A few months after the assassination of King Angkara and the coup of the Nobles, the kingdom was ravaged by chaos. Nobles who succeeded in overthrowing power, now fighting for each other's royal seat.
While the people who heard the death of King Angkara, now began to gather and start a rebellion movement. But the people did not notice, their rebellion was controlled.
In the Buana Groaning Forest, the eastern end of the Great Continent, walk the Tigris the Tiger up the mountain peak. The girl walked with her silver feathers amid the soaring dew.
Giant trees with hanging branches, cover the sky like cloud cloud. Walk through the dark forest to return to the village.
Shortly thereafter, a large wall loomed. He approached the gate and shouted loudly
“I Tigris, ask to face the Khan!”
Shortly after his exclamation, the huge gate opened with a ringing sound breaking the silence of the forest. There were some Hayawans on the other side of the gate carrying spears in hand.
“Oh, Tigris! You finally came back after so long. But where are your friends? Is the other one okay?” one of them said, inviting the Tigris to enter the gate.
“Uncle Pardus the Tiger! Long time no see. So many things happened that I had to go back alone. But we must hurry, I have come to convey something very important to the Khan,” Tigris replied as he clawed with Uncle Pardus, a typical greeting of the Hayawan.
“I understand. There must be a lot of things they want to ask you. All right, come with me!”
Uncle Pardus took the Tigris on a walk down Hayawan Village he had long left behind. It was never imagined by the Tigris that he would finally be able to return to his birthplace so soon.
A dark and misty village with branches and leaves of giant trees that covered the entire forest. The light of dawn that was pouring in through the crevices of the foliage illuminated the fog that seemed to reconcile.
Simple wooden houses were built on the trunk and branches of giant trees with a suspension bridge that became its link. Reopening the childhood memory of the Tigris in his hometown.
6 Years ago, 14-year-old Arctos and Lupus left the village in search of the truth about Emperor Akbar's prophecy.
So did the Tigris, although she was female and the youngest (aged 12 at the time), she insisted on going with Arctos and Lupus to the capital.
And now having learned of the truth, he returned to his homeland carrying dark and black tidings, signifying the end of the world as in prophecy.
Uncle Pardus and the Tigris walked towards the ancient castle at the top of this mountain. The magnificent castle with its vines on its columns and walls, showing the majesty and glory of the former nation, the Silver Palace.
The palace reflected a dazzling solar light. Where the castle was indeed higher at the top end, surpassing the surrounding giant trees. Light up a diamond-tailed forest in the middle of the void.
(Hayawan Village was built around the Silver Palace as its center at the top of the mountain.)
Arriving at the castle, Uncle Pardus and Tigris headed straight for the meeting room.
The space was so magnificent that one side of the wall that opened, facing east, showed the entire forest and the ocean at the end was overshadowed by the newly rising sun at the end of the horizon.
Very warm and peaceful. The Tigris began to feel troubled that this peace would last when the world on the other side was in ruin.
“Tigris! You're finally back. How are you, my dear daughter? What the hell happened to you out there? Oh, you're all grown up now. I really miss you, my little daughter.”.
Hearing that soft, deep voice, the Tigris turned to face the entrance of the meeting room and found a large, burly man with a golden sash around his head waving as he ran towards it.
“Dad!” tigris said as he ran up to the man and hugged him tightly.
“Before that, there was something very important that I wanted to tell you as well as the other Khan. We do not have much time,” continued Tigris firmly.
“H... Alright. Pardus, please call the other Khan to come here.”
“Good, Shimha!” uncle Pardus answered and ran out of the meeting room.
“Sit, Son. Rest your body before you say what you want to say. The trip here must have been exhausting.”
Soon, three Hayawans came into this meeting room with Uncle Pardus.
Like feeling the Tigris's fierceness, the three men along with Shimha immediately occupied their seats.
Sitting next to each other behind a semi-circular table against the eastern sunshine adds to the grandeur of the four.
In this way have converged the four Khans, the Chief of the Hayawan Nation, the guardian of the Groaning Forest of Buana and the Silver Palace in it:
khan Panthera: Shimha the Lion
khan Canis: Wolford the Wolf
khan Ursidae: Ailur the Panda
khan Artiodac: Boss the Bull
(There is actually one Khan from another tribe, but it will be told in the next story.)
“Tigris... Welcome back to my hometown, son. It seems that you have great news for your family,”, Khan Ailur said, welcoming Tigris to sit facing them.
“Te-Thank you for the welcome, Khan Ursidae. I have come to bring news of what is happening on earth and this Great Kingdom,” Tigris replied after sitting in the chair that Uncle Pardus had prepared while feeling nervous.
“Hufft...” snort Khan Wolford. “Seeing the look on your face, it seems true what I was worried about. Continue, Nak.”
“The truth has been revealed. The prophesying scoffer, King Angkara, died decapitated in a coup by the Nobles and the kingdom is now in chaos. Forecasts have reached the end of the story,” firmly Tigris as if he had long prepared the words he wanted to convey.
“Really?!!” khan Boss shouted loudly while standing and pounding the table. “Then what is the fate of our colleagues who are out there!”
“Calm down, Boss,” Khan Ailur said. “We'd better listen to this news in more detail.”
“Well, I was already suspicious of this after I heard from the faint whispers of my Shadow. But I never thought there would be a coup,” Khan Wolford said in surprise.
“Lantas how are your two best friends, Lupus and Arctos? Why don't they come back with you?” khan Shimha asked with concern.
“For that, we should listen to how the Tigris story has been since his departure with Arctos and Lupus out of the jungle 6 years ago,”, said Khan Wolford.
“It's true. To be sure we have got the truth about the prophecy that has been violated which again brings chaos and destruction,” Khan said.
“Alright, now it's your turn to tell stories, son. Tell me the story of your adventure with your two friends. May you manage to get answers to all the mysteries you ask,”, Khan Boss said.
“Good.” reply Tigris.
