PHASE 41 . REALNESS

Saliva Adnan swallowed perfectly. His head began to pulsate with his bawling breath. The memory of the long conversation between him and Oscar was in his brain. He breathed a moment, then exhaled slowly.

“Erick,” call him later.

A rustling sound is heard in the earphones before raising the voice of the interlocutor.

“Adnan? You okay?” ask Erick.

Adnan's gaze was half-subdued between his breaths. He's nodding. “How about you?”

rhetorical reply.

Erick clucked violently. “I'm worried you know!” he looked like a woman who was scolding her lover. “It ... in front of you. Isn't that ...”

Adnan does not chim. He himself was still staring at the screen that showed the face of a girl. A thin crust is perfectly stretched at one corner of his lips.

“I'm sorry,”.

Adnan's two hands squeezed the lever of control. The bracelet on his right wrist re-encoded red, even more flaming than before. The young man again launched an attack.

Paladin looks evasive. His flying speed which turned out to be much faster than Sarkan made the eastern alliance ace can easily stay away and dispel the attack given by Sarkan. A few minutes bring up a series of meaningless sparks in space, dominating the atmosphere around the two robots that are reuniting.

Sarkan brandished his single sword. He glided, pointing the tip of the weapon at the weak point of the

opponents. However, Paladin was again able to dodge. Until finally a flash of light grabbed Sarkan's body instantly. The clibanarii fell for a moment, before finally being able to control its balance.

Not just get there. The paladin appeared at lightning speed, propelling Sarkan with a blow of wind, then shooting him with an ordinary missile. Well, at least Adara doesn't want to hurt the controller right now.

The main goal is just one. Donate the western alliance ace without dropping Adnan.

However, Sarkan seemed not to want to lose. The Clibanarii rose and turned towards the Paladin. His sword swung

and before hitting the Paladin, his opponent had held him back with two swords at once. The spark of fire was unavoidable, splitting the distance between the two.

Their eyes clashed with each other, embracing every second of time that continued to run. For some reason, the push

their attacks are looming. Minutes later, the paladin jumped high. His puff of smoke was left behind and quickly vanished without a trace. Sarkan also rushed to the location of the Clibanarii.

Suddenly, Adara remembered one thing. Memories of 4 years ago where they were still together. Walk on the canal

after school, then sit while enjoying the twilight that appears at the end of the river. A young man who had been walking behind him had been sitting next to him. His blue eyes were heading west.

Seeing the sight made Adara carve a smile. The combination of milky-orange colors at dusk with the blue of Adnan's eyes makes the aesthetic color hit this second. Diamonds belonging to his best friend are indeed very rare to see here. Everyone who saw it would immediately judge that Adnan was a resident of the western alliance that infiltrated here.

Adnan noticed the gaze of the girl beside him, then frowned. “Why?” tanyakanya.

The black haired girl who was still as long as her shoulder shook her head. “When I look into your eyes, I just think that you are a lost person,” the candle. “Your eyes are very beautiful, Ad.”

The young man laughed crisply. “So, huh? Why can you say that?” ask again. “I hate it myself,” cleanly while looking back at the sun in the western horizon.

“Why do you hate him?” selisik Adara's.

Adnan exhaled. The thin plume of smoke was airborne, it was quite clear that this autumn would be

“This eye keeps me locked in a prison called destiny,” said the young man with the furry model. “If only I had no eye color like this, I would have been free to roam like you.” He turned his head, grimacing at the girl beside him.

Adara clucked while shaking her hand. “We are the same,” he said. “Whatever your appearance, what color of your eyes, what color of your hair, and how you lived all this time, it will not change the fact that we are from the same seed. It is only the journey of life that makes us look different and that is what makes us what we are today.”

Adnan was silent. Every now and then she looked at the girl who had a bright brown eye color that was combined with her black hair. So pretty.

“If you had complained about your life not being able to roam around like a stray cat, would I have complained about ... Why did my father have to die?” adara continued, this time making the young man next to her slightly jerked. “Can I also request that my father exchange souls with me?”

“Eh, where can it be?” sela Adnan's. “You're all there is! If I could, I would ask my father to live again!”

Adara sontak laughs. “Mean, we can't change destiny at will, ‘right? If that is a scenario

given the Universe to us as difficult as this, just be sure that the Universe believes we can pass through,” he said. “That means, we are much stronger than what we or others think of us.”

The young man sighed. “You're right,” the timpal, then stare at Adara. “But, still, who wants to be born like me? Who do you think?”

“There are definitely people out there who want to live like us, whereas we want to live like everyone else.” Adara hugged her two bent knees, then smiled at the young man. Then, the look in his eyes turned slightly sad. “Destiny is like two poles of the same magnet, then close to each other, it will happen

push back. Same with hope. The more we want to get close to expectations, the further it is out of our reach.”

The wind blew softly, hitting the hair of the two teenagers. The birds' chirping disappeared along with

fly them, move away to the contest. Soon, the dark will rule the world and embrace the consciousness of every soul to sleep in unbearable despair.

Adnan looked back at the girl beside him who was still hugging and leaning his head on his knees. Quite a lot of obstacles that Adnan passed throughout his life. However, he was still lucky to meet the girl. Adara accompanied him since childhood, even since he had not understood the meaning of life.

Adnan's super busy father rarely even returns home. His assistant told Adnan that it happened after his mother died— exactly a few days after giving birth to him. This makes Adnan always plagued with great guilt. He always blamed his presence on the world that might have obliterated the happiness of those around him. Moreover, when his father completely abandoned him, even after the man gave him a will.

“In a moment, I'll be going from here.” The young man opened the conversation again. “Do you think I should obey my father's will?”

Adara raised her gaze towards Adnan. “If it's all for your good, why not?” his reply. “Even

when we ourselves do not want it, there will be good things that appear after we try it, ‘kan? At least, if it is a good thing that does not approach us, we can learn a little from what we have passed.”

The girl straightened herself, now leaning on her two arms that were treading on the grass that was to become the boundary of the canal where they had been sitting since. “If this farewell is the best, then there will definitely be another meeting, ‘kan, later?” He looked up, looking at Adnan.

The young man nodded slowly. “Only four years,” reply. “After, I'll come back here.”

“What will you learn there later?” tanya Adara looks enthusiastic. “How about we exchange information? Is that allowed?”

******* tell out of the black-haired young man's mouth. “Unfortunately, it is not allowed for the students,” he replied, making Adara also sigh upset. “Let's just relax, I won't cheat as long as there,” the candle later.

Adara screeches. “We're just friends, you know?”

“I don't want to get caught up in the friend-zone concept, even after seeing you reject some guy yesterday.”

Adnan's words made the girl fall silent. He sighed, then smiled and made the corner of his lips lift upwards until his eyes narrowed. An index finger of Adnan stuck to him.

“I will wait until that time arrives,” said the young man. “And see what I'll give you

you.”
