In the Name of a Mate

In the Name of a Mate
Chapter 8: Forever

Bilal and Layla have just been discharged from the hospital, Bilal is wearing his batik uniform that is slightly ash, and Layla is still in her dark blue practice shirt with a slight white mixture. They came straight here without coming home first when Darren Naufal was injured. Naufal said it was a minor wound when his head was bandaged with some sewing wounds there, but the twin who saw it was goosebumps. They didn't know how often their father got hurt

The twin sisters reflexively stopped their steps as the nurses pushed the hospital gurney in haste, on top of which lay the girl with shoulder-length black hair and the dangling left hand bleeding to the hospital floor

"Is he trying to kill himself?" Layla murmured, she could not judge the person badly if it was true that it happened, because the tiredness of someone was only she who felt alone. Only, the way he chose could not be justified

While Bilal was silent, he caught a glimpse of the girl's face, trying to recall it among the thousands of memories in his brain and finally managed to remember the girl. She's the thug girl he was after a few days ago

"He why?" The mutter was slow, but it was caught by Layla's auditory senses next to her

"Son Ilal knows?"

"Perhaps, a few days ago brother met the thief and his face was exactly like her"

"The thief?" Layla repeated her sister's words, didn't she mishear that beautiful girl into being a thief?

"Sister wasn't so sure either, but his face was similar"

"Come on let's go home, don't think about it" although still a bit confused and curious, Layla still followed her sister's steps who had walked first to the parking area

Bilal couldn't have forgotten the girl, the girl who prayed for her parents to go to hell. Today it turns out that fate has once again outlined the two of them to meet, under much different circumstances than before

"Is that really him? Why would he do that?" The question lodged in Bilal's head when he saw a scratch on his left hand, usually most teenagers who do that are those who experience depression or fatigue that they can not stand

"What burden of life did he experience?"

"SORRY!" Layla's screaming voice rippled her daydream, the teenage boy looked back, apparently their house had passed. Too busy daydreaming until he is not aware of it

"What dreamy? That girl, huh? Or maybe Ilal already has a girlfriend?" Accuse Layla of seeing her sister's strange behavior

"Where there are, you think of integral formulas" Bilal's alibi relates formulas in mathematics

"Lying is a sin"

"Too much sin" replied Bilal

"Kayak Kak Ilal is not like that" did not want to argue more crooked again Bilal chose to push his shoulders indifferently and enter the house after taking off his shoes

.

"Who is the guest to have to clean like gini? Though usually it does not need to be cleaned again" grumbled Layla when cleaning the sofa with a vacuum cleaner

"Jain just don't have to worry most" said Bilal, he even forced to wash dishes because Layla's hands were slightly scratched and sick with laundry soap

"We shouldn't have come here if we were just cleaning Ra" Yusuf complained as he swept the white floor which only looked a little dusty

"The other thing is not to complain a lot, if you think it continues how can it be finished?" Omel Zara to her cousin who had been complaining since

Unlike his children at home, Naufal is still in the hospital to negotiate with doctors to be allowed to go home. Just a small wound like this shouldn't be taken to the hospital he said

"Father must recover first" said the male nurse kekeh

"But I'm no papa, it's just a small wound and why spend two bags of infusion?" He slightly objected to being infused just because he was declared a little shocked. He thinks drinking a little water is enough

"I'll call the doctor to ask this" the nurse replied out the door

"Tell me let my wife take care of me at home" he suddenly fell silent after saying that, he forgot that now he was alone without a lover who accompanied. His memories revolved around a time when he was wounded and Aqila who would treat, where they were met when Aqila often cried, as if Naufal was destined to be the rainbow that came after the rain

Naufal got up from his seat, he saw an infusion bag that began to empty and pulled the object from his hand. The administration has been taken care of by the manager who apparently feels guilty and responsible even though Naufal has said it is okay, the person remains cool with his stance. He apologized many times for learning to drive a car and stepping on the brakes

The nurse who had just returned brought a doctor who was none other than Darren was stunned when Naufal was no longer there

"So the patient's still there sir"

"Let it be, she must be fine" the nurse was stunned to hear Darren's seemingly ordinary reply. Actually this is not his job, he's the surgeon who handles the surgery. But it just so happened that he wanted to visit Naufal before coming home and passing the nurse he saw guarding Naufal from earlier. The nurse gladly delivered even though Darren did not ask

Naufal was riding his motorbike which was still parked in the hospital yard, only slightly broken at the headlights, he would replace it later. After coming out trying to settle, he went to the hospital mosque and performed ashar prayers there

Riding the motor at moderate speed, Naufal enjoyed the afternoon breeze and the sun was no longer as hot as this afternoon. He walked towards a tree road area that was quite quiet then finally parked the motor in a place that many people visited on a certain day

"Assalamu'alaikum my wife" her knees fell in front of the slightly mountainous ground, dried flowers still appearing scattered there

"I came back when I came a few days ago"

"You must be laughing there looking at me like this Qil, but only in front of you will I show this kind of nature, let the children only know their father is happy. I was happy when I saw them but my heart never lied that I would be happier if you were still here"

"You must be tired of hearing me say this, but I love you forever Qil"
