Chapter 9: I Hope I Don't Meet Men Like Again!

A new number sent me a message “Can I call?” 

Whose number is my inner self, this is definitely not Jae Yoon's number. Despite deleting her contact, her number still remembers me well in my otaku. My phone rang I had to pick up.

Hello Bit Na it's Ahn Min Woo

Ah, Min Woo Ssi

I got your number from your office friend Jung Bo Ra. I'd like to take you to dinner. If you don't mind meeting me at the 30’s cafe at seven o'clock tonight

Ah, of course I'll see you there.

That night I met Ahn Min Woo at the date spot. Our second meeting was much warmer than the first. Min Woo gave me a gift of a gold necklace complete with his letters. 

In a joking tone Min Woo said I could sell it anytime, the price could not go down. 

Of course I welcome Min Woo's offer well. I said this necklace must be sold, I saw Min Woo laughing loudly. 

“You don't make pleasantries,” said Min Woo

“Sure. This necklace is pure gold, the price must continue to rise,” I am sure.

“You have a boyfriend?,” asks Min Woo

“Ah, I just broke up,” I said honestly.

“Why?,” asks Min Woo seriously.

“I asked her to get married then she went missing without news,”.

Min Woo nodded in understanding. 

“You asked the reason?,” pursue Min Woo again.

“He won't answer,” I said still staring at Min Woo's necklace.

Min Woo guesses the characteristics of the man who broke my heart, surprisingly those features are exactly the same as Jae Yoon.

“Where do you know?,” are you surprised.

“She's behind you,” show Min Woo

I looked towards the direction Min Woo pointed at, Jae Yoon was looking at me his expression was unable to read. 

More than that, I was more curious as to why Jae Yoon was on the date spot. I searched around for her partner, while Jae Yoon left the cafe.

“Do not care about him,” I said.

“We have broken up,” added me again.

I kept Min Woo's gift necklace carefully, keeping the item safe in place.

“The food has come,” said Min Woo to take me to eat.

“What do you think of the wedding?,” asked Min Woo, there is great curiosity behind the question.

“Doing everything together, always being faithful in good and bad luck, and going through all the problems together. The point is to build a future together and continue the descent,” I am sure.

I saw Min Woo's forehead wrinkled, it seemed that he disagreed or was less satisfied with my answer.

“There's more, tell me a more reasonable reason,” Min Woo said as he sipped his drink.

“I think my reason is quite clear, if it is described will be long,”, I said again.

“If your answer is like that of course men will not think of getting married. Staying at home is enough, without the need for marriage ties,” said Min Woo slowly.

“Of course there must be a clear bond if you want to stay home, dating is not enough,” reply me.

My eyebrows rose, my eyes widened as if Min Woo's opinion was the most wrong opinion I've ever heard.

“Why women always talk about marriage but can't explain why. While we men need more than just passing through profit and misfortune together, we need a lot of money to support our wives. Before deciding to bring others present to the world, we need to prepare a mature plan and a lot of savings,” Little Min Woo

“Don't that worry you?,” asked Min Woo

“No,” I replied firmly. 

“I have savings, wedding plans, and my son's future even I have prepared retirement savings. All our partner needs to do is ask and discuss,” I said exasperatedly. 

Min Woo laughed again. His attitude makes me feel lost. I keep talking about my views on marriage, Min Woo doesn't stop laughing every time I finish talking. 

It's fitting that he is not married, it turns out that he has no intention to seriously pout my inner style Min Woo.

“Thank you for tonight. We should not meet again,” I said ketus. 

Min Woo laughed again. In a joking tone he said in the near future I must be contacting him.

We parted at the bus stop, I refused to wave at him but instead bowed to look at my phone as Min Woo said goodbye.
