PHASE 24 . DARK MISSION

Early in the morning Alan headed for someone's room, still at the base of the western alliance on Earth. Steps accelerated. The few residents of the base who saw him whispered to each other about something happening. As the doctor alleged, they already knew that one of the residents of the base would be returned to Cosmo today.

“Oh, are you ready?” tanyanya after suddenly stopping the steps.

The young man who had just closed the door turned to the doctor and nodded. “You seem very happy?” he stepped down the corridor.

Alan only grimaced in response while walking with the young man. “I just don't want to miss the chance to see your face,” she said, then let out a long sigh.

Netra the young man then spread the view after they arrived at the main hangar. Alan did the same.

“Who are you looking for?” alan asked confused. “Hm?”

Adnan—young the—m drowns. “No,” answer.

His gaze still swept across the entire side of the hangar. The soldiers and technicians who served there almost caught the eye trying to steal a glance at him. Something seemed they were hiding and Adnan could already guess it from the strange expressions of the inhabitants of the base. A few minutes later, a girl approached. Adnan knows exactly who the girl is.

“Morning ..., Captain,” greet the girl looking doubtful.

“I'm not a captain anymore now,” sahutAdnan.

Alan's eyes sparkled looking at the girl. He waved his hand right behind Adnan so that the black-haired youth would not notice his behavior. Megan—that girl—smiles thinly in response.

“Um, Captain. Your plane has been prepared at S-20.” Megan said. “Let's quant.”

“It's time, huh?” adnan Gumam. His gaze momentarily bowed, then again spread to the entire corner of the main hangar.

Megan and Alan meet each other face to face. They know how Adnan feels now. It was certain that the young man could not possibly be willing to leave the base. Going, means taking off his responsibilities as well.

Alan patted the young man's shoulder very steadily, then grabbed him. “Come, I'll take you to your plane shed,” he said.

However, Adnan's steps suddenly stopped. He turned his gaze to the hangar door from the direction of the corridor where they had entered the warehouse. For a few seconds he stared in that direction, hoping the figure he was waiting for stood up to let go. Saliva is swallowed perfectly. There's no figure on that door right now. Adnan sighed for a moment, then went to follow Alan's lead.

Meanwhile, from behind the wall near the entrance, a brown-haired young man appeared to stand sculpting. Head bowed. Many times he swallowed his saliva, trying to wet his throat, while his two clenched hands punched the nearby wall softly. Erick never wanted this to happen. If not for his desire as well as his father's selfishness, he couldn't have done it all.

The young man had still not moved from his position when Adnan had disappeared from the main hangar with Alan and Megan. A few seconds later, the tail of his eyes caught a pair of shoes that had just approached him. Erick knew the owner of the shoe. Who else if not Frederick Hubert, his own father.

“Have you taken it off?” asked the man with a peeking look towards his own son.

Erick did not respond.

“As per the agreement, I will not make him a slave at Cosmo.”

The young man raised his gaze directly at Hubert.

“That, ‘kan, your wish?” Hubert looked straight at Erick until they faced each other.

“Did you tell Cosmo about Adnan's return there?” erick asked breaking the silence.

“Dad!” grit the young man. “I need to know about it!”

Hubert chuckled in response to Erick giving him a huffed look. As usual, they don't even look like a father and son who love each other. “Your question will be answered later,” later. “After you complete your mission this time.”

Erick almost clucked violently. He stared intently at Hubert with his hands still firmly clenched.

“Cek dashboard Analemma,” Hubert's. “Use that plane to carry out its mission.”

Hubert belied his words before passing from before Erick. Meanwhile, the young man was still unmoved. Both of his hands were clenched tighter after he moved from that point to the shed where the Adnan— plane Analemma— parked sweetly there.

Erick still spread his gaze around while tracking the situation based on the tiny monitor screen on the cockpit counter of Analemma. His fingers repeatedly tapped on the dashboard, hoping that he would find nothing in the barren, dry region now. Meanwhile, his brain is still complicated, thinking of the memo Hubert put on the plane.

There is no other writing than his father asking him to launch a missile at the black plane that is flying today.

Black plane?

Her lips occasionally pursed because her brain was full of question marks now. Erick did not understand why his father asked him to use Analemma. The plane he used once when chasing each other with Adnan at that time even seemed to know about their business now.

Erick occasionally gulped, trying to weigh his mission this time. Of course, he just wanted to know what Hubert's answer to the question was. Again, if it wasn't for his wish, Erick couldn't have done anything this ridiculous.

“I just have to focus on the black plane, ‘kan?” he muttered alone. “Good. Black ... black ... black ...”

His eyeballs widened instantly as something caught his attention. A plane that had just flown from a direction that he certainly understood was clearly visible to his eyes. Erick started moving the control lever of Analemma to maneuver towards the black plane.

“Whose plane is it?” mumbling again. “Not it from the base?”

The sharp-boned black plane darted into the sky, and grew even higher. Erick then accelerates Analemma following the iron bird. High enough, and as he knew, an ordinary-engine plane would not be able to fly this high.

Analemma is designed specifically and only a few people are allowed to control it. Adnan had the opportunity to take him after the captaincy was pinned. And Erick, of course he can sit on the sweet seat of the iron bird with the permission of his father who is a commander. The young man did not even care if he was now a captain, replacing the position of Mr Harris' son.

Netra Erick narrowed, gathering focus on the black plane that was now flying nearby. The black iron bird was equipped with a tiny window that was in matching color. Who would have thought if the young man seemed to have never seen such a strange plane before.

Erick diverted the flight path of Analemma, away for a moment from the black plane. He did not realize that there was someone who saw his existence from inside the iron bird.

A black-haired young man placed both of his palms on the glass window of the plane that he was now

ride on. His gaze widened after seeing the familiar iron bird approaching, then away from the plane. He also knew the pilot of the fighter.

“What does Erick do?” muttered.
