An important life choice you've made

Felix's phone kept ringing from the morning but neither Felix nor Ruby heard the phone. Due to a little fatigue, until noon they had not yet woken up.

Tin.. Tin.. Tin..

The sound of a vehicle horn in front of Ruby's house managed to wake Felix up. He looked out the window, Bella and Cassie were on the bike.

"Wake up" with the sleepiness that Felix still felt, he woke Ruby and then went back to sleep.

Ruby approached them without changing clothes. Reno and Thomas were there.

"What's so early in the morning?" ruby asked as she rubbed her eyes.

"Morning? It's one o'clock in the afternoon" Reno said.

"Ah, fine. What's up?" ask Ruby back.

"Media is becoming more and more so" Reno replied.

"I'm going to rest first. Let's discuss the matter later," Ruby suggested.

Because Ruby still looked exhausted while Felix went back to sleep, Reno decided to return later in the afternoon with other friends.

It's getting dark. Heavy rain with strong winds hit that night. The meeting they had planned should have started in the afternoon, but as usual, there was only one of them who was late.

"Just in person, now what should we do? I don't know what to do anymore" Reno started seriously.

"Actually the only thing that was circulating in the media was me and Felix in question. It doesn't concern you so we'll take care of it ourselves" Ruby replied.

"It can't be because I'm also involved even though the media isn't highlighting my name" Thomas said.

"Rubber. We can't let you guys finish this together" Reno agreed with Thomas.

"You mean we should go back there? You crazy?" Reno disagreed a little.

"What do you think?" ask Felix to Ruby.

"You go there yourself. I'll clear my own name" replied Ruby.

"Darling, are you angry because I didn't tell you first?"

"No" replied Ruby.

"Excuse me," someone sounded outside Ruby's house.

Ruby got up and went out to see who was coming in the rain at night.

"Ava? What's up?" Ruby was surprised her college friend was now at her home. Ava came without giving any news first.

"He was angry" Thomas told Felix.

"Why is it a trivial matter that he's angry?" Felix's a little upset.

"Normally he was a little sensitive before the moon came" Thomas replied.

"But I think you're wrong. Why not tell him first when he is your lover and all day you stick with him. It seems like I'm the only one who can understand him" Thomas added.

The atmosphere became quiet for a while. People became tense because of Thomas's remarks to Felix.

"Ah well let's continue. So what's your proposal?" Thomas tried to melt the atmosphere.

"How about asking Anton for help?" the first suggestion came from Kylie.

"Actually I've contacted Anton" Reno said.

Last night, Reno woke up and found it hard to fall back asleep. He remembers that he had exchanged mobile numbers with Anton so he decided to call Anton. Reno asks about Anton's work further then Anton reveals his identity. He works at a newspaper company that first spreads the news that Ruby and Felix are spreading false information about the sect. Because Anton knew that the company he worked for was paid for by leaders from the sect who also helped fund the company, so the company where Anton worked could not fight back. Anton vehemently opposed the action taken by the company he worked for and he resigned. Anton is one of the best journalists owned by the company, and the company is very heavy on removing Anton but Anton insists on quitting. Anton now publishes articles independently on his own website, because Anton's name is quite famous in the world of authorship it is quite easy for him to get many readers in a short time. Anton's arrival to the motel was a way to prove the truth of the sect's existence, what happened and what was covered up.

"But you didn't agree to go back there yourself" Thomas said.

The night was getting late but the rain did not stop. They all decided to stay up together at Ruby's house. Ava joined them. Ruby introduced her college friend to the friends at her house. Ruby and Ava talked for a long time and left her friends to make plans. Ruby told her what happened to Ava.

"Do you agree with the plans we've made?" reno asked Ruby after he explained the results of the discussion.

"Well, I agree" replied Ruby.

"Well, relax now. Tomorrow prepare the goods that we will bring, and leave," said Thomas.

"Where are we going to live when we get there?" ruby asked because she felt the plans made by her friends were less clear.

"Ah, yeah. At the motel" Felix replied.

"Well could. This plan isn't mature yet?" Ruby is very detailed does not want to take risks.

"We better camp around that place. We can't go to the motel because we're not visitors anymore. Maybe" Ruby said.

"Well I agree to camp," Reno replied followed by other friends.
