Elfa was startled and confused as the two guests festively backs their hands and kisses her. Directly hugging the two women simultaneously while shouting, "Sister El!"
Juan Mahardika and Assistant Dwi Saputra looked at each other and could only ask with one eye. Their guess is not the former's true past. Now confused and unable to guess who the two women were hugging Elfa were.
"Are you Devi and Dina?"
"Yes, Brother. Thank you," they replied simultaneously while hugging Elfa back.
"Let's go in first!" Elfa invited the two guests in and sat down in the living room.
Juan Mahardika sat down and immediately hugged Elfa's waist. Keep looking at the face of the wife who still looks a little pale. Swabbing her back pain this morning, "Still her waist pain?" he asked while whispering.
"No."
"Who are they, honey?"
"Include him Dina and Devi."
"Why does he know this address?"
I talked to two guests who had just arrived. Elfa told me she had just received news from Rena about the achievements of two SMK graduate students majoring in fashion. They are two girls who got a student duty program from Elfa and are now getting student duties from colleges in Italy.
After finding out if Elfa is in Italy, Dina and Devi ask for an address and want to meet the person who contributed to their education. Want to thank you for all the services and costs in education.
Although the two women had a difficult time ever married sirri by parents. Not discouraging achievement in education. They got a student duty at a very famous fashion school in Italy.
All because of the cost support from Elfa and Juan Mahardika. Support and advice from Rena Dan Kris. As well as the spirit to go forward and fight like the leader of a girl fighter.
Many times the two women said thanks either to Elfa, Juan Mahardika or to Assistant Dwi Saputra. Very great service for the future of a girl who comes from the village. Can get higher education even though not from among the people.
"Why didn't Rena tell me?" ask Asiten Dwi Saputra.
"Maybe Rena hasn't dared to tell you about work because Assistant Dwi is very busy" replied Elfa.
"Maybe too, I'll just WA."
"Dina, Devi try you to tell me where you live now and what the student duty system is!" elfa command.
"We live in a dormitory, sister," replied Dina.
"Eating is already provided in the dormitory, to the campus live on foot," Devi tells.
"I'm still adjusting about the food menu because it's hard to leave the rice, Brother El." Dina who is fattened is used to eating rice three times a day.
"How does Dina adjust?" ask Assistant Dwi Saputra.
"I chose the last meal, and waiting for the wheat bread Ciabitta friend who ate not run out, I will take it to the room for stock when hungry," replied Dina as she chuckled.
"Sometimes the friend who gave the Ciabitta wheat bread was asking in return for the dishwashing," Devi continued Dina's story.
"I like to work, it doesn't matter the dishwashing that matters a full stomach."
"Calm down, Ciabitta bread is just as carbohydrate as rice" Juan Mahardika said.
Ciabitta wheat bread is a typical Italian bread made with wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, and olive oil. The bread shape is wide, elongated, and flat, so it is called Ciabatta. The meaning of Ciabitta is literally sandals, because the shape of this typical Italian bread is mostly like slippers flattened elongated.
A distinctive feature of Ciabitta bread is that there is a crisp crust on its surface. Similar to ancient bread the shape and texture look classic. On the inside, ciabatta bread is white and has a fairly chewy texture, and has a hole like bread that is processed using fermentation.
The most unique when the new Ciabatta bread comes out of the oven, will have a crisp crust. However, its texture turned soft as it had cooled down. When Ciabatta bread is cut, the crust is more chewy, and has no hard texture at all.
As in Indonesia, the main food is rice. In Italy, their staple food is bread made from wheat flour or wheat. One of the most popular is Ciabitta wheat bread which is often served in Dina and Devi dormitories.
"Didn't you guys find an Asian restaurant selling rice?" ask Assistant Dwi Saputra.
"On campus there is, but I have to be able to save," replied Dina while looking down.
"But just calm down, Dina's stomach is like a sack, anything goes in that is important to be full." Devi entertains friends one struggle in demanding knowledge.
"Well that's right." Dina gave two thumbs up while chuckling.
Elfa smiled at Dina and Devi's story. Their spirit was burning even within the limitations that made Elfa proud. There is a satisfaction in seeing them succeed out of the circle of tradition that is very detrimental to the village girl.
Dina and Devi before going home, are given an allowance by Elfa. Plus some nice clothes and never used to go to college. Do not forget to give advice to eagerly learn for the future.
Until nightfall, Juan Mahardika was still wondering inwardly about the female guest this afternoon. Elfa didn't tell me about the student duty at all. When his wife took the money and the transfer, never asked who it was for.
Elfa saw the face of her husband who was still pensive. Usually when Elfa in arms always caress and kiss the forehead. However, the current moment only fell silent while holding the cheek, "Akak ...?"
Juan Mahardika did not hear Elfa's call. Still pensive and reminded of the student duty, "Son!" shouted Elfa.
"Eee ... What's up, honey?"
"Why daydream?"
"I'm still confused by the guest student duties of the two women."
"Why?"
"Why don't you know about that, why didn't El tell me about the student duty as Akak?"
Elfa smiled as she rubbed Juan Mahardika's cheek, "I've never heard nothing about how to give alms, that is, if your right hand is alms try not to know your left hand."
"Pakde Sarto used to talk about it, but Akak did not expect Akak's wife had long practiced it."
"Aren't you angry, are you?"
"Akak is proud, Akak is more in love with El, unfortunately El is PMS, otherwise I would have loved the awards and gifts in action until morning."
"That's not a reward or a gift, that's what I want" Elfa replied, pursing her lips.
While chuckling and kissing Elfa's forehead many times with anxiety, "You know the hell, I love you full, Garwoku."
