Nearly three hours passed, but the train still showed no signs of stopping. Audrey boredly tapped on the chair and made her own tone.
They only often stop by the shops to buy food and fill the stomach, after which the journey resumed and boredom hit again.
“Nona Audrey,” call Abella and make the tone Audrey made instantly broken, she turned her head with a frown.
“Didn't Miss feel anything strange? From then on, the streets around here were very quiet, not even a single person was seen on the streets. Aren't we lost?”
Audrey looked out the window and realized what Abella said. The atmosphere of the road is very quiet and suspicious at the same time gripping, even though it is still daytime. But the dense trees surrounding the road were enough to make the atmosphere look creepy.
“Excuse me sir, are we not going the wrong way?” ask Audrey to the coachman.
“No Miss, the path is correct.”
Audrey leaned back while staring in full search at the coachman, there was a strange thing about the man who was now controlling the horses.
“Stop here!” audrey said quickly, Abella looked at him confusedly.
“What's up, Miss? We have not reached our destination.”
“Don't ask much! What do you want??”
“Ap-”
“Heh, it turns out you already know?” the man who became the coachman spoke in a low tone, a group of people with black slayer covering his face suddenly appeared in front of the two horse carriages.
“Stop and hand over all your valuables!”
Abella who heard the sound of a loud scream covering her ears in fear, Audrey got off the horse carriage and walked towards some burly men who she thought were bandits. And maybe the coachman on their train is a bandit gang.
“Wah, wow, wow. Look at this beautiful girl,” said one of the men, Audrey looked at them all calmly. There was not the slightest bit of fear or despair in his eyes, there was only a lotus-like calm on the water.
One of them stepped up to Audrey and raised his hand about to touch the girl's face, but his hand was immediately twisted by Audrey.
“Do not touch me, Sir. I hate that,” Audrey said on the sidelines of the man's shout, several people ran towards him with guns raised as if ready to cut Audrey off at any moment.
“Are you guys so scared that you don't dare to attack a girl on your own?” audrey asked in such a scathing tone of insinuation, they turned to each other.
One of them advanced while about to swing the axe in his hand, fortunately. Audrey quickly dodged so that the ax was stuck on the ground, Audrey took advantage of it and hit the man's stomach.
He then pulled the axe on the ground, Audrey was quite troubled due to the weight of the axe that did not match his estimate.
'Do I use it?' inner Audrey thought, suddenly. Someone slipped behind him and was about to stab him with a sword, but someone had already held him down with another sword to make a clanging sound.
Audrey realized she had caught her guard down and her life was about to drift, she looked back and clucked. “Why are you here?”
“You shouldn't get out of the horse carriage!” obviously Xavier with his flat tone, he pushed his opponent's sword and instantly unsheathed his sword towards the opponent's stomach and tore it apart with a single jolt.
Audrey is surprised, but she immediately runs towards the horse carriage she rode and Abella. Xavier thought that the girl had been frightened and went back to hide.
“Are you stupid!?” yelled Xavier while holding back the opponent's sword, Audrey didn't care about it at all. He kept attacking the bandits like he was dancing, very see and beautiful. The girl's dormitory clothes were even exposed to blood from the bandits.
Xavier was stunned, he had not expected the spoiled and arrogant girl to turn out to be very skilled at using weapons. Even in every movement is very dangerous and beautiful, she is now like a Goddess of war who comes to help at crucial times.
On the other hand, two men were also fighting with some bandits who were attacking their horse carriages. Both are quite overwhelmed, but everything is still in control.
No one noticed Abella who continued to curl up inside the horse carriage with her eyes tightly closed and both hands covering her ears.
One of the men opened the door of the horse carriage and pulled Abella by force, the girl certainly rebelled. But the man immediately placed the knife beside his neck while saying. “If you don't shut up, then I'll finish you!”
Abella relentlessly followed the man, the knife being pointed at his neck until he was completely afraid to do anything.
“Stop or I finish this girl!”
Xavier and Audrey stop fighting, both of them stare at the origin of the voice and see Abella being held hostage.
“Down your swords and give away all your precious treasures!” the man said firmly, Audrey and Xavier glanced at each other.
Audrey gave a small nod and threw her sword forward, Xavier also did the same. The man holding Abella hostage smiled triumphantly.
Audrey smiled wryly, it made everyone who saw her fester. So did Xavier who stared at him unblinkingly.
He made use of it and directly threw a kunai right on the forehead of the man holding Abella hostage, the atmosphere instantly tense. The man holding Abella hostage did not move in surprise, blood began to flow out from the wound caused by the kunai.
The man fell straight into the blood.
“Fucking girl!!” shouted one of them after seeing their boss die easily.
Audrey took out two daggers from her sleeve, she started attacking all of them who were besieging. Audrey scratches just a little and the person who gets scratches falls down with a mouth that spits out foam.
“The ball has a deadly poison loh,” Audrey said ending the blink of an eye and a sweet smile, Xavier realized from his admiration. He took out the sword he threw to the ground and helped Audrey to finish off the rest of the bandits.
Finally, the bandits died at the hands of the four. While some of the other bandits ran away.
Audrey smiled sweetly, she walked towards the corpse of the man who was holding Abella hostage and pulled the kunai that was stuck on the man's forehead. Audrey wiped the blood on her firefly and sighed softly.
“I didn't know you were so great at martial arts.”
Audrey glanced at Xavier with a faint smile. “I'm not as weak as I look, if you think I'm weak.” Audrey turned towards Xavier.
“Then you're so naive, remember. Your Majesty, beauty can be a deadly poison.”
Xavier nodded confirming, he looked at it with his own eyes.
“Are you all okay??”
