Arkan almost shouted as his shoulder was patted from behind by someone.
“Waa–amph!”
Quickly someone covered his mouth to avoid shouting. Arkan felt that the hand that covered his mouth was the hand of a woman.
“Don't shout during the day like this, Arkan. You will only hurt my ears” said the woman behind him while releasing her hand
Arkan glanced back and saw Seren standing with a flat face.
“Se–Seren-sama? What is–“
“This..you forgot to spend it so I brought this for you”.
Seren gave a bag of provisions to Arkan who was still looking at him with a confused look.
“Ambil” Seren's orders
Arkan could only accept the bag and look at the contents. There was a box and a small bottle.
“Benda...what is this?” ask Arkan suspiciously
“Pieces of cake and tea that you haven't eaten”
“Poto–? Huh?”
“I told you to spend it all, right? I won't let you just go home without spending treats at table”
Arkan just stared at the strange woman in front of him.
‘Do not joke!’ arkan shouted in his heart
“Ta–but, Seren-sama should not have to bother doing this” Arkan again answered Seren's words with a strange expression on his face
“I already made it last night after the market close and this cake is named red...bullet? I forgot the name and it was delicious. You have to spend it all or I'll cry and accidentally cut your head off later”
Arkan looked even more frightened and took two steps back from the woman. He even commented inwardly.
‘She surprised me just for the sake of artificial cakes and tea.wait a minute! I didn't hear any footsteps approaching me from behind. How–‘
Arkan is starting to look scared. He dared to ask Seren.
“Se–Seren-sama, how can...Seren-sama catch up with me?”.

Unwilling to hear that much nonsense again, Arkan immediately quickly asks Seren to accompany him to go to the black market gate if in case the two children are indeed already heading there.

“Waa!! To–please keep that head away from me, Seren-sama!!” Arkan shouted while retreating a few steps with a panicked face
Seren simply stroked Will's head which he held like a teddy bear with a smile.
“He's dead, what do you want to fear, Arkan?”

“He won't bite you, look at this”
Seren casually showed Will's head to Arkan's face and Arkan dropped the bag he was holding.
“Seren-sama!!” Arkan shouted with a pale face and was scared
Seeing the bag of supplies given to Arkan fell and imagined the cake messy in his lunch box, making Seren's smile disappear and then changed into a sad expression.

‘I can only imagine them trying to break into this place and infiltrate to find our whereabouts. But how could they fight all the way into this black market area? Is it possible that they barged in forcibly so that there was a fight with the big man?’
Too much speculation created made Arkan become even more afraid. Not only was this exchange not up to his expectations, but he was also facing serious trouble.
