Season 2: Diligence

Abel blinked several times to adjust the light that hit his face, after hours of sleep due to an anesthetic injection to undergo surgery, now he woke up and the first person he saw was Mama Dina and the second was Excel.

"Ma brother ? ".his body is still weak even to move his hands still feels heavy, grateful He can still see people who love him, at least Iya still alive and breathing.

" How are you feeling right now? ". Mama Dina smiled at Abel after she saw the girl awake, long enough to fall asleep and she was so anxiously waiting. Now Mama Dina felt relieved because Abel had been able to open his eyes.

Abel's hand moved trying to feel his face, he was disappointed because his face was still bandaged and the bandage had not been opened. Now he had to wait for the band to open but curiosity made him impatient.

"How is the operation ma, is it smooth?" . Hoping that the operation was smooth and there were no obstacles, he was too afraid that his face was still the same or even worse than before, if that happened could he still live ?.

"The doctor said the operation was smooth just that we have to wait to open the bandage, Abel do not worry about your face later because somehow we all still love you". Mama Dina tried to calm Abel so as not to worry too much, indeed the doctor said that the operation was successful but also said that all depends on Abel's skin because not all skin is the same and can be good post-surgery.

So there remains a sense of anxiety in the heart of Mama Dina. However, he could not show his anxiety. Because whether you feel anxious or not still does not change the existing situation.

"You're right not to worry because we love you". Excel smiled shadyly at Abel and hoped his smile would be contagious because positive thoughts would increase good feelings as well.

"Yes". He replied in a weak tone, he hoped so that the longer his eyes returned to weight and drowsiness came back. Maybe the anesthetic effect that was given was still there until Abel closed his eyes again and headed to dreamland.

"We'd better get Cel out so we don't disturb Abel's rest". Mama Dina left there to let Abel himself rest, and behind in Excel who was still reluctant to stand because of his anxiety, but preferred Abel to sleep peacefully.

When he got outside, Excel closed the door to Abel's nursery so that all kinds of sounds could not disturb Abel who was in the dream. The sound of a telfon rang loud enough that he went a little far to get to the place that would not be possible to disturb other patients.

"Hallo" ~ Excel

"Excel when are you helping papi here, because papi kawalah let alone you suddenly to Indonesia when here the company is in need of you" ~ papi Jimmy

As long as Excel accompanied Abel he did ignore everything, even to the point of leaving a company in the US also in Indonesia. Excel sacrificed so much for Abel that he forgot his other obligations. He was wrong to have returned to Indonesia just like that when the situation there was precarious and needed his energy.

"Can't you handle it first, now I'm accompanying Abel in Thailand but you know that Abel also needs me" ~ Excel

"His family members are many Cel while my son is only you, papi does not want to know as soon as you have to come back here if you do not want to be a bad boy" ~ Papi Jimmy

"Alright pi I'll be there soon but at least until Abel opens his eyes again" ~ Excel

"Good but fast" ~ papi Jimmy

The phone connection has been broken by Jimmy's father, it is clear that Papi Jimmy is very angry about his behavior that suddenly returned to Indonesia, though he knew that the situation there was not conducive and still needed his energy.

Excel returns to meet Dina's mother who is still standing guard in front of Abel's nursery, confused as to how to tell Dina's mother if she should return soon. Even the confusion cannot be hidden properly because Mama Dina can still see it.

"What's Cel ? Is there a problem ?". Asked Mama Dina, she was afraid that bad things would happen to the closest people, as if traumatizing her with a sad face that was shown.

"But just called me to immediately return to the US because the company there was in trouble and I left it when I heard the news about the explosion that Abel experienced to make papi angry". Evidently.

Honestly, Mama Dina is not happy to hear the sacrifice that Excel has made. He understands very well that Excel is a busy person so he understands. "So when are you going back there ?".

"I asked for permission to go back there after Abel regained consciousness, and told Abel that I would be leaving, but soon I would return to Indonesia if the business there was done". He said, smiling wryly.

"Mama understands and hopefully Abel can also understand your difficulties".

Mama Dina and Excel went back inside after they felt that if Abel slept too long, they were afraid that Abel would sleep too long, so they asked the doctor to check and when they said that Abel was okay, they were relieved.

"Sister..". Abel's weak voice shocked Mama Dina and Excel, as they turned to find Abel with open eyes and a thin smile that adorned the face full of bandages.

"You want something ?". Ask Excel when it looks like Abel is outstretched and pointing to a glass that is above the bedside nightstand. Excel grabs the glass and tries to help Abel drink with a straw.

"I'm hungry". He said now with a clearer tone after drinking, maybe Abel felt thirsty and hungry after undergoing surgery that lasted for hours.

Excel comes out to find food for Abel, the suit gets food immediately Excel feeds it to Abel, but the girl is reluctant to open her mouth after knowing what food Excel brought her.

"Why, wasn't she hungry ?". Excel asked, his hand still hanging with a spoon that had not yet landed in Abel's mouth.

"Well, didn't he just say he was hungry ? Excel until buyin out". Imbuh mama Dina's.

With Abel forced to open his mouth, a mouthful of porridge had landed successfully and he chewed with a heavy heart because he was bored because he again had to eat porridge. Though this in Thailand, he was confused himself how Excel could find these foods in the country of people.

"The man called me to catch up with him because he needed my help, I had to go". He said while stirring the porridge and scooping a porridge waiting for the one in Abel's mouth to run out.

Abel stopped chewing, he was surprised by Excel's permission, not the man did not ask permission but said he would leave. Honestly he wanted Excel to be here with him until he returned to Indonesia, but he realized that he should not be selfish.

Even the one who asked Excel to leave was his own papa, he did not want to make Excel an unfilial child and influenced him to stay away from his parents. She's not that kind of woman.

"But when it's over I'll see you brother and go back to Indonesia". Imploringly.

"Yes sure".

Actually I was getting tired of writing on Mt because the new policies are increasingly making the authors leave.

And I'm the one who's starting to get discouraged from writing on this lap. Especially with your comments that sometimes the contents are blasphemous. Even to just press the thumb just on forgetting, or hard.

Nulis is easy, but finding inspiration and time is difficult and not everyone can do it.
