BSM Chapter. 9

“I go home,” Laura said as soon as she entered LaRisa Bakery. His face looks crumpled and pale.

Rere who was packing cheese cake orders customer was also distracted attention when he saw Laura come with her disheveled face.

Even Riri Risma, Rere's sister who helped out at the cake shop was also frowned at the disheveled face of Laura.

“Kak Laura why? How come his face is so tangled?” asked Riri who was sitting at the cashier table.

“Iya, pale again. You why the hell?” ask Rere chiming.

Laura did not immediately answer the brothers' questions. First he took a glass of water, gulped it down to the toilet.

“Re, I'm sorry ya?” laura said after sipping water. Before Rere saw, then asked what happened to his car, it would be nice for him to tell him first. Even if he knew, his best friend would not be angry.

“Apologies why, Ra.”

“I accidentally bumped into.”

“Terus?”

“Bumper your car is broken.” Laura grimaces. It was heartless to say this to Rere, though this was not the first time he had accidentally damaged Rere's car.

“Sorry, yes? I'll take it to the workshop. I promise.”

Rere breathed a sigh of relief as he gave a smile.

“Yes, Ra. Its alright. Only the car. It can still be repaired. Than you who are for nothing. That's the danger, Ra.” Rere shaking.

It was indeed Rere's attitude towards Laura, very understanding. They have been friends for a long time. Even their relationship is more than just friends. For Rere Laura it was already like her own family. And so did Laura. Rere was the only best friend he had.

“Still, yes?” Touched, Laura embraced Rere lovingly. He was lucky to have a friend like Rere. Rere did come from quite a family. But Rere never once boasted what he had. Rere was trying to live a rough life, simple as Laura.

“Iya, yes. Oh yes, there is one more order to be delivered now. You can't not? It's okay if you can't. We can rent courier.”

“Can, can. I can still, Re.” Laura immediately nodded. That soon his mood returned.

“Truly you can?”

“Can, dong. But just use the motor. Just one order, right?”

“You sure?”

“Yakin, Rere. I'm sure I can. You doubt me huh?”

“So you ran out. I'm just worried that something's going on with you. Yes, already then. This is Mr. Kevin Rianto's order. And here's the address.” Rere handed the cake that had been packed neatly as well as a piece of paper that read the buyer's address to Laura.

“OK. I'm leaving first yes.” Take the packed cake from Rere's hands. Then move on.

“Be careful, Ra.”

“Be careful, Sister Laura.”

Laura smiled as she waved her hand before finally riding her scooter and drove away with customer orders to an apartment. According to the address Rere gave. Customer name Kevin Rianto, fifth floor, room 287.

“Oke Man, I can't be long. I still have to finish some of my work. Bye.” Ryan said as he got up from his seat, fixed the tie, fixed his blazer.

“OK. Careful, man. We'll see you sometime. If I have information about the woman as soon as possible I tell you,” Kevin said as he woke up from his seat. At that moment the doorbell rang.

The two of them went to the door to drive Ryan. Open the door for other guests to come.

“Yes. That's me,” Kevin said.

“I from LaRisa Bakery delivered Mr. Kevin's order. Please, Mr.” Laura handed the plastic bag with the LaRisa Bakery logo to Kevin. Which Kevin received with a faint smile.

“Thank you.”

“I'm sorry, Mr.” Laura twisted her body, rushing out of the apartment.

Unlike Kevin who looks mediocre, Ryan was stunned to look at Laura. It was as if something was pulling on Laura's face until Ryan unblinkingly looked at her. Ryan's gaze followed until Laura disappeared behind the elevator door she entered. Because it just so happened that Kevin's apartment unit was not far from where the elevator was.

“Hey, what's up, Man.” Kevin patted Ryan's shoulder after Laura passed.

Ryan was shocked too. Then the confusion, and the wrong behavior. But his attention was still not focused on Kevin. From the look on his face it was as if the man was looking for something that was missing from his memory.

“What's the friend?” ask Kevin again. Because his best friend looks strange and unusual. Ryan seemed to have realized something.

“Sorry, Vin. I have to go.” Hurriedly saying goodbye, Ryan then took his hasty steps towards the elevator. Even he seemed impatient to press the first floor button.

For some reason, staring at Laura's face made Ryan's heart flutter. The face was familiar to him. I don't know where or when he saw that face.

Arriving on the first floor, Ryan circulated his gaze, looking all over the direction of Laura's figure. Which suddenly made him curious. Unceasingly his eyeballs rotated wildly looking for Laura's shadow. Finally, he saw Laura's back. He took his steps quickly, following Laura from behind quietly to the parking lot.

However, as soon as he reached the parking lot, Ryan was stunned. His eyes never left Laura. Especially when he saw the matik scooter number plate that Laura was about to ride made him immediately remember a small accident this morning. He was also recalling the face he only briefly saw when the same small accident happened this afternoon.

Ryan also began to suspect, is it possible that the driver of Avanza and the scooter mat cause the bumper of the dented car is the same person?

But that face, it's like Ryan wasn't the only one that saw Laura's face. The face was familiar to him.

While Ryan was recalling something, Laura was already riding on her scooter. Already wearing a helmet, Laura has also turned on the engine, and just stamped the gas. Suddenly a voice stopped him.

“Wait!”

The heavy voice of a man distracted Laura immediately. Laura was surprised to see the man in Kevin's apartment come to her.

“Ma-sorry, you called me?” ask Laura to make sure.

Ryan raised his right hand, pointing his index finger at Laura.

“You ..” Ryan frowned, looking at Laura sharply. Making Laura misbehave was also confused.

“Sorry, do you know me?” ask Laura again. The man frightened her until her fur brimmed. He even wondered in his heart, had he made a mistake? Or maybe there was a problem with the cake order?

“Sorry, Sir. If there is a problem with the cake, or if you want to complain, you can say it now. Our store will replace it with a new one that better suits your taste. Or if Master wants to cancel the order, our store will refund you.” Laura gulped. Fear and anxiety began to slip. The man kept staring at him. He started to think non-no. Is that guy a bad guy? If yes, what should he do now? It's unlucky his fate if it's true that guy is a bad guy. He has no skills in self-defense.

“Tu-lord, are you..”.

“You hit my car last afternoon right?” sela Ryan fast.

Laura was silent. The sentence he was about to utter was swallowed just like that. Now he was at a loss for words when Ryan said again.

“You were also the one who overtook my car this morning carelessly, until finally there was a consecutive accident. You're the guy. You remember that incident, right? The black pajero you hit?” Ryan looked at Laura. Makes Laura's heart beat with fear.

Oh my god!

Laura could only swallow.

“You must indemnify.”
