The Married With Stranger
Camila

In a room, two men were talking about the results of market research that had been carried out by Noah Kahan as Chief Marketing Officer with the team in several places.

Noah Kahan is a woman-spirited man who helps the company progress while under Zach's rule. He was able to build a good image and attract big investors to invest in Tomlinson's Group.

Although a little nervous, the man is very responsible for the tasks carried out over the past few years. Zach never complained about the work he did. It is a compliment that is always welcome.

For that reason, Noah often tried to attract the attention of Zach despite knowing that his boss was a normal man. However, he always tries to get close, as he hopes to succeed even if the odds are very small.

While engrossed in reading the report, there was a knock on the door a few times, but Zach did not heed. His forehead occasionally frowned at the sign he was absorbing sentence after sentence listed in the research.

"I'll open the door" said Noah, then walk to the door to see who was coming.

When the door opened, Noah immediately smiled as he saluted after seeing who the mastermind behind the door was knocked. Not long after, he let the man in to meet with a masculine man who is still focused on working. While he just flinching near the door while watching them.

"Hi, Son!"

Zach turned his gaze from the laptop screen towards the figure of a middle-aged woman standing not far from the work desk. "Why is Mom here?"

Zach leaned his body to stretch the spine and also the stiffened neck bone. Too long sitting makes him sore. After that, he looked at Noah who was watching himself with his mother talking. He cleared his throat for a moment to grab the attention of the man who was still standing by the door.

"Noah ...."

"Do you need anything?"

Zach shaking. "No. You can go."

"All right, excuse me" said Noah.

Zach nodded in response to Noah's words. After the woman's soul, Zach again asked the mother about his arrival to the office. "What's wrong?"

"Mom's here to make sure you're. Can't it?"

The woman called 'mother' by Zach walked towards the sofa, then sat down. He kept his bag on an empty sofa, then stared at the child's work room which had no photos, only paintings obtained from the auction at Clios Gallery a few months ago.

The architect who designed the room implemented a modern-classical concept so as to install classic materials in the door frame and ceiling trim. In addition, he combines a sofa and table that does not have a complicated design to add a modern, but luxurious impression in the room.

The room is also decorated with various furniture. Starting from the shelves containing books, lights on the side of the table, and others to add a classic modern impression to be comfortable occupied by the owner of the room, Zach.

As soon as she finished observing, Camila's gaze returned to Zach. He looked at the son who looked more and more mature to be with someone. He smiled as he remembered his purpose there. There's something important to tell Zach.

Zach let out a long, rough-sounding breath. "What's really going on?"

"Didn't you want to see this room with figurines? It seems like the wedding photos will make this room more lively," Camila replied as she occasionally circulated her gaze.

"Not more alive, but boring." Zach grunting. "No need to talk, get straight to the point. What do you really want, Mom?" continued.

"Mom set up your date with a model, Zach. I want you to see him this weekend." Camila said slowly after sighing.

Again. Zach again heard a sentence he really did not want to hear. I don't know how much Camila asked her to date women who are broadly modeled. But he doesn't want it to happen constantly.

To find a companion figure, it takes a long time to be able to find a very suitable one. She has dated different women several times, but nothing has ever worked. All he knew was that they all wanted material, nothing more.

Zach doesn't want to play around anymore at his age who almost stepped on the head of three. He wants to be like other people who are happy when with a partner, not feel uncomfortable when they are around him.

Ah, considering Alex, he got an idea to reject Camila's request. A smirk smile was seen at the corner of his lips before expressing his rejection that might work.

"I can't. Alex is coming with his wife that day" Zach lies to Camila.

"You can meet her after the date, Zach. After all it didn't take long, just dinner with a little chat. You want to, right?"

"Not yet." Zach crossed each other, staring at Camila so tightly that the look on her face changed slightly. "Stop doing something I don't like."

Camila's speechless. He took a deep breath, then exhaled slowly. "Aren't you going to feel uncomfortable being among them? They're married, Zach. While you?"

"I don't care about them. If I wanted to, I could also get married now, but I wouldn't marry just any woman let alone the outcome of an arranged marriage. Did you forget, Mom? Your marriage started with a match. And what's going on? You are not happy!"

"Zach?"

"I know that you want the best, but this is not the way." Zach closed his eyes, then tried to dampen the emotions that began to dominate. Maybe his words had hurt Camila's feelings, especially when he heard sobs from the direction he was in. "Give me time to find a partner, if in three months I haven't succeeded, you can determine" Zach continued after a bit of calm.

Camila wiped away the trace of her tears, then smiled. "really?"

"Yes." Yeah."

Camila got up and approached Zach. He landed a kiss on the top of the man's head while hugging him. "Mom will wait."

After that, Camila decided to go home. He was quite happy to hear the sudden offer that Zach had said earlier. If not, maybe he does not know what to say to make the son want to obey his wishes.

Camila looked at Zach once more before exiting the study. He walked gracefully past several employees despite having shed tears. He does not care about those who pay respect. He walked until he found the elevator.

Camila's right hand moved to press the second button from above. He waited a while for the elevator to open and was ready to take him to the basement.

Ting!

"Mrs. Tomlinson?"

Camila smiled as she nodded. "Oh, hi!"

"You didn't do anything weird on the inside, did you?"

"I do anything, it's none of your business, Dennis," Camila replied, then got into the elevator.

When Camila's body was gone, Dennis walked into Zach's room not far from the elevator. As he went inside, he saw Zach standing against a glass wall to watch the street and tall buildings holding a glass of whiskey.

"Master?"

"Has he gone home?" ask Zach without looking at Dennis.

Dennis nodded. "It."

"Good." Zach walked to his desk, then sat down with a glass. "What's my schedule for the next few days?"

Dennis turned on the iPad in his hand, then kept the square object on Zach's desk. "You get a reunion invitation from Harvard. Reportedly, Alex and Rianti will be there."

Zach was silent for a moment. After that, he grinned because he realized that the lie told to the mother had become a reality. Alex is coming. In a sense, he does not have to bear the sins of his words.

"I'll come. Just remember the time and place."

"Good, Sir."
