36. Returnees

Max washed his face with water several times and rubbed his face with a towel in the bathroom. He looked at his face in the mirror. Pale. That's what he sees now. Max breathed out slowly.

“I just wanted to go to school, but the nosebleed came again. Bother,” grunts Max.

He then took the lip balm in the sink drawer, which he deliberately stored for emergencies like this.

He then immediately went to the dining room located on the lower floor. Today was the first day he went back to school.

Max snorted and sat in front opposite Mario.

They both ate their breakfast solemnly. After breakfast, they immediately went to school after saying goodbye to Bi Inah because their parents were not at home. Arriving at school Max immediately unlocks his seat belt and intends to get out of the car. However, Mario's hand stopped him.

Max nodded with a smile.

Mario just smiled in response.

Max rolled his eyes lazily.

“Why is Brother Rio so more overprotective like this, anyway?” inner Max.

“Max!! My big baby!!” call Jonathan as he runs up to Max and Mario leaves Hayden walking behind him.

He hugged Max tightly while Max hugged him now bent his face.

Max, Mario and Hayden want to puke hearing it.

Max stared intently at Jonathan.

Mario and Hayden nodded in agreement making Max bend his face even more.

He then pulled Hayden's hand to follow him.

“Eh?! Where are you going?!” mario and Jonathan.

“To the toilet! No need to come! There go!” max shouted while pulling Hayden's hand, more precisely dragging Hayden.

“Slow-slow, Max. Later you get tired quickly,” scolded Hayden when they were away from Mario and Jonathan.

Max stopped his way, making Hayden stop too. Max turned around and looked at Hayden.

Hayden exhaled slowly.

Clara rounded her eyes and shook her head noisily.

Clara exhaled slowly.

Cassie scrunched her forehead confused.

Max, Mario, Hayden and Jonathan looked back. They see Rudi running fast towards them and push Max until they fall to the floor.
