"I'd rather Big Brother come" Cheo chirped in the car.
The sun had been rolling from its peak, slowly scouring the sky towards the contest. Chendrik takes Cheo to a feeding station to fill his stomach.
"Had I told you, Zena's taking a gym exam at school. He can't just go out unless he's done" Chendrik replied, looking left and right for a place to eat with Cheo.
"Didn't Dad train Brother? Then, why can you take a walk out?" search Cheo with sharp eyes peeking at his father.
Chendrik chuckled before replying, "That's because Dad's the coach. The Father's part is all done, there is only one more part that your brother must live, but not the Father as his coach" he explained.
Cheo's lips formed a circle, he understood now. The boy raised a puzzled eyebrow when he saw Chendrik turning his head to the right and left.
"Dad, what are you looking for?" cheo asked with a frown on his forehead.
"You hungry?" Chendrik asked back while turning the steering wheel taking a turn to the left.
"Mmm .. I don't think so, but it's okay if we're going to eat" replied Cheo, who happened to be hungry in the stomach, but embarrassed to admit.
"All right." Chendrik pulled over in front of a local restaurant. The food served is typical of the city of Eagle. The pigeon meat became the main menu as well as the mainstay in the restaurant.
"Dad, are we going to get in here? It's like a bird's nest here. Lots of birds perched around this place," Cheo continued as he scanned the scenery around the restaurant.
The restaurant was in the open, there was a beautiful artificial lake inside. The eyes will be greeted by flowers and fountains as soon as they pass through the gate.
"Yes, Cheo. Here the bird-keeping place because the main menu here is bird meat," explains Chendrik as he continues to lead Cheo into the restaurant.
"You ever eat bird meat?"
"Mmm .. often. I shot it myself while hunting a partridge in the forest behind the hill."
Memories of the time on the island back out, uncovering longing who was asleep comfortably. Causes unsettling fret and anxiety.
"alright. We're sitting there."
Chendrik took his son to a gazebo separate from the other visitor seats. The two sat quietly waiting for the pre-ordered meal.
"This bird's flesh reminds me of life on the island with Brother. Next time I'll bring you here" Cheo said after receiving his meal and starting the first bite.
Chendrik smiled at her, while he raised an eyebrow with a bead that sparkled happily when he found a brilliant idea to please Zena.
Right, I'll bring Zena here.
Inwardly laughing with satisfaction, his eyes glanced at Cheo who was so voraciously eating the flesh of the bird.
"Thank you, son."
*****
"Sister, are you inside?" Cheo knocks on Zena's door after school.
"Sister! Please open the door, I want to talk, "he said, unceasingly knocking on the wooden door.
There was still no reply, after five minutes he called Zena.
"Where is Brother, huh? Is Brother not home yet?" Cheo muttered as he turned around to look around. Suddenly it occurred to the Tigris, it was likely that the girl was with the Tigris right now.
He took a step out of the room walking towards the training ground, into the forest where the Tigris were.
"Little master!"
Cheo's footsteps stopped, he turned around with a frowning forehead seeing a worker his father was standing in front of Zena's room.
Son and Dad are the same. Equally cold and rarely smiling, but handsome!
"Mmm ... are you looking for a Zena master? I don't think Master has come home because I've been cleaning up this place since and haven't seen Master coming" he told Cheo about Zena who hasn't returned.
"really?"
"I'm sure, Master."
Cheo melengos, walking back towards the main mansion to meet Chendrik. Her small steps hurried, her face tensed up to some protruding veins. His breathing was unceasingly grunting coarsely, annoyed and anxious into one. Usually Zena encounters problems if she comes home late like this.
"Dad! Dad's in?" Cheo knocked on Chendrik's workspace without knowing the master inside or not.
"The wheel? What's up?"
Chendrik came from behind his body, he was wearing ordinary house clothes with hair that still dripped a few strands of water.
"Dad, Brother is not in his room. Brother hasn't come back yet? Where'd Brother go, Dad? Usually Brother gets in trouble every time he comes home late," Cheo frowns.
Anxiety could not be hidden, it was clearly visible in his strained and slightly sweaty facial lines. The man in front of him frowned, he did not receive any reports after returning from Zena's school.
"really?"
"Yes, Dad. My own workman told me. Didn't Dad's spy give you any news about Brother?" cheo said again increasingly anxious to see the response of Chendrik who was just dumbstruck in place.
The head of the headquarters hurriedly pulled out his cell phone, checking the information the spy had sent out to keep an eye on Zena. A short message came in as soon as he opened the flat object.
Black Shadow followed the Zena master, Master. Master will not return to the mansion, he went home to master Adhikari to outwit him.
Both of Cheo's eyebrows dropped following a wrinkle that appeared between them seeing Chendrik look furious after reading the report.
"What's up, Dad?"
"Someone followed Zena home. Maybe the next few days, he's not coming back here." Chendrik breathed a sigh of relief.
"Why?"
"Zena went home to Adhikari's doctor, it makes sense that she was registered as his child" Chendrik replied feeling more relieved after getting word of Zena.
"Oh, thank God that Brother is fine." Chendrik nodded as he rubbed his son's head.
Immediately, the notification of the incoming message again reads. This time it came from Zena, her smile expanding perfectly, bright like a moon in the middle of the darkness of the night.
I'm not going home for the next few days. You must have known the reason.
Just tell Cheo, the next few days I won't pick him up for school. I overheard them talking about my sister.
I found something on the roof of the school, Uncle will discuss it at a meeting tomorrow.
I've sent you everything I found. You should see it, Chendrik.
Some messages come in repeatedly. His face changed as he read one message after another that Zena sent.
"Dad? A message from who?" Cheo stared at the strange Chendrik. The frown on his small forehead piled up, clearly his face was describing confusion.
"Oh, from Zena. For the next few days he won't come back here nor will he pick you up. There is a point, too, the mission he is on is very dangerous. He doesn't want you involved. So, for the next few days until graduation, I'll pick you up" Chendrik said, breathing a sigh of relief.
Cheo pouted unhappily, but even so he could understand Zena's decision. Withstood a few days, it felt like he would not be able to imagine it. Cheo no longer spoke, he gawked into his room intending to do a video with Zena.
