Rogh hangs up.
"Done!", Mirabel widened her smile towards her mother.
"My son is indeed really smart!", Madame Mira who was already sitting next to him then hugged him from the side while smiling proudly.

"Here!", a young man handed Rose a bottle of water.
"Thank you!", despite his hesitation, Rose accepted. Because after all he was completely exhausted at the moment.
"What's going on? Will you tell me?", asked Eric carefully trying not to force. But he was really curious how the woman he liked could end up pitiful like this. Her two slightly swollen cheeks clearly signified that it was an unsanitary slap mark.
"I'm fine!", Rose forced her smile. He does not want to share his tragic story or his sad daily life with others. To him it was just a family disgrace that he had to keep and take care of himself.
"All right! If you want to tell a story I'm ready to listen at any time!", Eric sighed softly because he still couldn't reach the heart of the woman he'd loved since he was a teenager. She knew that Rose was a cheerful woman in essence, as she had known during her early school days. But he also knew the many wounds and sorrows he had suffered, which he covered with a smile. But over the years, Rose has remained unwilling to share anything she feels with others.
"Thank you, Eric!", Rose knew the man in front of her was indeed a good person. Therefore, he was always comfortable to be close to the man. Rose also knows that Eric actually likes him, only he can't reciprocate what Eric feels about him. He did not deny that he was also fascinated by the man's good looks coupled with his good attitude and manners. But for Rose harboring her own feelings is something she used to do. Even more so after he finds out that his half-brother Mirabel likes Eric openly. He did not want to add much more conflict between himself and his family that had been chaotic.
Suddenly the floodlights point to him and Eric who is next to him. He and Eric protect his eyes that feel glare with the palm of the hand. The searchlight was getting closer and closer, the more dazzling. The sound of the car door being opened and closed again made Rose slightly stretch her fingers to peek at the silhouette figure walking up to her.
The lights that were pointing at him died. The light of night finally made both Rose and Eric lower their hands. And how Rose wanted to escape immediately as soon as she saw the figure who was issuing a wide grin standing right in front of her. Two women half ran behind him. Mr. Rogh looked at himself powerfully, while Mrs Mira and Mirabel threw triumphant smiles at each other.
