Hoonie~
Happy new year.
I can't write in this diary every day. But it feels like something is lacking, if one day I don't share my story with you.
I will try to write, as long as I can remember the days that have passed.
Taehyung Hyung said... Although it's impossible, but he really wants to find you from others, I also think the same because everyone has a different roar.
No offense, we said it because we miss you so much. Not to find your replacement.
But a few hours before the new year, I found it. Someone who has the same roar as you. Physically different, but the breath is the same. Who else if not Haru.
Although we exchanged stories for the first time, I felt a different comfort when I was nearby. I don't know why it scared me.
In the end, Hyunjae and Juyeon spent the new year's night with him.
The next morning I woke up alone in bed, and I thought it was all a dream. But he came back while opening the curtains and saying good morning.
"Good morning Eric."
I can only strengthen my eyelids to close. The morning sunlight that came in from the window of the room, was so dazzling to the eyes.
Haru tugged at my blanket, intending to wake me up. But I'm too lazy to welcome today.
"Let me in bed longer!"
I unintentionally whined at him, and I got up and sat down. In front of me, Haru was standing back and wearing her birel hoodie.
"You want to go home?"
"Yes, I have to work."
He answered without showing his face to me.
"Work? So you went to college, took employee classes like Hyunjae?"
Hearing my question, Haru finally turned around and showed her such a fresh face. Making my sleepy eyes instantly become fresh, it seems like I don't need to wash my face anymore. Haha.
"Of course regular classes. I only work in my spare time."
"What's your job?"
Everyone knows that I'm not the kind of person who always wants to know other people's business. But strangely enough, if it was about Haru I started to get curious, and wanted to pry into his life.
"You could say I'm a driver. But I'm just dropping off and picking up certain people, then getting paid at the end of the month."
"Abodemen?"
Haru nodded as I guessed his work. Honestly, I salute students like him and Hyunjae. The course has made dizziness and busy, plus having to work must feel very tiring.
"When are you done?"
"Why? You're starting to miss me?"
"Curtain!"
Instead of answering, he pissed me off. I'm sure Haru must have known that I was so curious, so he bullied me again.
We came out of the room almost simultaneously. At that moment the smell of cooking began to crackle, getting into my nose. Whose cooking, if not by Jihye's brother.
"Kids have breakfast time!"
He shouted from the dining table on the first floor.
I thought everyone would gather there for breakfast, but by the time I got out of the bathroom Haru was gone. I was disappointed, because he left without saying goodbye to me.
If you think back, why should I feel disappointed, Hoonie. We have not known him for 24 hours.
After breakfast, Juyeon had to go home because he was called by his family who came from out of town. An hour later, Hyunjae also left because he had to work.
Again, I am alone.
Sister Jihye probably caught my bent face expression, she then sat down beside me.
"That guy named Haru, you like him?"
Jihye Brother's question I can already estimate, I just nodded to answer it.
"Goodoo. I hope you can be good friends."
I still bend my face because I feel bored. Brother Jihye will also definitely return to his house after cleaning up this house.
As much as possible, I should hold it for longer.
"According to big brother, Haru what kind of person? I heard he and Hoonie were friends when they were kids. Brother Jihye can tell me?"
"Yes right. He used to be a feisty, diligent and also timely child."
"That's all?"
Jihye's brother's expression suddenly changed, he hit me on the head with the spoon he was tidying up.
"Strong yourself. Don't let you like Haru from a different point of view!"
Brother Jihye gave me a wide-ranging theory. She thought I'd like Haru, like I like you. I was worried, but it would never happen.
Take it easy, Hoonie, I'm loyal to you.
