Episode 8's. Misunderstand

'What happened?' confused Audrey.

“Audrey!”

The summoned girl turned her head to the origin of the voice, a sweet smile expanding on her face when she saw who had come.

“Good morning, Brother Mike.”

Mike rubbed his sister's hair gently with a smile on his face. “Good morning, how are you?”

“I'm good, how's Brother Damian?”

“Sister Damian is better, he may be walking in the imperial garden.”

Audrey nodded. “Then, Sister not to the academy?”

“I'm on holiday, that's why not to the academy. Where are Brother Caesar and Father?”

“Ayahanda is in her study, if Sister Caesar. Maybe he went to his room,” guess Audrey while tapping his chin, Mike nodded.

He rubbed Audrey's hair and walked into the Grand Duke's room.

Audrey sat back on the sofa, she leaned back and sighed. 'I'm alone again.'

The sound of the door opening made him look.

“Kak, Mi-to.” Before he could continue, Mike was gone like Caesar. I don't know what the Grand Duke was talking about until the two of them became indifferent to him.

'What's really going on? Why are they so weird, Caesar. Now Mike, will Damian be like them??'

Audrey stared at the flower bed in front of her with a flat gaze, she came to the empire to meet Damien. But his intention was undone when he remembered Damien was resting.

Audrey picked up the pink Peony, she stared at the flower in her hand.

“Beautiful, right?”

Audrey glanced back. “Yes, Peony flowers are always beautiful. Do you need anything, Your Majesty?”

Audrey turned towards the man in princely attire, she then lowered her head politely while holding the flower in her right hand.

“Greetings, Your Grace.”

The Prince walked towards her and took the Peony in Audrey's hand, he looked at the Peony as he glanced at Audrey.

“Do you like Peony?”

“Yes, Your Honor. In my opinion, Peony is better than any flower.”

“Heh?” The Prince gave the Peony to Audrey, with a puzzled face. He took the Peony.

“We're friends, next time. Call me Zachary or Zac.” The prince turned around and waved his hand.

“Eh?” Audrey held the flower in her hand, she then lowered her head politely.

“Good, Your Majesty.” said Audrey, without her noticing. Zachary grinned as he glanced at her. Audrey turned and walked away with a mysterious smile.

'Caught.'

“Good afternoon, this is my bringing roses to Brother.” Audrey handed her the rose she picked up as she was about to come here, Damian smiled faintly and took the rose.

“Thank you, what is Peony flower that too?”

Audrey glanced at the flower she was hiding, not expecting Damian to see it. Audrey showed the Peony flower and smiled faintly.

“This flower is mine, sister can't take this one.”

“Eh, did anyone give it?” damian asked with a jaily smile, Audrey looked at him with a meaningful smile.

“Good, good. Brother gave up, thanks for the flowers,” Damian said as he raised both his hands.

“Sama-sama, Brother rest. I'll be out.” Audrey walked away with a face made as flat as possible, she closed the door of Damian's room without turning around.

“Damian.”

Damian turned his head towards the balcony, someone was now standing while turning his back to Damian. His smiling face became sad.

“Do we have to do it?”

“Yes, Damian. There is no other way, we must finish him off before he gathers his strength.”

“But he's our sister, Brother!”

The man sighed, he turned around and walked towards Damian. “He's not our brother, Damian. He's just a parasite!”

“Tap--”

Damian let out a tired sigh, he looked at the rose in his hand. 'Do I have to?'

'What do the two of them mean? Do they want to kill me, but why?' Audrey sighed and leaned back.

Audrey sighed again, at first she thought. He could correct the information by eavesdropping on Caesar and Damian's conversation, but it turned out to be sad.

'What does it mean to try? Why did Caesar call me a parasite? Am I really so evil that I have to be exterminated??'

Audrey grumbled, she stood up and walked away while stomping her feet in annoyance.

'Look, I'll prove I'm not evil and not a parasite!'

“Nona Audrey, this is your cake.”

Audrey glanced at the waiter who was carrying a tray containing some kind of cake.

“No want! Besides, I didn't ask for cake!”

“Young Caesar who asked me to deliver this cake for you,” replied The waiter, Audrey frowned.

He took the tray. “I've received, go now!”

The maid bowed respectfully, she then walked out and again closed the door of Audrey's room.

The girl stared at the various types of cakes that looked appetizing, yet she had absolutely no intention of eating them.

He took one and smashed it, Audrey smiled wryly.

'Do they want to poison me?' Audrey stood up and walked to the window with a tray in her hand, she then threw the tray and closed the window.

'Do you want to finish me off, brother.' Audrey turned around, she walked towards her bed and sat down on the edge of the mattress.

Audrey lay down and closed her eyes, she was now being very lazy to get out of her room.

Audrey accidentally heard the sound of her bedroom door being opened, she kept her eyes closed and was calm as if she had actually fallen asleep.

The steps of some people made Audrey feel a strange sense.

“It seems, the medicine has worked.”

“Mike, Brother. Man, are you sure you want to do this?”

“Don't be weak, Damian. He it is a monster that will destroy our family!!”

'They really want to finish me off, right?' inwardly Audrey, she smiled inwardly.

“Ayahanda, this is his dagger,” Caesar said.

“Ayahanda, are you-”

“Damian, don't disturb father's concentration!”

The sound of footsteps moved away, Audrey guessed. It was the sound of Damian's footsteps opening the door and walking away.

“Two of you, turn around.”

“We will wait on the balcony,” said Mike, two sounds of footsteps away again sounded.

“Sorry.” The voice of the Grand Duke was clear.

“Ayahanda, do you want to finish me off?” Audrey opened her eyes, she could see the Grand Duke who was lifting the dagger looked surprised.

“Audrey, you-”

“What's up, Ayahanda??”

Audrey turned her head towards Mike and Caesar who were both shocked, her gaze turning to the Grand Duke. With a faint smile, he asked again.

“Does Father want to finish me off?”

The Grand Duke dropped the dagger in his hand to make a clanking sound.

“A-audrey, you misunderstood.”

“Yes, Ayahanda. I completely misunderstood, I thought you guys loved me and didn't want to lose me. But you guys want to kill me.”

“No Audrey, you misunderstood. Father doesn't want to go”

“Do not want to kill me?” Audrey chuckles amusedly. “Then why did Father, Sister Caesar and Brother Mike give sleeping pills to my food? Want to kill me when I fall asleep?”
