"Can you calm down first, Miss!", Pinta Relly suddenly. He could not bear to see his master being misunderstood. Because he knows exactly what reason they came here. But he did not know why suddenly his master was provoking Rose.
Rose silently did not reply with a word. He just turned his head slowly towards Relly while throwing his sharp gaze. He wanted to say well, but his angry ego held his mouth to speak. But from her silence, Relly understood that this woman would listen to her explanation.
"Your brother was an old friend of Mr. Ben when your brother was still joining our mafia gang. But it's been a few years, maybe even a very long time, that Mr. Victor left our mafia gang and chose to return to your country on the pretext of being reunited with his family. But a few days ago, Mr. Ben was suddenly contacted by your brother and asked Mister to meet him", Relly took a breath.
"Is my sister in this country?", asked Rose carefully trying to guess the meaning of Relly's explanation.
"True, your brother is in this country, even living not far from here. But what you need to know is that your sister is suffering from a severe illness. Mr. Victor had leukemia a long time ago, but he kept his illness a secret from everyone. Until he called Mr. Ben and asked him to come. Your brother made a request to Mr. Ben to find you and bring you together with him. Mr. Ben and your brother were close friends for a long time, so there's no way Mr. Ben would hurt your brother", Relly ended his explanation with the emphasis that Ben had no ill intentions for Rose. Ben just wants to help fulfill Victor's last request.
"Leukemia? Since long?", said Rose softly in a tone so painful. His eyes were so hot that they shed tears there.
"Don't when you come back first, actually you already know the disease. Then you prefer to isolate yourself so as not to be a burden for us. I know big brother, he always hides his own problems. My God, so all this time my sister has been suffering alone", Rose was sad in heart.
The woman regretted the moment when her brother said goodbye to her and she chose not to follow him. Because Rose thought, there was her home, there were still many memories of her mother that she could not just leave behind. But after knowing this reality, his chest was like being hit by a huge rock. His sister endured this pain on her own, for many years and this was not an ordinary illness like the others. Whether it remained how much longer his brother had, the fact that even made his heart more sliced.
Ben momentarily looked at Rose who was sitting with his head bowed limp. His face was indifferent, yet his heart was slightly groveling with the situation that the woman was in at the moment. Before the woman raised her face so that their gazes met, Ben turned his head back the other way with his indifferent attitude. But before that he beckoned to Relly not to go back on the explanation that would only hurt the woman.
"Alright, I understand!", Rose answered withstanding her unsettled grief as she managed to suppress it.
"But wait a minute! What did he say? Mafia gangs? So brother and they are mafia? Forget it, this means they are mafia members! Oh, my God, what I did. I've snapped at a mafia. End of my life. It's only fitting that his face looks so cruel!", Rose murmured inwardly.
Rose grimaced at how sinister the person she was facing right now. He could not lift his face now, no longer because of his sadness but because of fear and worry about his fate that was facing a group of mafia gangs.
"Don't think too much, Miss! We are not as bad as you imagine!", Ben said indifferently as he walked away. Again his words seemed to know what Rose was thinking at this time.
"Then we say goodbye first, Miss!", Relly bowed respectfully to Ana then passed tailing behind Ben who had walked first.
"Wait!", the shout made Ben and Relly stop their steps and turn towards Rose who was already standing even though her face was still down.
"So, when can I meet my sister?", Rose ventured to raise her face.
"Tomorrow I'll pick you up!", replied Ben flatly then continuing his steps with Relly behind him. They approached the car they were riding in.
Rose had not finished speaking, yet the two people had left just like that. He also has not had time to apologize and thank him for meeting his brother. Rose finally snatched a white lily from the vase on the table. Then he ran towards the sound of the roar of the car that had just been ignited.
"Wait!", Rose spread her arms in front of the speeding car. For a moment he held onto his limp knees while neutralizing his stinged breath as he ran just now.
poke! poke! poke!
Rose walked over to the window of the car where Ben was, and then tapped on it so Ben would open the window.
"Here!", Rose handed over a strand of white lilies which she held towards Ben's face as the glass window opened.
"I'm sorry I behaved so disrespectfully to you. And also thank you that you've been willing to grant my brother's request. Once again thank you, Mister!", Rose bowed her body with a hand that thrust a sprig of white lilies at Ben.
At first Ben had doubts about what to do with the woman. But he suddenly felt warm and comforted by the attitude Rose showed him. Still maintaining his white face, Ben picked up the flower and immediately closed the car window. The car then drove away from the villa area. Ben had seen through the rearview mirror, Rose who was waving at them so cheerfully.
"Cehh!", he smiled ironically as he placed the white lily on the empty chair beside himself. He placed the flower very carefully.
"Do I need to throw away the flower, Mister?", Relly knew that the master had never liked such sweet things from a woman.
"I'll kill you!", Ben even threatened with his cold face. He did not know why this time it felt like he wanted to keep this flower well, even if he could he would let this flower grow in his yard.
Okay, Well, Relly knows what she's got to do. He just has to be quiet. Shut up without saying a word.
***
"Hey, are you okay?", someone patted her shoulder from behind.
"Good, Auntie! Just startling!", Rose stroked her chest in relief as it turned out to be a human who reprimanded her. Not a ghost, hiii.
"Obviously I asked, you are still here when the car is long gone!", Aunt Maya began her steps into the villa.
"Really?!", Rose tilted her head in disbelief at what she was doing. Then he followed Aunt Maya inside.
"What did they say? Are they gonna kill you? Or will they destroy this place?", Aunt Maya folded her hands and looked at Rose so seriously as they reached the living room.
"No! Nah! They're not like that, Auntie. It turned out that they were good people!", Rose smiled to herself considering that she herself had also misunderstood them.
"Okay how? The way she was dressed, the way she spoke, her gaze, was clear that they were bad people!", Aunt Maya emphasized her gaze.
"Hey, looks like Auntie's been watching too much drama. Like knowing every character of people!", Ana chuckles with her speech.
" I'm older than you, so I know for sure!", Aunt Maya won't lose.
"Alright Old Aunt, so what does Aunt know?", Rose widened her row of teeth with a sinless face.
"Now you're getting bolder huh!", Aunt Maya pinched Rose's squashy cheek.
"Auuww is sick, Auntie!", Rose stroked her aching cheek while grimacing in pain.
"Well I'll say!", Rose confirmed her sitting position on the sofa to be able to look at Aunt Maya's face.
"They met my sister!", exclaimed Rose in excitement.
But unlike the case with Aunt Maya, the look of sadness was clearly visible in her eyes.
