Chap 44's
As usual Karina tonight again sat in front of the table a mini market with her head on the table, not forgetting her hand held a soda can whose contents only stayed half. The girl closed her eyes, enjoying the gentle gusts of the night breeze on the hairdo that was detached from its ties
Chunghee put both of her hands in the front pocket of the hoodie she was wearing. The man sighed when he once again found Karina sitting on the bengku. He approached the girl, then he took a soda can from Karina's hand and he sipped the rest of the soda.
Karina wasn't surprised at all, she knew it must have been Chunghee. The girl still faithfully closed her eyes
"How long have you been sitting here?" Chunghee asked as soon as she sat down on the chair in front of Karina
"Thirty minutes ago" Karina replied with her eyes still closed
Chunghee let out a tired sigh, once again she had to be faced with Karina's annoying nature. The atmosphere was silent after the answer Karina gave
"Chunghee-ah." call Karina.
"Em.." replied Chunghee, with eyes still closed. The man leaned his back
"Hungry.." whine Karina.
Hah, Chunghee again sighed tiredly.
"Ramyeon or kimbab?" Ask Chunhee
"Ramyeon, sausage, kimbab, smoked egg, banana milk, keri.." Karina's speech was cut off.
"Quite, I have memorized" said Chunghee, the man then moved and began to walk towards the mini market
"Gomawo Chunghee-ah. I love you" Karina replied with her sweet smile, not forgetting with her beautiful arched eyes.
Chunghee stopped her steps, the man then turned to Karina with his lazy gaze
"I don't love you" Chunghee replied
"You're lying, I'm sure you must have loved you very much right" Karina said
"Ck have so much confidence in you" Chunghee said
"Of course I'm your best friend, so of course your narcissistic nature is contagious to me" Karina said
Chunghee rolled her eyes lazily, then re-did the steps to become a mini market
"As far as you go" Chunghee replied

Karina and Chunghee ate their food quietly, Chunghee occasionally wiped the leftovers that were stuck to the corners of Karina's lips.
"Breasure. Gomawo Chunghee-ah" Karina said after she had bribed the remaining sausage, the girl leaned her back against the seat
"Ep. From tomorrow our shift schedule will be different" Chunghee said, after she answered Karina's questions
Karina straightened her back, the girl then looked seriously at Chunghee's face, with sharp nosediving eyebrows
"Wae?" Ask Karina
"Mina Nunna is pregnant so she can't get to night shift too often, or maybe she won't get night shifts during pregnancy" Chunghee explained
"Pregnant? Is the pregnancy a problem?" Ask Karina
"The crowd is weak, so he shouldn't be too tired" Chunghee explained back
Karina nodded her head, then returned she looked at Chunghee.
"Chunghee-ah, then what about me if we shift differently?" Ask Karina
"Of course set out alone" Chunghee replied indifferently
"Yeah! You're a bitch" said Karina, then she folded her hands together in front of her chest
Chunghee chuckled, the man straightened up and grabbed Karina's hand and clasped it
"Why do you ask such a thing eoh? Of course I will take you and pick you up" Chunghee said
Karina smiled and then she held her best friend's hand back
"Why do you always suck eoh, don't you get tired of always bothering me?" Ask Karina
"Because it sucks, and I like to see your face flushed like that boiled tomato" Chunghee replied
While elsewhere, in another place a man was sitting in one of the restaurants in, the man loosened his tie all day as if strangling his neck. He took the phone from his pocket, he smiled as he looked at his picture with his two best friends which he made as his phone wallpaper.
Almost a month more he was in the land of Sakura, to be honest he missed his two best friends very much. The first two weeks he did go home and every day do a video call, but the more days he busy increasing, he can indeed fulfill his promise to always make a video call, he said, but to come home once every two weeks he can't keep it.
He misses, misses his two best friends. But how else, he must finish his job so that he can immediately return to Korea and re-engage with his two friends and family. He opened Karina's contact number, then pressed the phone symbol to contact the girl he loved
And it didn't take long, the call was connected, and the face of the girl he had always loved, the corner of Daejung's lips raised to form a sweet smile
"Nuguya?" Ask Karina from across the street
"Nan boghosipho Karina-ya" Daejung said
"Chunghee-ah do you know this man?" Karina asked Chunghee who was next to her

Daejung chuckled, getting the response and expression of his two best friends. He did not feel hurt because that was their friendship
"I miss you guys" Daejung said
"Current liar" said Karina
Once again Daejung chuckled
"You just finished?" Chunghee asked Daejung
"Em, I just finished. What are you guys doing?" Ask Daejung
"Breathe" ketus Karina
"It looks like he's really mad at you Daejung-ah" Chunghee said
"Mianhe Karina-ya, I'm really sorry. I shouldn't have reneged on a promise I made myself. I want to finish this job immediately so I can go home and see you guys soon" Daejung said
The silent keadan after, Karina lowered her head to hide her tears that had run down the river, her shoulders shaking from the crying. Chunghee who was next to Karina could only waste her breath tired, always like this every time they made a phone call with Daejung. He clenched that stumpy body, he rubbed Karina's head fondly. Karina of course returned the hug, she spilled all her tears on Chunghee's embrace
"Mianhe Karina-ya" said Daejung
"Gweanchana Daejung-ah, you memorize how Karina is. He may be angry now, but once he sees you bringing him a lot of gifts he will surely forgive you" Chunghee said trying to melt the atmosphere
Karina rewarded Chunghee's waist with a pinch that managed to make the man complain of pain
"Why are you so annoying to Chunghee-ah? da-and what with the unlucky thing I love you so much" Karina said with her sobs
Daejung chuckled at the debate between her best friends, she longed for the moment when she was between Karina and Chunghee
"Daejung-ah, I'm not at home with this shitty guy" Karina told Daejung
"Geurae I will finish my work soon and go home soon to avenge it" Daejung said with an oddity
"Basic of the bullfighter" Chunghee's lips
"Yey. gomawo Daejung-ah and when you come home, don't forget my souvenirs" said Karina.
Daejung chuckled "Geurae, I'll buy it for you when I get home"
"Jinjja?" ask Karina to make sure
"yakso" said Daejung
"Yey.. gomawo I love you Daejung-ah" Karina said by showing off her puppy eyes.
"Just what I said Daejung-ah" Chunghee said to chimed in on the chatter of her two best friends
"Yes!"karina screeches
And what followed was a fight between Karina and Chunghee, and Daejung who could only watch from across the street
