Ryan immediately ran quickly towards Rio who was already lying down. Ryan held onto the weakened Rio. Rio's head is bleeding.

"Rio baby let's wake up son, this is Papa," Ryan called worried.

"Omy Omy," Rio said softly.

On the sidelines of Rio's last consciousness, he could still mention Mommy. After saying Omy a few times Rio was unconscious. 

"Honey let's get up," Ryan patted Rio's cheek lightly.

"Ryan quickly you pick up Rio and you take him now to the hospital," Dafa ordered.

Ryan regained his senses and raised Rio in a hurry. Everyone followed Ryan's steps. 

"Let me drive" said Dafa.

Ryan nodded his head. Ryan, Rita and Aditya get in the car. While Jelita did not come because she wanted to keep Reza and Rafa who had been crying hysterically.

Ryan ran when the car stopped. 

"Doctor help my son!" yell Ryan.

The Nurses immediately took over Rio's body and brought Rio to the ER. The doctor who was in charge of following the nurses.

"Ryan what about Rio?" ask Rita.

"Rio, it's been taken to the ER Ma's room" replied Ryan.

"You shouldn't have said that to Rio. However Rio is still very small, so he needs time to forget about Dilla" Aditya said.

"But Pa, they should be able to forget him, because he'll never come back here again. If Ryan can prevent him from leaving then Ryan will. But that can't be Pa. You know he's getting married" Ryan said.

"Papa knew that Dilla was getting married soon and Reza and Rio would have a hard time accepting that. Because they are very close to Dilla so we must be able to persuade them to let Dila go little by little, not in your way like this Ryan," Aditya replied.

"How is Pa? they won't listen to our words." 

"Have not fussed anymore, now Rio is still being examined inside. We'd better just pray" Rita divorced Ryan and Aditya.

Ryan who felt ill-advised as a father hit the wall beside him. He felt like a failed and guilty father. He does not want to lose his son.

Rita, Dafa and Aditya only see Ryan hitting the wall. They didn't prevent Ryan from venting his emotions on the wall. Why would they prevent if all this was Ryan's own fault. Pity is a wall that's not wrong anything to be a victim of Ryan's boxing.

A few minutes later, the doctor left the ER. 

"Dok, what about my son's condition Doctor?" ask Ryan. 

"My son's condition is fine. Good thing you quickly brought him here, otherwise bad things can happen to your son. Now he can get through a critical state," said the doctor.

They all felt relieved because Rio's state was fine.

"But his physical condition is not the same as his soul state. It seemed like there was something he was thinking about that became a burden on his mind. Your child should not think of heavy things, which can make him too much thought. Because it can interfere with the development of the growth of your child," advises the Doctor. 

The Doctor and Nurse immediately left there after giving a little direction to Ryan. Ryan felt devastated by the words of the Doctor, he did not know that his son could get there like that. Rita can only stroke her child's shoulder so that her child can toughen up.

The Nurses pushed the sleeping bed occupied by Rio. They followed the nurses in silence.

Rio only regained consciousness the next day. The first name or word mentioned by Rio was the name of Dilla.

"Omy," call Rio weak.

Ryan who saw Rio subconsciously immediately approached Rio. She held Rio's hand and stroked him. 

"Darling you're awake. Which one hurts," Ryan said.

"Omy," Rio said again.

"Darling this is Papa" Ryan said with tears streaming out.

Ryan looked in Rio's eyes that there was no sign of life. Ryan was very worried about the state of his son's soul as the Doctor had said. Now that she didn't know what else to do, there was no way she could persuade Dilla to return to care for her two children.

 "Omy Omy ingalin cue Liyo," Rio said staring up. 

Ryan waved his hand over Rio's eyes, but Rio did not respond at all. Ryan's getting freaked out, he doesn't want what the doctor really predicts to happen.

Ryan pressed the emergency button to call the doctor. Ryan stressed it several times hoping the Doctor would come soon.

"Omy Omy."

Moments later, the doctor comes along with Rita. The doctor immediately checked Rio's state.

"Ryan, what happened to Rio?" rita asked worriedly to see Ryan panicking.

"Omy Omy, Liyo wants Omy's name."

"Ryan doesn't know Ma, Rio from earlier just said Omy."

"The physical condition of the Father's child has improved, but as I have said before, the soul of the Father's child is being shaken. From the words of the father's son, it looks like he wants to meet his mother. Better bring your wife here."

"Omy son I mentioned is not my wife Doctor. My wife died when my son was born. She was their nanny" Ryan replied.

"Then you can bring him here. Only he can calm your son."

"That's no way Doctor, he's home and he's getting married."

"If you can't bring him, you have to be prepared when your child is taken to a psychologist."

"What do you mean, Doctor, don't talk carelessly" said Ryan angrily.

He did not accept if his son was taken to a psychologist. Ryan grabbed the Doctor's suit.

"Ryan let go, what are you doing" Rita said.

Rita tries to let go of Ryan's hand. Rita doesn't want her son to have trouble in the hospital.

"If you don't release the doctor later Rio can be kicked out of the hospital."

Ryan let go of the grip, he didn't want to create new problems. The doctor confirmed his suit back.

"Omy omy," Rio shouted as he muttered.

The doctor and the others approached Rio. The doctor checked Rio. He took an injection and wanted to inject into Rio's intravenous fluids.

"What did the doctor do?" ask Ryan.

Ryan prevented the Doctor's hand. 

"Sorry sir, your son should be given a sedative because the father's son continues to rebel and scream."

"Did the doctor have no other choice?" 

Rita and Ryan were surprised when Rio had to be given a sedative try.

"Sorry sir, I have no other choice. If the father's child is not immediately given sedatives, the condition of the father's child can be even worse."

The doctor immediately injects the drug into the infusion tube. Rita just cried seeing the incident. Ryan clenched both of his hands.

"Once again I recommend the same

Dad, take the nanny or your son will get worse. For the worst possibility, you could lose the joy of your son or your own son."

After the departure of the Doctor, Rita sobbed in Ryan's arms. Ryan stroked his mother while thinking about what the doctor said, now he had no choice.
