Chapter 3: The Pain

A mouthful of red liquid came out from my mouth as my body hit the wall violently.

A middle-aged woman appeared in her robe, next to him a burly man with a whip in his hand.

My crying stopped, changing with a smile.

"Ah, if so, until later, live happily.." He said as he took off my hug.

The shadow faded, leaving behind flying fireflies.

"And also.. I love you" he said at the end.

I was pensive, with many regrets haunting me.
