"Why were you just quiet? Try reading the article that Anton just published, "let Felix know.
"What is this time about?" Ruby looks uninterested.
"Start discussing the secret path but have not yet dismantled the secret path, only discussing the well containing a shortcut," Felix replied.
Public confidence is getting bigger for Ruby, many believe that Ruby is indeed going to be a victim plus voice recordings that have also been spread. But still, not everyone just believes what Ruby said.
"The comments are interesting" Felix said.
"Please read it to me" Ruby said as she lay down.
"How could this much evidence and people still believe the poor girl is lying?"
"What do they think? The sect must be disbanded!"
"Actually I used to not believe in such a sect but after seeing this article.."
Ruby got up and sat well beside Felix.
"What makes them comment like that? What evidence?" Ruby was curious and decided to look at the article Anton published. Unlike usual, this time Anton did not consult with Ruby first before publishing the article.
Ruby took over Felix's phone, she read the article from scratch.
Ruby's forehead frowned, indicating that there was something she did not understand.
"What does that mean? Is there anyone within the sect who provides information in secret? I can't believe this, who is that guy?" Ruby wondered.
"Later you'll know for yourself" Felix replied with a flat face.
"Don't tell me you already know who this top-secret informant is, '" Ruby was suspicious. He glared at Felix who was sitting next to him and did not look Ruby in the eye when he spoke.
"I've guessed, you're hiding something from me," Ruby tried to corner Felix to let him know who the article meant as an insider giving him confidential information.
"I don't know baby" Felix dodged.
Ruby continues to suspect Felix but now he stops cornering Felix. Ruby chose to find out for herself later.
"Oh yeah, I'm leaving today" Ruby told Felix the plan.
"Where?" ask Felix in curiosity.
"Jalan-jalan, just" replied Ruby without telling her the location she would visit specifically.
"I'll keep you company" Felix volunteered to accompany Ruby on a walk.
"No. I have to go alone" Ruby refused.
Felix is suspicious because usually if Ruby goes alone there must be something he has to work on. And it is usually kept secret from anyone except the person involved in the problem that Ruby handled.
"Does this departure of yours have anything to do with the sect?" Felix.
"I just want to refresh, breathe fresh air in the mountains," Ruby who was wearing a T-shirt and long leggings went to leave Felix alone in Ruby's room.
Felix could not force to accompany Ruby because it seemed there was something important so Ruby kept the place she was going to visit.
The sound of laughter filled the room. Felix prefers to focus on looking after Any and Andrew while Kylie and Amy's mother go somewhere.
"Didn't he say yesterday that his father came home? Now they're leaving this child to live with Ruby who has no experience taking care of the child" Felix said quietly.
"Uncle, you go to the park," take Andy.
"Call me brother not uncle" Felix protested.
"Come on! To the park, to the park," whined Andy.
Felix decided to take the two children to the park using Ruby's car, because Ruby went riding a motorcycle.
"I'll get ready," Andy ran to the room and picked up a lot of stuff to take to the park.
"Gosh this is too much, are we gonna move house?" ask Amy.
*
Ruby rode her motorcycle leisurely. He walked down a quiet road on the outskirts of the city, trees were thick and getting busier when Ruby kept walking straight to make Ruby's mood better than before, because he really liked the outdoors.
A cemetery on the edge of the forest became the location that Ruby went to. A very beautiful cemetery decorated with statues of Greek gods makes the cemetery is not at all creepy as Ruby, he actually took pictures there.
"Well, I'll do what Ellen told me to do," Ruby began walking down the tomb one by one.
A tomb at the end of the cemetery still looks new, Ruby walked towards the tomb.
Ruby silently daydreamed, she pensively stared at the tomb with teary eyes. A bouquet of flowers he bought before leaving for the cemetery he placed on top of Miranda's grave. Ruby didn't say a word. He was bowed and still accompanied by the sound of birds flying over the cemetery.
Suddenly the weather was cloudy. The thick fog that came out of nowhere made Ruby difficult in finding a way.
"I'm leaving now" Ruby spoke to Miranda's grave, then rushed out of the cemetery to where she parked the motorbike.
The fog got thicker and thicker plus the tomb was in the mountain area. The weather that was hot now turned cold, Ruby drove his motorbike at high speed until finally he found a sharp downhill road. Ruby braked her motor suddenly because she did not see that in front of her there was a downhill road, all covered in fog.
Gedubrak..
Ruby fell because a car behind Ruby hit her. It was indeed Ruby who braked suddenly.
Ruby fell to the asphalt while the impactor immediately came out and helped Ruby.
Without speaking a word, someone who seemed to be a grown man reached out and helped Ruby wake up.
"Thank you Sir. Sorry I braked suddenly," Ruby apologized.
The man got back into his car without answering Ruby's thanks or apology.
Ruby who had managed to wake up now returned to his motorbike and rushed home carefully in the thick fog.
"Damn I can't see the road very well" said Ruby.
Very carefully, Ruby rode his motorcycle down the road he had been on when he went to the cemetery. Ruby's phone has been ringing ever since Ruby fell from her moto but she ignored the call. However, the incoming call to Ruby's phone did not stop, Ruby decided to pull over for a moment on the side of the road.
"Hello" replied Ruby.
"Where are you? At home suddenly there was a fog covering the city," Felix gave information to Ruby regarding the situation at Ruby's house.
"How are the kids?" ask Ruby.
"They were safe, had just taken a shower and are now playing," Felix answered Ruby's question. Ruby did not want to make Felix anxious so he did not tell her that he was trapped in a thick fog and fell from the motorcycle.
"I'll be home soon. You don't go out of the house, yeah" Ruby turned off her phone.
Fortunately Felix took the children home after seeing the fog from a distance so that they arrived home safely. Meanwhile, Ruby had to find a way to his house because he had passed the forked road. Ruby ventured through the thick fog. There was no sound of motorbikes or other cars near Ruby that made her a little worried that if something happened, no one would help her.
The weather was getting colder and Ruby began to not bear the cold temperature that day. There was a crowd but Ruby didn't care. He was getting faster driving his bike. The further Ruby went from the funeral, the clearer the sound became.
"Whatis that? Why is his voice getting closer?" Ruby is starting to get scared.
The source of the voice that he thought was behind him turned out to be in front of him, opposite direction to Ruby.
The sentence Ruby did not understand she heard was becoming clearer. Ruby pulled over and got off the bike. Hordes of robed humans were seen walking. A wagon driven by two people walked forward. They exclaimed strange sentences that Ruby had never heard. Now that Ruby is hiding behind a tree, she goes deeper and deeper into the forest to avoid the horde. Ruby calls Felix but doesn't speak, hoping Felix hears the strange noises and finds Ruby in danger.
"See there's a motor," someone pointed at Ruby's motor. Fortunately, Ruby had removed the camera she had installed on her motorbike earlier.
"Father said the girl was at the funeral" said someone.
"Why did you just tell me?" snapped at an old woman with a soft voice.
"I was eavesdropping and he was told to keep the girl secret by his father" he pointed to one of his friends who was pushing a cart.
"What he really planned. Did he rebel because the woman he loved had been killed with the child he was carrying?" ask the woman. No one from the group of robed men answered.
Ruby fell silent and held her breath so as not to be caught. He was quite surprised to hear the old woman mention the woman who died with the baby she contained, similar to what Ellen told him.
"Most importantly, look for the girl and do not let the father know" the old woman ordered, but none of the cloaked men followed her words.
"Where's my other camera, my god is missing. I just bought it," Ruby searched around where she stood a small camera she had mounted on the back of the bike. Before leaving, Ruby had installed two small cameras in front of and behind the bike. Although people were looking at him strangely for putting the camera behind the bike in an unusual way, Ruby did not care. And now the camera is gone.
"Have I taken that camera off my bike yet? Hopefully still on the bike" Ruby was anxious.
Ruby momentarily forgot that she was hiding, but after hearing a raucous voice shouting, Ruby now held her breath again and stuck herself on the tree as closely as possible so that no one would know of her existence.
"Why don't you follow my orders? You want to be the same fate as the guy in the wagon?" the old woman was angry but still no one obeyed her orders.
The old woman walked up to the wagon, then she threw away the leaves that covered the wagon but what was seen after the leaves were removed was the banana tree trunk.
"Where's the body?" the horrible old woman returned angry.
All were silent and looking at each other.
"Corpse? So what they're supposed to bring is a corpse?" Why can it turn into a banana?" Ruby spoke to the tree in front of her.
Aaaa..
Everyone who was there shouted and prostrated at the same time. Ruby fell silent, her legs limp. Now he was crying in fear while disguising himself as a tree.
