Yuna was sitting in the back garden with Chandra after coming out of Brian's room.
For a long time they were silent to each other, thinking about what happened this morning. Both have their own fears in their hearts.
Chandra never intended to hurt Yuna to make her cry. Not telling her about her family wasn't meant to cover it up from Yuna. For Chandra they are no longer in his life, meaning nothing to him.
If only it could be done, he wanted to remove the blood ties between a child and a father.
Men who prefer other women and children over their own. Chandra never asked for that to happen.
Yuna glanced at Chandra, staring fixedly at his face that looked sad with eyes that looked far away. Chandra's treatment, which has been trying to make her happy, makes Yuna a little unsure if the man will hurt her.
But when he remembered the woman's words, there was a fear in his heart. Fear that all of this is the truth.
"You still remember that girl who used to come to the office and make a mess.?" Suddenly Chandra made a sound with his eyes still straight ahead. Asking Yuna to remember the events in the office more than 10 years ago.
Yuna's forehead looked wrinkled, trying to remember the incident asked by Chandra.
"The girl who made that mess was Agatha, my step-sister." His speech. Chandra smiled wryly, looking fed up of having to acknowledge Agatha as her sister.
"Since then he has been obsessed with me" he said, then re-carved a smile, this time with a smile that looks cynical.
"Not only obsessed with me, but with what I have." Further again.
While listening to Chandra's words, Yuna was still trying to remember him. Slowly the incident appears in memory.
Once a girl who was still wearing school uniform, came to the office and scolded all the receptionists and security who forbade her from entering Chandra's room. This incident caused a huge explosion in the entire office.
Yuna did not think that the woman who had come to see her this morning was a beautiful girl who used to still look innocent. Her appearance had completely changed by 180 degrees, even Yuna did not recognize her.
"I never thought they existed." Chandra cried firmly.
He looked at Yuna, grabbed his wife's hand and grasped it.
"Everything he tells you is untrue, no connection or anything has ever happened between me and that woman." Chandra said without a single lie from the look in her eyes.
“How could I possibly have a relationship with another woman behind you. No one means more than you." He said with teary eyes.
"I'm not going to find pseudo happiness at the expense of you, Brian and the twins."
Slowly Chandra pulls Yuna in her arms.
How could he possibly be in a relationship with another woman who would definitely make him lose Yuna and the children.
"I won't let you and the kids down as long as I'm still breathing." His speech.
He knows how it feels to be wasted. Pain and feeling meaningless.
Yuna shed tears, replying to Chandra's embrace with a tight hug. Drown her face in her husband's chest.
There was really nothing he wanted but the happiness and wholeness of his family.
"Sorry," Yuna said in a stifled voice. She felt guilty for thinking badly of her husband.
"I won't forgive you if you cry." Sahut Chandra's. He released Yuna from her arms, wiping away Yuna's tears with both hands.
"Smile," he asked, showing Yuna a smile. It made Yuna smile.
The sweet smile that made Chandra unable to turn his gaze, continued to look fixedly at Yuna's face until finally getting closer to her face. Yuna closed her eyes, ready to welcome a warm kiss from Chandra's lips.
"Okay, maybe I should wait for Brian to sleep tonight." Chandra said as he got up from his seat and walked over to his son.
Yuna just smiled as she shook her head.
...******...
3 Days passed, Barra enjoyed her company with both her children and her family.
Spend time with twins, take care of all the needs of twins and every night can sleep while holding them.
There is nothing happy except with the children.
Although his heart was still shackled with the mother of his children.
"Papa, Ara wants to go home."
Barra turned to her daughter who was still whining to go home. At 12pm, Kinara closed her eyes. Unlike Kenzie who was asleep 2 hours ago.
"It's been a night, baby. Tomorrow after school, Papa between Ara and Brother Zie come home."
"Now Ara sleeps first, if Ara does not sleep, Papa does not want to take Ara home." Said Barra while gently rubbing Kinara's head.
The beautiful girl pouted slightly, but then nodded her head. He hugged Barra, then closed his eyes.
Barra took a deep breath, perhaps the presence of twins which in the end made her feelings can not be separated from Yuna. Memories of being with him even still often revolve in memory. It is not easy to forget the woman who gave her two hearts.
Even every staring at the faces of the twins, Barra seemed to stare at Yuna and feel her presence.
It wasn't his fault if his heart was still shackled.
...*****...
That afternoon Barra left the office to pick up the twins. He promised to take them home this afternoon.
Twins looked very happy all the way home. Just 3 days apart from Yuna, both of them had already missed her a lot.
That eventually made Barra undo the intention to take custody of the twins from Yuna.
He is afraid to take the happiness and joy of twins, and is afraid his psychic is disturbed if every day sad because he misses Yuna.
As he has been through all this time. And Barra knows exactly how it feels.
"Let's go in, Papa," Take Kenzie. He kept pulling Barra's hand to enter the house. Intending to avoid eye contact with Yuna so as not to miss her even more, Kenzie instead asks her to come inside.
"Papa should go back to the office son, Papa will pick up Kak Zie and Ara in 4 days. Okay,,,?" Barra gave an understanding.
"No, Zie wants to play with Papa now.!" Pintanya.
"Mama,,," Ara ran over, Barra looked at Ara who was about to approach Yuna at the door.
He was silent, staring at Yuna from a distance. The longer you think, somehow the more pain every time you see it.
"Father,,,! Papa.!" Cried Kenzie while shaking Barra's hand. He regained his senses from the daydream, then turned his eyes away from Yuna.
"Let's go in," Pinta Kenzie as she pulls Barra's hand. Inevitably, Barra followed in his son's footsteps. Yuna looks silent to see Kenzie pull Barra's hand and invites her to enter. No reprimand or prohibition came out of his mouth.
"Don't play Zie for long, Papa you have to go to the office again." Yuna only made a sound after they were in front of her, she then asked for Ara and Zie's bag, then brought it inside. Just a glance Yuna glanced at Barra, no greeting from him. And Barra was expecting that too much.
