PoV Nilam

"You....!!!"

I fell because I was pushed by someone I didn't know. I can't see it. But she uses high heels that make her look so tall and the short dresses she wears make her look so sexy. She looked so beautiful with her beautiful eyes. He looks like a superstar.

"Stupid waiter. Can't you see where your feet are going?"

I heard the girl yell at me and looked at me with a look that seemed to be disgusted at me. She was indeed beautiful, but the expression on her face looked like she had two personalities. And one of them he hid so well. He looked at me as if his eyes were full of jealousy.

"Learn to respect others and maybe you will be appreciated too. I don't care who you are, but don't you dare try to be rude to me." My speech.

"You." His words are getting angry.

"I haven't done anything yet. But if you dare to approach me again, I will make you regret meeting me." I said to him and then walked towards my destination.

But I felt a cold aura behind me, probably because of the woman behind me. But I didn't care about him and continued walking towards my room.

I've been very upset with Aldi's attitude towards me and now I have to face a person I don't know who hit me like I'm a cat. Without any courtesy or apology, he humiliated me. I sighed and decided to prepare an interview that I would do tomorrow. But I need some stuff from the study room.

I then headed to the study room. The study room looks so beautiful with a classic theme in the house. Mr. Erfan has given me access to go anywhere in the house. So I could freely go to the study room and pick up some books on a white shelf.

"I think this is enough." Say it and look around.

The study room was beautiful.

"You really amazed me Nilam...."

I was so shocked when I heard a voice from behind me and it turned out to be Aldi's voice.

"What do you really want from me?" I turned to look at him.

He was wearing navy clothes and white jeans. He looked to be leaning against the door with a smile on his face. His face was so domineering with a cold aura, just like when we were in college and that's what made me fall in love with him and even now I still love him.

"I watched your little incident with Sarah and how rudely you talked to her." Aldi.

I asked myself who he was talking about. Then my thoughts turned to the woman I had just met a moment ago.

"Sarah was my guest, the woman you were angry at in the living room earlier." Aldi.

"Well! What the hell are you thinking? He attacked me first and I just retaliated. Do you want to kill me for what I did to that person you call your guest?" I said and turned towards the book on the table.

I picked up the book and then I heard him shut the door hard, where it surprised me and I turned to see him walking towards me so elegantly.

His eyes were filled with mixed feelings. But I couldn't read the feeling or what was written behind her handsome face and the more she approached slowly towards me, the more my heart beat so fiercely on my chest.

"You.... What are you gonna do?" My speech.

But I just can't step back from him. I can't even back down because there's a table behind me.

"What do you think Nilam Yuniarta Widuri?"

How can I say what he wants from the moment we met in this house, he always tried his best to make my life miserable and now what will he do to me? Will I feel anger from him.?

"You've done a lot to hurt me. Are you going to kill me?" My words and she just smiled with a smile that remained just as dazzling, but I guess it was her deadly smile for me.

He put his hands on every corner of the table and stuck me between his bodies. Then he brought his head closer to my ear and whispered softly in my ear.

"There are some things I want to do to you Nilam Yuniarta Widuri. But after all, killing you isn't part of it."

I felt fear descending from my head to my feet as his breath blew in my ear so powerfully that I could not even push him away from me.

"What do you think I can do right now?" Say again.

But this is not a whisper in my ear. Breath so close to his words.

"Stay away from me Aldi." I said and it seemed to show I had lost my breath because of it.

"Why Nilam?" He said, and even closer to me.

"I'm your stepdaughter now Nilam. Not lover. You broke my heart and now I just want to retaliate to break your heart."

His words sound painful. I could even feel the pain behind those words and despair in his eyes. And it's true, like what she said that I'm now her stepmother and she's my stepdaughter.

How could I forget that? It was the truth, but it was also true that I was still in love and admired him greatly, just like the times in the past. But now I could only see him closing the door behind him and walking away towards me. I held onto my chest and I felt my heart ache so much inside me.

Pov Aldi's

"There are some things I want to do to you Nilam Yuniarta Widuri. But after all, killing you isn't part of it."

I whispered it in Nilam's ear and breathed my breath in his ear.

I hope the words I said to him were not so sincere. But it was actually much more sincere than I thought. The moment when I saw how he was defending himself from Sarah's anger, I saw the figure of my wild little cat showing its paws.

After Sarah left, I went to follow Nilam to the study room and that's how I met him in that room and now we're standing in this position.

"But I'm not." My speech.

"I don't believe that." Her speech.

She kissed my lips, and also hugged my neck. But I quickly pushed her away from me and held her arm tightly.

My words came to a halt as I saw Nilam standing at the door. How long has he been standing there? I can't be sure. But I could see there was a sense of surprise in his eyes as if he had just seen his love cheating on him. If only he hadn't dumped me for my Papa's sake, I could have said that he looked hurt. But no, I know that he wasn't hurt in the least.

"I... I . just came to give you some documents." Said Nilam approaching and gave me some of the documents he brought.
