They all suddenly fell silent from the sky, right from the west of the school. Spontaneously they looked in that direction. A large object covered the sun that was almost setting. It's a tub in the movies where a speck of anticipated hope has arrived to pick them up. Binar was glad they could not escape from the beads full of hope.
For the sake of seeing the hero who was going to save them, they spontaneously waved at the helicopter while shouting many words. Some even climbed the arrangement of chairs and tables to attract the attention of people who were in the helicopter. "Cabin ! Here ! We're here !" Sena shouted while jumping up and down on the table she was riding on.
"Hey, we're alive ! Get me here !" Alena called. His tone was half desperate, half filled with hope that had once been lost.
Erden climbed onto Juno's shoulders, then waved the shovel he used. "We are here ! Hurry up here, helicopter !!!" he exuberantly exclaimed. His eyes looked teary, in the end they could survive this nightmare.
Only Kaira and Cathleen did not shout like their friends. They were silent when they realized that there was a large dark net carried by the helicopter. "Kate, isn't this too strange to see that helicopter carrying such a net ?" Kaira asked with suspicion. His eyes looked at the misgivings with a shrouded bad feeling.
"Even that's very strange Kai. For what they carried such a big net. When we want to be transported using the net, just weird them" Cathleen commented in a cynical tone.
Kaira narrowed her eyes when she saw something moving wildly inside the black net. "Kate, I didn't see it wrong, did I ? It's not like somebody kicked or hit the net, is it ?"
Cathleen watched in the direction Kaira pointed. He was surprised to see many bloody hands coming out of the net. "Kaira ! Look up at that net !" panicked shouting.
Kaira widened her eyes. His heart raced quickly, his once-submerged emotions rose again. "Bag, this is a trap ! Don't call them here !" he yelled at his friends. "It's a trap ! They want to kill us all ! Hurry up and get your weapons !" he screamed in panic.
"Huh why"
Be late.
The helicopter was directly above them. The strong wind that blew made them trouble opening their beads. Coinciding with that the net was removed and let the cargo inside loose onto the rooftop there. Everyone held their breath when they saw the contents of the cargo were citizens from the infected city. After the helicopter unleashes a herd of zombies on the Alstrahera rooftop, the object leaves the men in a hurry to retrieve their respective weapons.
"Fuck ! Fuckin ! I'll get the people on that chopper back !" Sena cursed in annoyance. He quickly put up his return boxing gloves. Khalila girl did want to punch the zombies, but not with this situation.
"Bareng is Sena ! If we meet them, throw them into the gini zombie group ! Let's get a taste of being us !" Alena was also upset. He held tightly to his wand.
The nine of them stared in horror at the group of zombies that started attacking. There was no choice but to fight back and try as hard as possible to survive this moment. Sena chose a fighting area that was close to the wall of the rooftop barrier that was as high as his shoulder (Sena had a smaller height than her peers). This would be easier because he could directly throw the zombies to plunge to the ground floor. One fist was given to the zombies that were nearby, repelling the zombies. The next second his body swerved dodging when the zombie figure again attacked him. The zombie ended up falling from the rooftop and Sena could breathe a sigh of relief because she had avoided earlier. He focused on punching the zombies back into the wall and then removing the fist right on his head, allowing the zombies to plunge down from the top floor.
Alena who was separated from Sena hit to the right and to the left. He was cornered by the zombies that were there. Once or twice he had to hit hard until the zombies fell. Not having time to smash their heads, so the Guinevere girl decided to drop them from the rooftop with a barrier that is not too high. His feet kicked back the fierce zombie, then swung his staff to smash the zombie's head. His body was spinning with his staff swung and directed at the heads of the zombies. His breathing was breathless after finishing off the many zombies that attacked him.
Alena spurred her feet towards the S.O.S arrangement they had made, then used it as a pedestal to jump towards the zombie figure that wanted to attack Sena. Alena immediately hit the head of the zombie until the Zombie fell from the rooftop. Sena gasped in shock at seeing her friend who came to save her from a zombie attack.
Alena pitted her back against Sena. The ladder was relentlessly hitting the heads of the zombies with its softball bat. "Don't let your guard down ! The position is like this so we can easily protect each other !" alena's orders. Sena nodded approvingly and the two ended up fighting the zombies with their backs clashing against each other.
Naomi, Teresa, Erden, and Juno were stuck in another corner. Juno tries to attack with a shovel in her hand, helped by Erden hitting them with a racket previously held by Naomi. Teresa hugs Naomi trying to protect her student from the zombie attacks. The beautiful teacher could not help much (not her spirit in resistance), only occasionally put up a fight because of the urgent circumstances.
On the other hand there are Carlos, Cathleen, and Kaira whose condition is not much different from their survival friends. Kaira unceasingly pierced the heads of the zombies with the stick she had been wearing since the first day the virus spread. He did so with a swearing oath to those who would throw the undead at them. Beside her, Cathleen helps out with an umbrella, which is sometimes a shield, and sometimes Cathleen's means of hitting the zombies on the head. Although Cathleen was quite hit by worries because the umbrella was not as good as it used to be. Some parts look broken.
Carlos was only a teacher who taught at Alstrahera, but did not rule out the fact that Cathleen's older brother was carrying a black belt of taekwondo. Be, that young Joselyn fought the zombies with her bare hands. His feet kicked at the one zombie that came close. Meanwhile, his hand immediately grabbed the arm of the zombie then slammed it to the ground. He quickly broke the zombie's neck and let the undead body fall on the rooftop floor. Several times he exerted his strength to throw 2 zombies at once, in order for them to fall from the top of the rooftop. The situation increasingly urged him to do a short way for them to be saved.
The young man Joselyn stared nanar at the student boy and his friend who were increasingly urged because of the endless number of zombies. They had barely fought for half an hour and the zombies were like endless. The sun had even set and was replaced with the moon that became their illumination. Carlos biting his fretful lips saw those who were still fighting with the zombies started to get exhausted and exhausted. If this continues, it is certain that they will not be able to survive. Without a second thought, Carlos quickly made a big decision in his life.
He ran through the zombie crowd leaving Cathleen and Kaira still fighting from the zombie attacks. "What do you want ?!" Cathleen screamed in panic at the reckless actions of her sister.
Carlos cut his ears. He climbed up to the wall of the rooftop far from the reach of the pupil and Teresa, then stood there with tightly clenched hands. "KATE LET'S GO HOME NOW !" he shouted loudly which provoked the zombies to run towards him.
"You're crazy !" Cathleen exclaims to try to get out of her wheelchair, but Kaira restrains the friend. Helda's girl looked at her misgivings with a tangled thought, wondering what reckless action her teacher would take.
Carlos looked at his brother and then smiled a little. "Kate see you at home." he said before dropping out of the rooftop.
"DON'T FUCKING !" Cathleen shouted in panic. Her bead glazed over to see her brother sacrificing himself for their sake.
Some of the zombies jumped in Carlos' footsteps and some still stayed there. It was then that the opportunity for Kaira, Sena, Alena, Erden, and Juno to deliver the final attack. They're killing the remaining zombies. Completely clear the zombies from the rooftop area.
No more zombies attacking them. Rooftop leaves only deep silence and sorrow. Their silence broke as the sound of thunder rumbled over the sky. Before long, the rain fell on them and the bodies of the undead were still scattered.
Cathleen lowered her head deeply with tightly clenched hands. He did not make a sound, not even moving a little from his place. Teresa came to him and hugged his pupil tightly. "Don't be held back, take out what you're holding" Teresa said as she stroked Cathleen's head. He let Cathleen sob loudly on his shoulders, then yelled bitterly at the loss that Joselyn's girl felt. Some people there looked away listening to that. They seemed to be able to feel how much pain Cathleen was feeling. Alena and Sena who were clenching their hands tightly quietly cried at how messy their friend was.
Kaira the girl stared blankly at her best friend who was still sobbing bitterly. His hand held tightly to the stick which he had been his instrument of resistance all along. He raised his head letting the rain water drench the face stained with bloodstains. Along with the rain falling down his face, his tears came down. His cries were disguised by the rain that soaked their bodies. Silently blaming himself for all the plans he made. If only she had been more careful as Naomi had said the night before, this tragedy would never have happened. He wasted the opportunity and destroyed it all.
It is true that regrets always come last.
