At a prisoner's clinic in the city of Amsterdam a man in a white suit and glasses minus can be seen talking to an inmate.he is the Balkan Doctor the head of the prison clinic.
Balkan became chief physician at VC hospital before he was deposed on malpractice charges. the license he had obtained with great difficulty had been easily revoked. Balkan doctors hold a grudge against Zack Van Camont who has put him in prison and made mall charges of practice.he promises to wipe out all of Zack's descendants.
To get his revenge he needs help from a powerful man, Balkan doctors approach political prisoners and the mafia. he used them to strengthen himself in exchange for giving false diagnoses to get leniency and instead Balkan doctors received material and energy from them.
"What information did you get?" balkan's doctor asked an inmate whom he gave a referral letter to check with the VC of the hospital, but in fact he sent it to be a spy.
"The boys from Zack and Bella are fighting over who's going to lead the hospital VC, I think you can get a gap to compound their doctor's dispute"
"It's a good situation" said Balkan's doctor, who is now nearly fifty.
"The man had waited long enough to get his revenge.he waited for the descendants of Zack and Bella to come to take care of the hospital.
"If you can help me get out of this place, then I'll make sure that me and my men will help you finish them off. I think it'll be hard enough for you because Vegas and Reyzard are also mobsters. they're just like their grandfathers"
"Well I'll help you get out of jail and you'll have to keep your promise to finish them off with the VC of the hospital!"

The leadership of the hospital VC turned into the property of Bella Van Camont. as his deputy Reyzard who became the chief doctor at VC hospital even though he did not practice anything at the hospital.
Honestly Reyzard is not too interested in the medical world even though his mother forced him to become a doctor.
"I think you can use your skills as a doctor to help patients instead of you continuing to be a mobster" Vegas said that afternoon handing over hospital documents to Reyzard.
"You can just hand over this hospital to me, there's no need to interfere in my affairs!" reyzard was upset.
"Vegas are you sure you're handing over all those documents to your cousin?" Emma seems a little objected.
"Yes"
"But what if he sells this hospital?"
"That's not going to happen, he just wants to have this hospital for his mother"
"But he is now the head of the hospital and we have to work for him!" emma said she did not accept being Reyzard's subordinate.
"Let's see how he leads this hospital. Reyzard's a smart guy, although he likes it arbitrarily, but I might need to give him one chance"
"Are you not vengeful for her about Sidney?"
Vegas looked at Emma, then shook her head slowly.
"Sidney was part of my past, his death wasn't entirely Reyzard's fault"
"really? but are you okay?"
"Hmmm, I'm fine Emma is there you and Kinn so I feel safe and not lonely"
Emma nodded she walked hand in hand with Vegas down the long VC hospital hallway.the two headed for the forensic lab room.
