BSM Chapter. 23
“Please, Mr.” Edrick opened the car door. The black sports pajero who had not repaired his rear bumper was pulled over in front of the AFECTO Group building.
A handsome, Latin-faced man got out of the car. Sunglasses are never absent from the face. He, Ryan Antonio, swung his pace confidently. While one hand carrying a small paper bag with a branded watch logo.
But his swing of steps came to a halt before crossing the entrance threshold. Ryan turned around, then pointed his index finger at Edrick who had just closed the car door and handed the car keys to the parking attendant. Who was about to park his master's car to a special parking lot.
“What's up, Mr Ryan?” Edrick was a little surprised to see Ryan pointed his index finger at him.
“Not you said you wanted to meet that woman?” ask Ryan.
“Iya, Sir. The plan today. Why Mr Ryan?”
“Then I have a task for you.” Ryan smiled. An idea suddenly popped into his head.

As usual, Laura no longer prepares breakfast for Theo every morning. Served for free, Theo prefers breakfast at the office. Maybe because there is now Feli, so Theo prefers to have breakfast together with Feli in the office cafeteria rather than with Laura, his own wife. Unfortunately Laura only found out this truth now after many months.
It hurt Laura's heart. The pain is immeasurable. Even more sick when left by both parents. Theo's betrayal destroyed his entire body. In an instant he had lost his trust in Theo. All the old dreams he had built, had to collapse in an instant.
“I go first.” Theo said as he passed, holding up his camera.
Laura who was sitting at the dinner table enjoying her warm tea was not budging, not even looking at her. He desperately dampened his anger and heartache for Theo's actions.
Laura should have asked for an explanation. Because obviously Theo is cheating behind him. Laura should have demanded a confession from Theo. Because if left unchecked, over time will be a boomerang for himself.
But the consideration Laura, will Theo admit his actions, then apologize?
No way!
Theo will definitely deny. Laura did not have any solid evidence. At least Laura has valid evidence, which will make Theo not warty, not even evasive anymore.
But, how?
“Oh yes, Ra.” Theo came closer, taking a chair next to Laura for her to sit down.
Laura still refused to look. He chose to sip his warm tea.
“I might be out of town a few days. Yesterday I heard from Mr. Samsul that Antonio will be there for a few days. Are you okay with me living alone?” theo asked.
Laura nodded slowly. It was hard for him to say in his current mood. He knew Theo was lying to him. Theo was not about to go out of town, but was about to go to stay at Feli's place. His heartache was lied to like this. But to act, it cannot be rash.
“If there's anything with you, quickly you notify me? And remember, you are not too tired.” Under these circumstances, Theo was still showing his attention. Which made Laura fed up, whether the attention was sincere or not.
“Ya already, I leave first huh?” Theo stood up, about to move.
“If I had asked you to quit this job, would you be willing?” laura asked suddenly, stopping Theo's step swing.
Theo. Laura looked at him with confusion. Why did Laura suddenly ask such a question. Wasn't Laura the first person to support her under any circumstances?
Theo was confused as well as astonished.
“You mean?” tanya Theo folded her forehead.
Waking up from her seat, Laura walked over to Theo. From earlier his feelings were made uncorrupted. It was hard for Laura to endure this pain alone. He, Theo, the man standing before him at this moment, the man who had pledged his allegiance to him, had the heart to destroy him.
Looking at Theo's face alone, it felt like Laura was eager to land a slap in the face. A face full of falsehood.
“I want you to stop. Quit this job!” laura said in every word.
Theo was quite surprised. “Laura, what's wrong with you? You're okay, right?”
“Iya, I'm fine.”
“Well, then why did you suddenly ask me to stop? You know this is my dream?”
“I know. I know you have bigger dreams than this. But have you ever asked me what my dream is?” Laura really can't hold back her current feelings. It was hard to control that anger.
“I know you really want to have a child, Laura. But what can I do if God has not given us a chance.”
“Empress. What a hard effort. You realize no, your job is taking up a lot of your time. You barely have time for me.” Laura's emotions were exploding. Both of his eyes began to glaze over. But as much as possible he did not mention Feli. He just wanted to see if Theo still cared about him.
“Laura, from the beginning you already know the consequences of my work. From the beginning you never had a problem either. Then now why are you even becoming like this?”
Laura was silent for a moment, she regulated her breathing. He realized he was out of control. If he wants Theo to admit what he did, this is not the way he should have done it. But patience is hard.
“Sorry. I'm sorry,” said Laura to slow down her tone.
“Ya already.” Theo stretched out his hand, gently stroking Laura's arm.
“I'm sorry too. I know how you feel. I am sorry I have not fulfilled your dream. But I promise you, once my work is done, I'll take you on a vacation out of town. How?”
Oh gosh. In a state of lying though, Theo could still make a sweet promise to Laura. Either he will fulfill the promise or he will not. Or maybe Theo went on vacation with another woman.
“When is it finished?”ask Laura.
“Depends. I don't know when either. Unless you can take Antonio in front of me.”
Laura folded her forehead staring at Theo.
“Handering, darling. I was just kidding. How could you possibly meet me with that Antonio. Yes, I left first. Daaah ..” Waving his hands, Theo then passed after anchoring a kiss on Laura's forehead.
Laura was only able to blow her breath long. While looking at Theo's back that was getting away. Then it disappeared behind the front door.

“What? AFECTO Group?” Laura was surprised once she reached the store, Rere told her about the cake order from AFECTO Group. Orders in large quantities must be delivered by Laura herself.
Rere had previously offered if the order would be delivered by an online courier, but the company refused. Because they ordered in large quantities, Rere did not refuse.
“So someone came directly here ordering a cake before you came,” Rere explained.
“But why should I, Re. We can both, right? The order is many this.”
“I don't know either, Ra. But said the person, you do not need to pay compensation if you yourself who brought this cake to the company.”
Laura understood it. He knows who ordered the cake. Who else if not the owner of the Pajero that he hit the other day.
“Ya. Where's the address?” There is no other option if you do not want the problem to be longer.
