Chapter 12: The Beginning of a Drug-Finding Journey
#I Care About the Devil??
The Demon King was wounded and exhausted from the war while fighting the human troops at the portal border. The condition of his injured father made the Demon King's son, Nero, very worried. Damien refuses to allow Miya to visit her father, as Nero hates humans and is unwilling to let them get close to her family.
"My father does not need to be visited by a human being" said Nero ketus
"But I just want-" said Miya calmly
"I don't need his help. My father will be fine" Damien replied firmly cutting off Miya's words
Miya was quite surprised because it turned out that the Demon King had a son. Miya was trying to understand Nero's feelings, yet she couldn't let the Demon King get hurt without help either. Miya swiftly searched for the Demon King General and asked about the medicine that healed the Demon King before.
#Finding Magic Drugs
Miya drove her horse quickly through the wilderness. He was secretly thinking about how to recover the Demon King who was currently being injured from the war with the human army. He must find the Demon King General and ask for help to save the king.
Upon arriving at the war camp near the portal, Miya immediately ran into the General's room. He could not help but be worried and could not wait to find a solution for how to restore the Demon King.
"General, the Demon King is seriously injured, why aren't you next to him?" Asked Miya in a panicked tone
The general turned his face away and it was clear that he already knew the state of the Demon King, with the sad face of the General looking at Miya.
"The medicine that can restore him has been used up during the war, moreover the onslaught of the human side has not yet shown a sign of ending, I remain here because of his orders" replied the General. "There's only one way to get the drug back."
"What the hell?" Asked Miya expectantly.
"We have to retrieve the material from a mysterious tree that grows in the most remote area of the demon world, and there is a small village, which is located in the, the village chief named Sorcery knew the ingredients to make the pill." Obviously General
Miya thought for a moment, considering the risks and difficulties she had to face. But he had no other choice, he had to save the Demon King.
"No, don't you better stay in the castle, not all the Demon King's territory is safe, many evil demons are roaming around" the general replied worriedly
"Don't underestimate me, even if it looks like I'm also a Hero" said Miya a little arrogant
The general looked at Miya and saw a high degree of confidence in her power. "Alright you may go there, but bring some Demon King troops with you, so that you can make them listen to your commands wear this sword, this sword also disguises your human aura with other demons" general
Miya nodded and passed from the room, determined to save the Demon King and recover his strength. He begins to question his own humanity, how can he care about the demons he once hated. But he didn't care, right now the most important thing was to save the Demon King.
"A hero who cares about the Demon King? I really didn't expect it" muttered the Demon King General
#Nero Who Risen
Nero is the son of the Demon King Azazel. She was only 14 years old, but she had incredible magic power. His strength made him able to use the mainstay skill easily, despite his young age. Nero hates humans so much because of his past trauma that he feels hurt and angry.
One day, Nero was told to train by his father in the Forest of the Spirits. Nero was very enthusiastic and was leaving soon. However, after several months of training, Nero got word that the human army was attacking the Demon Castle. Nero was worried about his father and soon returned to the Castle.
When Nero arrives at the Castle, he sees that his father, Demon King Azazel, is seriously injured. Nero was very surprised and worried about his father's condition. At the same time, he meets Miya. Nero felt angry and did not like to see a human standing in front of him. However, she felt that something was strange to Miya, as if she had no intention of hurting the Devil.
Miya enlists Nero's help to help recover her father. Nero initially hesitates, but eventually agrees to help Miya. But Nero does not consider Miya and ignores Miya.
"Go alone to that remote area!, I will not help you. I'm sure you have a hidden intention to save father!" said Nero snapping
It's only natural that they don't believe Miya's mind let alone that Miya is a Human, Miya looked at Nero sharply and in the end left the Demon King's room and began her journey in search of a cure for the Demon King, she also brought some demon soldiers with her.
An enraged Nero mixed in annoyance at seeing his wounded father finally decided to rampage on the battlefield. Due to the heightened emotions making the Demon King aura come out of his body which had an impact on the growth of wings on his back and horns on his head. Nero immediately flew into the battlefield. Actually the form of demonic changes that Nero experienced should not occur because the change should occur at the age of 18 years and above.
