Run Z's

Run Z's
Section 10's. The Extended Kisruh

Erden was about to pull the drone back to the computer lab, but stopped when Belva clutched his hand. Then immediately direct the drone towards the outside of the school. Erden grimaced softly as his hand was still firmly gripped. The energy of taekwondo is unequaled.

"Hey ! What are you doing ?! Lepasin Erden !" Juno who saw that exclaimed in disbelief.

"Shut up ! I want to see how things are outside ! Why did the old help get here. You guys must be curious too, right ? So it's better to be quiet, don't protest too much" he said full of arrogance.

Not denying what Belva said is true. But, they did not like the actions of Belva who still tightly gripped Erden's hand and forced him to direct it to move the drone. Kaira who was already upset pulled the rough hand Belva from there then threw it with all her might, making Belva look at Kaira sharply. And Kaira retorted with a look no less defiant.

She thinks Kaira's scared ? Oh not at all, not a dime even.

"What the fuck are you !" Belva yelled inadmissively.

"You hurt him and I can't stand watching him. If, you want the drone to see the situation outside the school, just tell Erden there's no need to grab his hand" Kaira said in a cold tone.

"You !" Belva pointed her finger at Kaira.

"What ?!" Kaira shouted back defiantly.

"You don't fight !" Teresa exclaimed to mediate. "Belva, as Kaira said, you shouldn't have done that ! And Kaira don't get carried away with emotions ! Stop the argument between the two of you, we better see the situation outside. Erden pointed the drone out of the school" he told the three students.

Erden directly pointed the drone toward the outside of the school gate. Although his wrist hurt from being gripped earlier, but he tried his best to hold it. Belva gripped him too tightly, even the wrists until reddened made.

Those who stare at the pc screen are made silent when the camera leads to the crowd out there who are protesting. Not far away there were also police barricades and soldiers standing guard in front of the school gates, which had been filled with zombies. The rotten creatures roared towards the demonstrators. It's like a predator chasing its prey.

"Wait ! That seems to be, the parents of the disciples who were demonstrating !" Sena exclaimed with a tone full of shock.

This means they have been waiting outside. But, those cops and soldiers blocked the entrance. Damn, why are they just standing still and blocking the crowd. Instead of helping those who desperately survive inside a school full of zombies. Total Sena was upset. Not only Sena, but those in the computer lab were shrouded in frustration.

After seeing the scene, they spontaneously ran towards the window facing directly towards the school gate. Sliding a little window to hear the noise out there. The demonstrators clashed with the growls of the zombies on the ground floor. Occasionally they will turn around, to monitor the situation more clearly through a pc screen that still displays the situation outside through the drone camera.

They could hear demonstrators shouting for police and soldiers to step aside and give way. The situation outside the noisy is not playing. The atmosphere grew chaotic as the demonstrators forced their way in by forcibly pushing barricades of loyal police officers to stay in their positions. The zombies that were blocked by the school gates were getting violent hearing the boisterous noise out there. They tried to push the walled gate from within.

I don't know until when the gate is strong to hold back the horde of raging zombies.

Shortly after, several helicopters came flying over the demonstrators. There was a loud rustling sound from one of the helicopters flying up there. It looks like they're going to announce something. "To the parents of esteemed Alstrahera students, we implore you all to remain orderly. We're working on saving your daughter's son who's still trapped inside. Please keep conditions conducive so that relief efforts can be carried out smoothly" a person ordered from inside the helicopter.

Alena was upset to hear that. "They're even more slow and slow than me or Kaira when running. Where's the help ? We've been stuck here for 2 days. Thank God we can still live, damn it."

No one replied to Alena's words, though in their hearts they confirmed the girl's words. Until, suddenly, someone was talking slowly. "Have you ever thought that they did this on purpose ? Deliberately letting us die silly inside the school. Their alibi said as if it would save us, in fact they just kept quiet with the form of the formality of the crowd coming here" Kaira held her chin to watch the atmosphere out there that was increasingly noisy.

"The madman who said the absurd" Belva said cynically. "As if you know everything, you know what you do !" his pedicab. Kaira just shrugged her shoulders indifferently. He was lazy to argue at this moment. Even though the reality of his little heart angle did not accept being said that way. Hey, only his three friends he allowed branded himself crazy. Not this songong boy named Belva.

"Look over there !" Juno exclaimed while pointing in a direction.

The gate that opened wide became an opportunity for the zombies who were nearby to escape from the school. They ran after the people who were still standing in front of the school. Oh no, the bigger mess happens right then and there.

"God ! The virus is spreading out !"

"Driver's mouth is so stupid !"

"Oh my god, things are getting messy now !"

"He made a mess at the expense of others ! Now no one can save us !"

Some call from those who still survive in the computer lab. Too surprised to see what the careless driver was causing. If this is the case, the virus will spread out of the city. There might not even be a place for them to take shelter. I feel like crying is useless right now. They seem to lose the hope they have been looking for. There's no way out of here. No one can save them. They think so.

Carlos breathed out slowly. "Erden, you pull the drone back. Maybe we'll need him later" he gave orders to his student's son. Erden nodded lethargicly then pointed the drone back at the computer lab.

For the rest of the day, they sit pensively. Wondering in the worry that re-enveloped. When they managed to save themselves, where would they go ? Now there was no place for them to go home. Out there, the plague has definitely spread. There is no certainty how many survivors there are.

The night was approaching and most of them were still drowning in despair. Kaira did not join them. Helda preferred to spend time sitting with a window that featured the moon and her friends, the stars. It was a beautiful night in the midst of the terrible chaos down there. Such a sad irony.

Nakamura Naomi, the student who had just been silent without saying a word, came closer to her senior who was still pensive. Take a seat near there and occupy yourself, right next to Kaira. The manic is staring at Kaira's gaze. Right on the moon.

He started a conversation between the two. Asked slowly to his senior, "what would it be like to be saved 3 times from facing death ?"

Kaira was silent for a moment. However, not long ago a small smile was engraved on his roar when he understood the meaning of his classmate's question. "It's funny to hear someone who from a very long time ago just silently listened and observed, suddenly asking me a crucial question."

Naomi stared at her upperclassmen with a shady twinkle. "The one who only observes, also has curiosity in him. Wondering in mind. Wonder what about the subject who feels it directly. So, how do you answer senior Helda ?"

There was a slow chuckle when he heard his last name called. Rarely heard of this, people are more familiar with his first name than the clan embedded in the back. "Call me by name only. Too formal if you call my last name, I'm not the kind of person who's as respectful as Belva. Just relax with me" Kaira said and replied with a slow nod. "And as to your question, I cannot give a definite answer. I don't know it's too hard to define. I can only be grateful for the fact that luck is still on my side" she ended her sentence with a wide grin.

Naomi smiled a little. "You're right, luck loves you and your friends too much. Hey, just a little advice for you, Kaira. Use well the second chance that is present. Because there's no such thing as a third chance."

Kaira initially just kept quiet listening to that. However, once again his brain can connect the meaning of the words of the junior. "Of course the opportunity came so precious to me and my friends."

Naomi directs one hand to hold the shoulder of the upperclassman. "I hope you don't make mistakes, carelessness, or rash actions in the future. Like you said, the opportunity that comes is so precious. Don't waste it or fatal consequences will come your way to the four of you."

Kaira turned her body, looking inward at the three friends who were both bowed listlessly. "Of course not. I'll make sure they're safe" he said with confidence.

Naomi smiled gently, she got up then patted the upperclassman's shoulder gently. "As I said before, use the opportunity that comes as best as possible. Even though he was a small percentage and a high risk, I hope you understand what I mean" he pointed outwards before leaving the silent upperclassman.
