My students Canduku

My students Canduku
Chapter 10

Exiting the Lexus LS 500 belonging to Shila who today deliberately drove him to school, Chandra immediately stood in a daze at the gate. The vice principal approached his wife who was still in the back seat of the car, greeting the typical pleasantries despite getting a makeshift reply.

“Please take care of my husband, yes, Mom!” shila said later, when the vice principal gave a pause to their chat.

“Siap, Ms. Shila. Ready it! It must be mah.” The aged woman chuckled lightly again, looking relaxed as she was unaware of Chandra's rigid change in expression.

Shila then gave a nod along with a smile.

“I'm sorry, Mom. Must leave for office now,” said Shila pamit.

“Ah, yes, Mom. Please, please.” The vice principal retreated, giving room for the luxury car to leave the front area of the school gate.

“Mari, Mr Chandra!” greet the woman named Lastri, while giving a nod of respect.

On the basis of manners, Chandra replied with a similar thing. Although he was honestly disinclined, because Shila's speech was not just a pleasantries. The woman actually asked Lastri to keep an eye on her, and in return, Lastri would be able to get an extra bonus equivalent to buying iPhone 13 cash.

Not directly entering the school grounds, Chandra first circulated the view. Looking for a figure that makes it difficult to calm down all night. Little hope, working well for Mishall could make him more disciplined. However, Chandra seemed not allowed to wish more on the woman on her first day to change better.

The man stepped up, entering the school grounds following Lastri who had already disappeared from sight. Although it seems cold in greeting some fellow teachers, Chandra is actually trying to hide his anger. He might not be able to calm down before meeting, and communicate with his special disciple.

Only then, when the man was about to enter his room, the woman he had always been looking for seemed to enter the gate in a better state. Come half an hour before lesson time begins, with a more awake appearance now. Yesterday, the woman probably just brushed her hair a little bit. There was no tidying up her tie, skirt, or uniform shape.

Mishall was more radiant this morning.

When their gaze met—Mishall accidentally escaped his gaze to the second floor of the middle school building, Chandra smiled faintly. However, Mishall's reply was not as good as expected. The girl threw her gaze in the other direction, and stepped on with her lips tightly closed.

What was?

Chandra felt his strangeness, but the difficulty of meeting Mishall was as free as yesterday. The man must brainwash .. get an idea.

Ah yes!

Originally, Chandra chose one of the students who happened to pass by.

“Call Aksa to my room!” his word, which was immediately agreed by the student.

It seems, Chandra found the best way to communicate with Mishall, without anyone suspecting.

Aksa came a second time to see Chandra when the break came. He did not alone— brought three other students to face Chandra who was holding a notebook about the behavior of the students. One of them is Mishall.

Chandra smiled faintly.

Chandra gives permission for Aksa to leave all four of them in the room. However, before the three students sat in each seat, Lastri suddenly appeared.

“There can I help you, Miss Lastri?” chandra asked, without turning her gaze and basic smile to the vice principal.

“No papa, Mr. Chandra. Please continue, I thought there was Mr. Hendri here.”

Chandra knows, it's a lie. This woman just wants to find evidence of Chandra's excessive closeness to other women, which she will then sell to Shila. Chandra had already memorized, despite the beginning of the marriage, he was quite shocked by this fact. However, having known and accompanied Shila since she was recovering from trauma, Chandra let her.

The effect is happening now. Chandra has trouble keeping a close eye on female students, especially Mishall.

The man handed each of them a piece of paper.

“Please fill. Try to split up, no one influences each other. Fill in your reality!” pinta Chandra's. When he is already embraced by the three, Chandra's gaze leads to Mishall. “You stay here, Mishall Afifah. There are a lot of questions I want to know about you. You two, please find somewhere else, stay in this room!”

“Good, Sir!” The students answered almost simultaneously.

After the two moved away, and Mishall began to fill in the data on the paper, Chandra opened the drawer. Take out a few pieces of paper for her to tulise.

“So, can you tell me, the reason why you were often late a few weeks ago, Mishall?” chandra asked, without taking her eyes off the 5-square-centi paper in front of her.

Before Mishall could answer, the paper written by Chandra was given to the woman. Mishall looked up to the teacher for a moment just to read the command cue so that Mishall answered another question Chandra conveyed through writing. The man also gestured, for Mishall to answer behind the paper.

[You okay yesterday? ]

First question on paper. Mishall without a second thought immediately noted something, while his mouth expressed the answer to Chandra's question earlier.

Ah, of course! Chandra looked at the two students in the room. Mishall is here playing a rich schoolgirl. Obviously, won't tell you the truth that he worked until midnight overtime.

“What is your game that can produce something, Mishall?” chandra asked, accepting the paper from the woman.

[No papa]

Obviously, the answers on the paper are inversely proportional to what Chandra felt yesterday. He wrote again on a new page.

“Produce pleasure, Sir,” Mishall replied. “It's important, I'm still in school. Still want to learn. There are times when a person is fed up with life, choosing another outlet in order to control himself.. Thank you, can experience life.”

Chandra's eyes lifted to look at the girl in front of him. That is not a wise answer, just an excuse for his misappropriation to be accepted. Anyway, bad things stay bad—according to the Chandra dictionary.

“But, it looks like you're more into games than school. Do you not feel ... loss? You ignored your future capital just for a moment's pleasure?” ask Chandra again, while sticking a paper out at the student.

[Why do you ask for help if you're still okay?]

Mishall immediately wrote on paper. “No loss at all, sir. School is only for getting a degree. While pleasure, to harmonize the brain.”

[Squeals.]

Chandra knew, the answer on the paper was just the original reason. There was something that happened to Mishall yesterday, which Chandra wouldn't know the cause if it wasn't answered by Mishall, or Arfan later.

“To get pleasure, it doesn't feel like it takes much time, and there's no need to ignore school, right, Mishall?”

[I promised you, to help you. If you are not honest, how can I help you?]

Chandra's two questions are poked up almost simultaneously.

“There's time to be serious, there's time to play, sir. Youth time is time to multiply play, and serious time, later .. if you are as mature as Mr. Chandra,” Mishall reply.

[I don't think I need Chandra's help anymore.]

Wh why? In fact, Mishall has shown better development yesterday. This woman instead went back to her old fashion: stubborn, dissident, and haughty.

“Did I ever ask permission to help you, Mishall?”

Holy hooch! Chandra cursed herself with a lack of focus, so the question she was supposed to ask on paper, she said instead.

Luckily, the two students were not fooled by Chandra's reply, and were still busy filling in the data.

Mishall unlicensedly snatches a piece of paper before Chandra. His expression was unreadable as he began to ink on it.

[As long as I don't wear a uniform, it's beyond the school's responsibility. Mr. Chandra has crossed the line between teacher-students, you know, no?]

Then Mishall flipped the paper to give the answer.

[Chandra's wife is still a mess, pretentious and managing another woman! Unless Mr. Chandra wants to cheat, I don't know.]

And, yeah. Mishall was able to predict the expression of his teacher when he read the two messages on the paper just now. Although her face looked calm, Chandra's squeezing the paper's demeanor showed what level of annoyance she was at.

While Mishall only showed a forced pull of both corners of his lips.

Chandra knows. This woman experienced something yesterday, so it's back to shit now. From here too, Chandra knows. Asking Mishall would not end satisfactorily. He had to find out for himself about this student.

“Please exit!” chandra's decree, which Mishall immediately did with pleasure. “Anara!” call Chandra next.

...***...

...Lose the Debate, sir?...

...When have I ever given up? I like to play carefully. So, watch out, Mishall!...
