Chapter 21. What Actually Happened

The atmosphere instantly became awkward, and the Princess also sat among them. In that awkwardness, only Alex and Danish looked indifferent and unconcerned.

Kirana to her own astonishment. Why are they so similar?

"Ekhem. How are you, Kir?" said the Princess with a smile.

The princess smiled again, "Good. Am I bothering you?"

Alex turned to Kirana and looked at the woman.

"We accidentally met. Isn't that Alex?" kirana said while glaring.

Seeing the debate between them, the Princess just kept quiet. Once he saw, he also knew that his ex-husband was dating a woman who had been his best friend.

Kirana's body stiffened instantly, along with Alex's laughter that was heard beside Kirana. Alex's gaze was fixed on him, smiling triumphantly.

'Oh God... Where is this man's conscience. He doesn't even appreciate his ex-wife.' Inner irritated.

"Oh, looks like I should go. I-I-I'm sorry to bother you" said the Princess stammered. As the Princess moved, Kirana could see tears welling her face.

"Put, wait.." call Kirana, when they're outside the fast-food restaurant.

The Princess's steps came to a halt, she turned around and looked at Kirana sharply. Both of his eyes were puffy with tears.

"What's? you want to laugh and say it's fate?" sindir Putri's.

"Put, i..."

"Silent Kirana! I don't want to hear any of your excuses. That boy is proof of your betrayal of me, your friend. You deliberately seek him again. Congrats! because you can finally unite." said the Princess in a voice full of anger.

"Daughter listen first! I never looked for Alex and I did not accidentally meet him. It's a long story."

The princess laughed discordantly. "Pardon you, Kir."

"Mad..."

"Enough! I don't wanna hear. Yesterday...you said you were in a relationship with Vanno, then it turns out you are also in a relationship with Alex? great for you!"

"Are you happy to hear that Alex and I are divorced? so you turned around to tease Alex again?" grunt the Princess in a slightly firmer voice, several pairs of eyes started to notice them.

"I never teased Alex. We met because we didn't mean it."

The princess did not answer. He tried to catch his breath from anger. It was not a good thing if they were to fight in public like this. The princess still had a sane mind, to not be a spectacle of everyone in this place.

"So that kid is Alex's son?" asked the Princess, with a tone of voice that began to calm down.

Slowly Kirana nodded, then lowered her face. She was embarrassed to see the princess's face. The affair that they did back then, was very embarrassing for Kirana.

"Are you getting married?" ask the Princess again.

"Yes, we're getting married." It wasn't Kirana's voice that answered, it was Alex.

I don't know when Alex has been there. He approached Kirana and stood beside the woman. Kirana and the Princess both looked up at him.

"Lex-i.."

"Why, liebie? Aren't we getting married?" said Alex.

Kirana wanted to answer again, but a strong squeeze of Alex's hand on her shoulder, made her turn silent again. He could only step up to the current state of affairs. Without even looking at her, Kirana could already feel the Princess' anger flaring at her.

"Oh so. Congratulations!" the Princess finally.

"thank you. Do I need to send you an invitation later?" alex said again.

Alex is absolutely outrageous! how could he speak so'. Inner Kirana.

"of course. You have to invite your ex-wife, right?" sahut Princess. His voice trembled slightly as he said that.

If you can, it feels like Kirana is hiding in a place far away and unreachable by Alex's hands. He really felt ashamed and unkind to the Princess. It was certain that the Princess would hate him even more after this.

Despite being divorced, Kirana knows that Princess still loves Alex very much. Everything can be seen from the eyes of the woman.

Kirana regrets. He again injured the Princess, his best friend first.
