Chapter 5: First Master
(Normal POV)
A long black haired man was standing on a large rock. His hand seemed to be holding a sword with blood still flowing. Around him there were many beast bodies lying covered in blood without lives.
He breathed long. His black eyes looked far away. The corner of his mouth lifted, he smiled. Still with his eyes staring deep through the darkness of the wild forest.
"Fufu, it looks like you need my help huh, my prospective disciple" he said as he flicked his sword, blood immediately splattered everywhere.
He then sheathed his sword, and hurriedly swung his powerful legs swiftly, piercing through the dark forest with a cold mist everywhere.
Taps. Taps. Taps.
He stepped up strong and fast. After a long while he ran through the lush forest, his steps slowly shortened, until it completely stopped right in front of a large puddle that was dark, cold and deep.
He took a breath and then turned his leg down.
The surrounding ground cracked rapidly, while the man's body was pushed towards the direction of the lake.
Dash!
His powerful legs quickly broke the coldness of the lake water. A loud ear-splitting scream appeared.
A huge snake emerged from within the lake and tried to grab the man. The man smiled. His hands stretched out, pulling a small body out of the lake.
At the same time, his left hand pulled his sword back.
A slash!
The dark and cold water of the lake turned into a deep blood red. The snake was slashed with an ear-shaking sound.
At the edge of the lake, he placed the small body full of wounds. He looked far away at the rumbling lake.
"Truly a lake that can never be calm, Lake Vloria."
He stared at the small body lying down.
"But you're lucky enough as my disciple, if you fell after the snake died, then there would only be bones that I'm looking at right now" he said, grabbing the little body back and holding it. They left quickly out of the forest.
Thud!
The man landed quietly. The long mountain range seemed to stand firmly behind him.
Moments later, a silvery blue-haired woman came to him.
"How are you!?" Speak it immediately. His eyes stared scorchingly at the small body with red blood that seemed to color the shirt he was wearing.
"You can see it" said the black-haired man flat and cold, as if hiding his emotions.
"Tsk. They're such senseless assholes!" Said the woman as she clenched her teeth, furious.
"You have come, Yama" said an old man who approached the two women who were talking. The old man looks pretty old. His hair is gray with a long beard that also whitens because of age.
The black-haired man known as Yama then nodded in agreement.
Two others came. One was a burly man with a fierce and hard face. Beside her, a woman with a moody body and long blonde hair who was decomposed pretty.
The three of them then froze as their eyes were fixed on a small body with clothes that were not even known their true color. His breathing was weak, his body pale.
"I don't think I need to explain anymore, Ivy, can you treat it?"
"Sure, no problem" said the silvery blue-haired woman, Ivy.
