43. A Fact

Max closed his ears tightly with both hands. What a deafening scream Clara and Cassie. Fortunately, he was not surprised by the response of the two, otherwise his heart will certainly act and end up in the UKS or even in the hospital.

Clara fell silent. He also didn't understand why he was so angry at Max? Max smiled with a blank look.

“I must not force myself to remember nor should I be exhausted, for the effect is very dangerous for myself.”

Clara stood up from her seat. Cassie scrunched her forehead confused.

“Where are you going, Ra? This is the food is not finished, loh.”

Cassie pointed to their food that had not been exhausted.

“Just spend it all, I want to go to the toilet,” replied Clara slowly.

“Seriously? For all of me?”

Clara nodded slowly. Cassie smiled broadly then ate all the food voraciously. Meanwhile Clara was leaving immediately. Max who had been glancing at Clara could only stare at Clara.

“Do you not believe me, Ra? Will you not forgive me? Or do you not want to get close to me because you know the facts about my condition? Maybe I should let you go with the others. With a better man than me,” inner Max.
