Sidney tries to find information about all the new Vegas businesses she'll be inviting Reyzard to work with.
Sidney is fed up with Vegas and she intends to get rid of Vegas forever after the man spores the company she works for.
"What's your plan? isn't this a trap for me?" ask Reyzard who met Sidney that afternoon.
"I make sure I don't frame you instead we're gonna trap Vegas"
"How?"
"Vegas is a cruel person but he still values blood relations. You and him blood-related you two Van Camont he won't be able to see you in great trouble. That's when we trap him"
"In what way? I still don't understand?" Reyzard was still perplexed by the explanation of the beautiful woman before him. Sidney stepped up and spoke slowly to Reyzard revealing all his plans.
Reyzard was seen nodding a glance at his assistant Sho who was standing behind him. It seems they agree with Sidney's plan.

Vegas and Kinn are in his company precisely in the warehouse he is transacting business with other mafia for the export of ammunition and weapons abroad.
"Oh yeah do you have a brother? I mean I met a guy named Reyzard Van Camont but it's a pity his business was ruined and he was in a huge debt to the mafia" said a Vegas business associate.
Vegas looked at his partner with a slightly wrinkled forehead.
"Surely he's my cousin, why is his business so ruined?"

Vegas fell silent digesting the conversation.There was little concern in his heart for Reyzard.

"Do you think I should help Reyzard? Well I mean he's new to the country and he's my cousin.."
"I hope you are wise to judge sir, even if he is your brother but I doubt it"

"Cooperation?" Inwardly Rezard cheered as Vegas had fallen into his trap.
"I've heard about your failed business what if I help you Rezard? Yeah, 'cause we're one family, that's my reason"
"Aren't you playing me?"
"Why am I playing a broken man?!"
While the two bosses were talking seriously, the two assistants looked at each other with sharp gazes namely Kinn and Sho.
Kinn is not willing to help Vegas Reyzard who is one of the enemies of Vegas.
"I'm going to buy all the goods production in this company how?" ask Vegas.
Reyzard fell silent pretending to weigh Vegas's offer on him.
"All right, I agree!" Both of them shake hands. Vegas glanced at Kinn who had been silent since.
"Sho, prepare the company transfer documents on Mr. Vegas Van Camont. From now on this company is taken over by him" Reyzard said.
"Good sir"
Vegas is preparing to sign the company's redirection documents but Kinn prevents it.
"No sir, this document doesn't have to be signed now could be another time after all these items have been sold" said Kinn who bravely took a sharp turn towards Reyzard and Sho.

"All right Kinn has a point, it's up to you brother" Reyzard said. He could not force Vegas to sign the document as soon as possible because it could make Vegas suspicious and fail to get into Reyzard's trap.
