"So, do you still love me?" daniel asked after staying long enough. 

Bella is again shocked to hear Daniel's question. Bella stared at the tip of her toenails.

"Bella?"

"...."

"Originally you know Bella. You are my first love. I wish you would be my last love."

Bella stared at the seriousness in Daniel's eyes. But Bella doesn't want the past to repeat itself. Bella's been hurt enough. 

It used to be that Daniel's parents had decided on the scholarship he had obtained. Bella desperately works to make money for college. But Daniel's parents got Bella fired. Not only that, Daniel's parents made Bella not accepted to work anywhere. Bella finally decided to go back to the village.

"Sorry Daniel, I can't. You better just go home." 

"I beg Bella. Please just give me a chance once," please Daniel.

"I still can't Daniel. I don't want your parents interfering with my life anymore. Your parents won't agree with our relationship."

"So you still love me?" daniel asked, drawing conclusions from Bella's words.

Bella sighed. Bella just wants to live a peaceful life. 

"It's true that I still love you. From the past until now. When I married my husband, I still had the same feelings for you."

"If you really love me, why would you marry your late husband?" cut Daniel quickly.

"He was the one who helped me and my mother. He who keeps fighting for me and my mother, there's no reason I refuse her proposal anymore. What can I expect equal love. Love that ruins my own life."

Daniel squeezed the grip firmly. Daniel could not imagine how much Bella would suffer. If it used to be if Daniel's parents didn't bother Bella, Bella's life would not be what it is today. Bella could have gotten a better job.

"So you want to give me a chance?"

"I still can't accept you Daniel. I don't want your parents touching Lala. Lala is everything to me." 

Daniel tries to get close to Bella. Daniel knelt in front of Bella.

"Bella, what should I do for you to accept me. It's been enough all this time that I've suffered from harboring my feelings for you. My life was never happy. My parents often forced me this and that, including marrying my ex-wife. Sam is the only treasure precious to me, just as you love your son. Please, give me a chance, Bella."

Bella was touched by Daniel's words. It turns out they have been suffering together. Bella is too heavy to accept Daniel. He and Daniel are from different families. If only they were both ordinary people, Bella would easily accept Daniel.

"Bella" called Daniel with Bella's hands.

"Bella, please. Give me a chance once. Please be a mom to Sam and I'll be a dad to Lala. Let's complete what we need." 

"What do you mean?" ask Bella. 

"I know, I know that Lala's been ridiculed for not having a father. I promise to accept Lala as my son, just like Sam. I'm not a good father to Sam. All this time, I've been ignoring Sam. But what he wants I will do. Let's be happy together."

"But…."

"I beg you, trust me. I will definitely do my best. If you're worried about my parents, I'll fight for you no matter what. If they don't accept you later, I'll choose you." 

"But they are both your parents. You can't be that." 

"They were both my parents. They should want their children to be happy, not to maintain their selfishness. Now my happiness is right in front of my eyes" Daniel told Bella.

Bella's defense begins to collapse seeing Daniel's attitude. 

Daniel no longer knows what to say to persuade Bella. If Daniel goes home without success, Daniel doesn't believe there's a second chance. 

Bella wiped the tears out of Daniel's eyes. Daniel was surprised and looked back at Bella. 

"I want to be happy too. Please take care of me and my son" Bella finally made up her mind.

Bella could not bear to see Daniel and he were both hurt. 

"Thank you, thank you, Bella" Daniel said.

Daniel grabs both of Bella's hands and kisses her a number of times. Daniel hugged Bella tightly. 

Bella patted Daniel on the shoulder with tears coming out as well. Bella's cry is a cry of happiness. Bella could feel her heart now being light, as if a heavy weight was lifted.

Daniel let go of his embrace. 

"I promise, the tears that come out today will never come out again. Except when you're as happy as I am now" Daniel smiled, a smile that Daniel rarely shows to people.

After Daniel and Bella had finished talking, they went out to meet Dilla and the others. 

Dilla who saw the two of them finished talking approached Daniel and Bella. Judging from the look on their faces, Dilla already knew how it turned out. 

"How Master? is everything all right?" ask Dilla.

Daniel smiled and hugged Bella's shoulder. 

"Everything went well. Bella wants to give me one chance" Daniel said proudly. 

"I thank you very much Dilla. You've helped me" Daniel continued. 

"Sama-sama Sir. Dilla is happy if you are happy too" Dilla said sincerely.

"I also thank you for your help Dilla." 

"Sama-sama Ma'am. Ma'am, can I borrow the bathroom. I'm gonna pee," Pinta Dilla.

Dilla has been resisting the urge to urinate. Dilla did not dare to disturb Daniel who was speaking. 

"Yes Dilla. Come with me," Bella.

"Sir, leave Rio for a moment. Rio's here. Mama's going to the bathroom" said Dilla.

"Oteh Omy" Rio said.

Dilla hurriedly followed Bella to the bathroom. After Dilla finished from the bathroom, Dilla returned again to the terrace of the house.

When Dilla arrives on the porch, Dilla sees Ryan and Daniel fighting. More precisely, Ryan was hitting Daniel. 

"Ryan stop," cried Dilla.
