That morning Lizard prepares to pick up Lily and the twins from the hospital.It just so happens that Mr. Rud and Meri will come home to see twins Lily and Lizard.
"Good morning sir, this is Sister Ana and sister Silvi the nanny of the twins" Tim brings two girls before Lizard.
"Have you explained all the rules to them?"
"It's your master and they can accept all the strict rules from you"
"Well, especially if you work with me, you should focus on my two children and there should be no romance with any man as long as you take care of the twins" Lizard said.
"Okay, our master understands"
"Team you're home to take care of all the preparations in Bella and Zack's room. I'm going to VC hospital to pick them up"

Lizard drove by his car to the hospital.
Lily changed her clothes and her face looked fresher. He holds Zack and Bella in his grandfather's arms, Mr. Rud.
"Lily is there a problem?" asked mister Rud to look at his daughter-in-law a little grimly.
"There's no pa, just a little anxious whether the nanny Lizard has prepared for Bella and Zack can be trusted to help nurture the twins"

During the journey home Lizard only silent a thousand languages as well as Lily who did not dare to speak.
Lizard's car arrives in his yard. He helps Lily bring one of their children.
At the doorstep of Tim and Sister Ana, Sister Silvi is seen welcoming the arrival of their boss.
"Lily's doctors introduce this is sus Ana and Sus Silvi, they will help you take care of baby Bella and baby Zack"
"Hi, I'm Lily glad to see you guys" Lily said kindly.
Lizard takes Lily to their nursery.

Lizard is sitting in the dining room with her father and sister, while Lily is busy with her two babies being helped by the nannies.
"Doctor why is there formula here?" ask sus Ana.

"Have you forgotten the rules I told you about?"
"Sorry master I accidentally asked Miss Lily, I'm sorry sir please don't fire me"

Sus Ana steps back into the nursery, helping Lily carry Zack, while Sivi is tasked with helping care for Bella.
