Chapter 40. Lousy

Abah tells Kirana to take the Stars to her room, so that the Stars can rest. Before going to bed the star wanted to clean her body first Kirana drove her to the bathroom.

As the Star went to the bathroom, Kirana's phone rang. He lifts.

"Hello, Assalamualikum" Kirana said, greeting someone across the phone.

"Waalaikumsalam, son, how are you? Mama kangen loh same you, when to go home?"

"Good news, Mah. Kirana also misses Mamah. Kirana might be home tomorrow afternoon."

"The stars are here, baby?" ask Aurora.

"Already Mah, Alhamdulillah just arrived."

"New to?" Aurora was surprised that the Star departed early in the morning from home.

"Yes,"

"What if the trip to your village from Mamah's house how many hours?"

"About 4-5 hours."

"Oh, yes, Mamah closed first. Greetings to Abah and Ambu, assalamualaikum."

"Getishalight."

Kirana hangs up her phone, now changing phone Star that reads no notification coming in.

Kirana peeked there was a chat message from Maya.

Have you arrived, Star? Let me know later, let me calm down. Hope your business is good, amiin.

Kirana smiled slanted, it was fitting that her in-laws sounded shocked as soon as she said the new Star arrived, apparently the Star met Maya first without them knowing.

Kirana then settles down on the contest, she tries to organize her recently broken heart.

Her dream to be happy in her marriage seems to be running aground. However, Kirana would neither ask nor reprimand the Star. He would pretend not to know, he wanted to know to what extent the Star could lie to him.

The star came and went inside, he saw Kirana was already lying on the bed. The star then prays Isya.

After that he lay down beside Kirana. The star looked at Kirana who was behind him. Then he looked around Kirana's room. Very simple but comfortable.

The star pondered she felt guilty towards Kirana. She actually wanted to be honest about her encounter with Maya so that there would be no misunderstanding. However, it feels heavy. What if Kirana is hurt and jealous and forbids him from seeing Maya again.

Though he only intended to comfort Maya and encourage her, in order to remain the spirit of undergoing treatment. Even if Maya is not healed and finally called Divine, Bintang will not feel guilty for not being able to repay Maya's love.

The star should think no one would understand if it wasn't told. The unconscious star, his dishonesty towards Kirana has put a bad prejudice in Kirana's heart.

Kirana's trust in the Star eroded already. She would not wish on her husband again. He closed the door of his heart to love, so that his heart would not be further hurt.

They didn't feel like they were asleep either. When I saw Adzan, Kirana woke up. He woke up the Star, because Kirana could not pass.

His bed clipped with a wall, there was no way for Kirana other than through the Stars. So inevitably he had to wake the Star.

"A, wake up Kirana wants to go to the bathroom to wudhu."

"Hm." The stars only murmured but did not change position.

"Ish, yeah don't mistake Kiran for Kiran Lewatin Aa!" Kirana passes through the Star, by stepping over the body of the Star.

Just as Kiran passed the body of the Star, suddenly the Star hugged Kiran's Body making Kiran fall face down on top of the body of the Star.

"I remember when someone fell on my body when I was stabbed. Is that you?"

Kirana's face turned red. He instantly recalled the moment he accidentally fell down and kissed the lips of the Star. Kirana tried to get up from the stars.

"Don't move Kirana, or you'll wake me up!"

"It's just Kirana wants Aa to wake up, Kirana can't go through, Kirana wants to go to the bathroom," he continued to rebel from the arms of the Stars.

"You woke up Aa, didn't you feel it?"

Kirana did not continue her words, she felt something hard in her lower abdomen. Kirana understood now what the stars meant.

He then bit off the star's right hand and quickly woke up. Kirana rushed out of the room.

"Cih, already cheating still want rations, do not want." Kirana.

"Kirana you are cruel enough to let Aa hang like this" said the star to Kirana who rushed out.

"From the first time I had Aa hanging!" kirana before she finally came out.

"Yes, too. But right now Aa's passion also don't hang." Stars murmuring.

He was sometimes anxious with his wife, if there were no Maya among them, at this time they would be happy.

Even though the Star itself presents Maya among them.

The star immediately came out of the room, the dawn time was very short he would wait for Kirana in front of the bathroom.

"Eh son Bintang is awake, for a moment there is Kirana inside or just enter so quickly, take a bath together." Ambu tease the Stars. He's cooking right now. The bathroom is located in the kitchen through the incoming Ambu.

Kirana just smiled awkwardly in response to Ambu's temptation.

"Yes, I'm waiting for Kirana to finish, afraid that the two will be long" he replied, scratching the back of his head that did not itch.

"Ah, yes. Hehe." Ambu just so embarrassed himself got a reply like that from the Star.

"Kiran! Hurry along! It's your husband you're going to the bathroom!" Ambu yelled at Kirana.

"Yes, Ambu." Kirana answered from the bathroom. Smiling embarrassedly at the stars.

"Excuse me first. Go out first." It was better for him to leave than to feel awkward like this.

"Yes Ambu" replied the star.

Before long the door of the room opened, Kirana came out wearing different clothes. "Please A. Kirana's going to the room" Kirana said.

He passed the Star, then the Star went into the bathroom. In the room Kirana wears a mukena and she prepares a prayer mat as well as a sarong for her husband

a few minutes later, her husband came into the room. Soon the stars put on the sarongs and changed clothes.

The two then prayed at dawn. After two greetings, Bintang then recited and offered prayers for the happiness of his marriage. Also for Maya's recovery, of course this one she prayed in heart.

Kirana kissed the Star's hand, then the Star kissed Kirana's forehead suddenly. Kirana was very surprised when a cold person touched her forehead.

"When are we going home?" ask the star as he wakes up and opens the sheath replacing it with a long calana.

"Later in the afternoon, how?" answer Kirana.

"As far as you."

"Okay, we're home in the afternoon. I'd like to order a cake for souvenirs. Aa was here first, or maybe Aa wanted to follow Abah to the rice fields, look Abah working on the rice fields."

"May, than Aa is bored here dumb alone."

"Come on now we have breakfast. Abah usually goes to the rice fields early in the morning, while controlling the water."

Kirana stepped out of the room first, she had Bintang accompany Abah to sit in the family room.

Kirana goes to the kitchen to help Ambu cook.
