Run Z's
Section 09's. Temporary Monitoring

They all sat in silence. Back worrying about how the fate of friends and teachers out there. And what they are most worried about, how is their family doing when they realize their children have not returned since last night ? No one can give a definitive answer. They were all equally drowning in confusion as well as fear at this moment. It's just trying to suppress it strongly by treating the situation calmly. As much as possible. The panic and rashness would only end up calamity for them. It is better to just sit back and wait with endless uncertainty.

"Why not just look out ?" Kaira arrived to sleep in the middle of the 5-man slumber. He secretly eavesdropped on their conversation. Then came when they heard what they were worried about at this time. The five spontaneously stared at Kaira.2 who was staring in confusion and the other 3 stared at the cue "you are crazy ?!".

Cathleen who heard that gave a rude snort, "can't you control your crazy idea ? It's enough we're the victims of your crazy idea. Don't let anyone else get it too" he said.

"Well, where'd the crazy idea come from ? I'm just saying to look out" he replied. Kaira rejoins the circle. "I'm not saying we should go out. I mean use this thing. I found him in the chief engineer's room. We can see the situation around the school. Erden you can fly this ?" Kaira pointed towards the drone she had just picked up from the technician room. He saw the drone lying on the technician's desk.

Erden nodded. He took the drone and then his remote control. After that walk to a pc to connect the camera on the drone with the pc. The people there stared curiously at the young Mongolian man who looked serious at the computers and drones nearby. Then before long, he stared twinkling happily at the people around him.

Good news they need right now.

Erden turned the pc facing toward his friend, teacher, and senior. The pc screen shows a view of the drone camera that is recording Erden at this time. "The drone is ready, we can see out now !" yells.

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief. There was at least a bit of good news for them in this strange situation. They can see things around and may ask for help if luck is still there. Although the worry and anxiety will not disappear, before they know the situation around. But at least, they know a little more than not at all outside circumstances.

Erden started flying the drone towards the window. Teresa, who was by the window, swiftly opened the window and let the drone fly out of the computer lab. After that hurriedly closed the window and locked it. Just a precaution and a haunting misgivings. No one knows, if there could have been zombies infiltrating through the window.

After that he joined the people who were staring at the pc screen with focus and a tense aura that surrounds. The heart is pounding with growing worry. Drowning in nervousness, this will be the first time they know the state of the school since the virus spread.

Drone cameras recorded how the undead filled the school grounds. Running wild without a clear direction. However, when the drones approached them, they began to chase the drones because of the noise generated from the drone propellers. Erden directed the drone to look at the current state of the building they were occupying.

Ill-favored.

It's so bad !

It's too sad to be told in a long and detailed narrative.

All the rooms downstairs were filled with bloodied zombies. They all came closer when they heard the noise produced by the drone. A bit of a rage when unable to reach the drone, making people who are watching through the pc screen hold their breath. Fearful of the undead leaping towards the drones. And capture the tool that became the only hope.

Not long after what they thought really happened. A zombie figure jumped towards the drone, but Erden swiftly aimed the drone to dodge. What Erden did was successfully make the bloodied body fall from the 2nd floor and hit the grass yard below. The people in the computer lab grimaced softly at the horrifying sight presented before them.

Then the drone tries to enter through the window of one of the open classes. The camera records how things are in the 2nd floor hallway that is completely filled with zombies. It seems that it was D-CAISA who had lured them all there.

"There's no life on the 2nd floor..." Teresa said lethargicly. He wanted to cry when he realized that the students he had been teaching had been infected and turned into violent monsters. But as one of the teachers who was there, he was all his strength to refrain from the shock that hit. He should not look desperate because it could make his students feel the same way.

"Hey, you go to the other building. There may still be some who survive like us" Sena gave a suggestion.

Erden nodded obediently then aimed the drone at the building opposite. Not much different from the building they occupy. There was no sign of the school residents surviving the disaster. There are only the undead hanging around there.

"Hey ! Look there someone is running ! And he's not a zombie !" Alena exclaims while catching in the camera corner a student is running from the pursuit of zombies.

"Let's get him to a safe place !" Carlos gave the order.

Erden tried to bring the drone closer to the student. Trying to signal to the student, he unfortunately did not understand at all. And instead stopped running then waved at the drone with a face of despair. Everyone was screaming in panic seeing that.

'It's so stupid of him. He sacrificed himself !'

"God ! He's stupid or what ! Hey ! There's a rotten creature behind you !" Kaira exclaimed loudly. The girl seemed to have forgotten, even though she screamed as loud as she could, that person would not hear her orders.

Inevitably, the student was bitten by the zombies. Everyone who saw that couldn't help but tremble in fear. Some even shut their mouths withholding shouts of horror at the sight of the incident. Only a few seconds later the zombies released the student, then ran towards the front with a loud snarl.

The student who was bitten, got up and then looked all over his bitten body. He suddenly grabbed his head and soon spewed blood from his mouth. His eyes turned reddish and there began to be an indistinct growl coming out of him. Symptoms that indicate that he is infected. And not long after he suddenly turned violent and ran wildly in the hallway of the building.

Everyone who saw it grimaced and regretted the fate of that student who ended up infected. "Stop..." Cathleen said softly. "It's enough to see this sight. I don't want to see the same thing again." Cathleen herself is traumatized. He recalled what happened in his class. And it's really haunting him right now. He closed his eyes tightly then shook his head violently trying to dispel those terrifying shadows.

Carlos who was near Cathleen clutched tightly to his sister. His hand rubbed slowly on his head while whispering tranquilizing words. The people who were there were staring at Cathleen. Except Belva who rolled her eyes off guard. The girl did not care, there was something else that she thought was more important to know at this moment.
