Mario's palm flew into the air toward Clara's cheek.

Clara could only close her eyes. He does not want to fight or just evade, regardless of what he thinks. It's just that because he blamed himself that he chose to be quiet. But how long had he closed his eyes but there was nothing he felt.

"Max likes Clara.."

Those words were always ringing in Mario's ears.

"Hhhh..Go home." said Mario while turning his face the other way.

Clara opened her eyes slowly. He saw Mario who walked towards the seat with his hands still clenched tightly.

"Go from here. Before my emotions exploded. Just keep your apologies. I don't need it because everyone won't be able to get things back."

Clara was silent for a moment. He finally nodded, even though he did not want to go from there. He then paid his way home which of course was not touched by Mario.

After Clara's death, Mario snorted in annoyance. He wanted to scream but could not because he realized he was where he was now but really he needed an outlet.

Mario stood up from his seat then turned around and punched the wall behind him until his hand was bruised.

"Gurghhh!" shouted Mario restrained.

"Hhh.hhh.hh."

Mario gasps with emotion. Then he turned to look at the ICCU door. He went to the window and looked at someone there. Someone who could make Mario lose his mind in just an instant. A person who has to fight to maintain his life is none other than his own twin sister. The twin sister who was only fifteen minutes adrift but was able to make every moment feel scary.

"Max.." - Mario.

Shortly before the ICCU was open, showing the figure of a doctor he was very familiar with.

Mario approaches.

"Doctor, how's Max doing?" ask Mario to worry.

Abdi smile.

"Your sister likes to make everyone panic." said Abdi while chuckling.

"But take it easy, Max is a strong boy. His condition is stable again. She'll be transferred to her nursery soon." she continued.

Mario breathed a sigh of relief.

"Thank you. Thank you doc."

Mario then immediately went after Max who was in the gurney being pushed by two nurses.

Abdi.

"Is it because they're your children, I love them so much?" gumam Abdi's.

Two days ago Max was allowed to go home because Max was constantly whining about asking to go home.

"Ahhhhhh.happy.aaaa.I miss you.."

Max rolled around in his bed. He really did sleep in his bed.

Mario shook his head at the behavior of his twin sister.

"Son down first, take a drink" said Mario.

"Hmmm.."

Max only replied with deheman, he seemed to have begun to dive into the dream.

Mario walked towards the kitchen, there was already Aulia with Inah the household assistant who was struggling with food ingredients.

"What are munda doing?" mario asked as he poured warm water into the glass.

Aulia.

"Mother is making soup for the two of you" replied Aulia.

"Why do I, too, hurt Max bun?" mario asked confusedly.

"Yesterday Rio said he wanted to eat what Max ate?"

Mario nodded. He remembered what he said last time.

"Make good, bun, I go to the room first. Want to accompany my big baby." said Mario while chuckling.

Aulia shook her head slowly. Wonder, why the eldest son and his nephew are happy to call his youngest son with the title of a big baby.

Suddenly Aulia was silent. He remembered Abdi's words last time about the condition of his youngest son.

"Do you have to uncover the truth now..?" lirih Aulia's.

After returning home, Max was only in the room all day because Aulia did not want Max tired and so Max was busy all day alone with a mattress while playing mobile phones and watching television.

Max remained in bed at lunchtime with his eyes focused on the phone screen. When he finished he put his dirty dishes on the nightstand then he took a glass of water and drank it.

"Get in.." said Max half-screaming.

"Are you done eating?" ask Inah.

Max nodded with a smile towards the middle-aged woman.

"Now take the medicine."

Max nodded again. He saw the assistant of the household was grinding the medicine into fine grains like flour because Max could not swallow the tablet drug especially if the size is large because the drug will come out again along with the contents her stomach.

"The capsules are drunk first, son?"

Bi Inah thrust some capsules at Max.

Max took it and drank it. Then he took a spoon filled with the drug that had been crushed earlier with his right hand and then drank it along with water in his left hand. Max scrunched his forehead as the bitter taste began to taste.

He handed the orange he had peeled to Max.

Max took it and chewed it.

"Thank you bi." said Max.

"Yes alike. Get well soon, son. Auntie stay down first. Call your aunt if you need anything." said Inah as she rubbed Max's head gently.

He came out of his room and closed the door to his room but not long after that the door of his room opened again.

"Assalammualaikum my big baby.hehehe" kekeh Jonathan.

"Waalaikum greetings." Max replied as he turned his eyes panted.

"That's utu utu, big baby brother Jo is angry." jeered Jonathan.

Jonathan was just about to pinch Max's cheek but his hand had been brushed off roughly by Mario.

"Don't dirty my brother's sacred cheeks with your dirty hands. Wash your hands first, then you can me.." Mario's not done talking. Max has hit Mario's arm.

"Aww.sick to know Max. This brother is defending you." ringis Mario as he rubs his arm.

Max stared intently at Mario, Jonathan and Hayden.

Hayden snorting.

"Why are you mad at me too baby. I didn't do anything?" hayden asked confusedly.

"Basic you guys are shrimp brains!" pissed Max.

"Geez Max, when you equate your brother with them, this brother will be smart" said Mario did not accept.

"Yes, clever play." replied Max sarcasm.

"Buahhahahha's sister who was shamed." Jonathan's laughter exploded already, which followed Hayden's naughtiness.

"Ishh wicked. You ungodly little brother." annoyed Mario.

"Basar kak durhaka." reply Max.

"Hhh. yes-yes."

Mario relented rather than his brother angry at him, because the face of Max currently looks unfriendly.

"Baby base.." muttered Mario who can still be heard Max.

"Sir Riooo!!!" max shouted furiously.

Mario jumped and immediately ran to the bathroom.

"Sir Rio took a bath first yaaa!!" mario shouted from the bathroom.

Max didn't say. He stared intently at Jonathan and Hayden.

"What look-look?!" angry Max.

Jonathan and Hayden shook their heads with two fingers on the sign of peace.

"The tiger baby can also tame the great tiger.hehe" Jonathan chuckled inwardly.

"Babies can get angry too turns." Hayden's inner with his chuckle as well.

Time has shown at half-eight in the evening but Hayden and Jonathan have not intended to go home even though they have been from noon at Max and Mario's house.

After performing the prayers of the congregation. The four of them gather in Max and Mario's room while playing games.

"Max, yes eat the chips. Don't be too much. Not good." remember Mario but Max did not care and still eat potato chips brought by Jonathan last afternoon.

"Here you go, just let it go. You should be happy to see Max eating" said Jonathan, who still focuses on playing games with Hayden.

"Aww!!! What are you doing Rio!!! why did you hit me?!!" yelled Jonathan while rubbing the back of his head that Mario hit.

"Felt! It deserves you. Already know if Max can't eat snacks like that, but you just buy him up to ten packs!" mario's anger is not out of thought with this cousin of his.

"Issha! Excuse me. I don't remember, all I remember is because it's one of Max's favorite foods, so I bought it a lot." Jonathan replied.

"What the hell do you remember Jojo, everyone doesn't remember?!" pissed Mario.

While Max does not care at all, he still cool chewing his chips with the mind that has wandered somewhere.

Hayden who saw Max like daydreaming took the initiative to call Max.

"max..Max..?" call Hayden but there's no answer.

Max didn't say anything at all.

Mario and Jonathan who were fighting had suddenly turned to look at Max who did not budge at all.

Mario approached Max and rubbed Max's head slowly, making Max aware of his daydream.

"Why are you, hem..?" ask Mario to worry.

"What am I really doing?" max was confused.

"Hhh.. baby, not answering even back to ask." muttered Jonathan.

Max poked his shoulder no matter what.

"Well.." said Max, switching the conversation.

"Let me get you a drink."

Hayden moved from his seat to the kitchen.

The atmosphere became awkward because the two people there were being overwhelmed with excessive worry about Max. Max who saw it exhaled his coarse breath then thought for a moment to melt the atmosphere.

"The chips don't taste good Jo."

Jonathan, who had been silent, glared in disbelief.

"Not bad! But you're full, Max!"

Max turned his shoulders.

"Not good. Yeah, it's not good." Max said again.

"If it's not good it's not possible to eat up to three packs, Max.." joked Jonathan as he pulled both of Max's cheeks.

"Aww,pain Jojo,relass! Brother Rio please Max..!" ringis Max is in a fight.

Mario pinches Jonathan's waist with a small pinch but no doubt makes Jonathan complain.

"Aw! Maddened. The pinch!" ringis Jonathan rubbed his waist.

"Based on ant drops." snorted Jonathan.

"Don't mess with my sister!" persemat Mario's.

"Ohhh. Yes, yes." said Jonathan blinking his lips.

Soon Hayden came with a glass of warm water that Max immediately accepted happily and drank until it ran aground.

"Let's go home Jo." take Hayden.

"Oh,siapp!" answer Jonathan passionately.

"You're not staying?" ask Max.

Jonathan approached Max.

"Ah my big baby. You don't want Jo's brother to come home, do you? If you insist, Brother Jo will stay here. "

"Get it off" Hayden said, then pulled Jonathan's collar rough.

"Yeah! Hayden's! Release!" jonathan Rebels but Hayden doesn't.

Jonathan and Hayden. Max silent. He ventured to express all his thoughts that he had been holding since the hospital.

"Sister." call Max slowly.

Mario who was cleaning the room due to the chaos created by Jonathan and Hayden was immediately turned towards Max

"Yes, what's up?" ask Mario.

"When I fell out of my wheelchair, Clara was there?"
