16. Battle in the city 3

In a reconnaissance site devoted to lurking purple spirals in the Karimata Strait. This place is in the Provisional Government Center in the underground city of Jakarta.
Most of the officers here are Main Force Soldiers who are at ‘Gate’ Reconnaissance Unit.
The gate in question here is of course the purple spiral. Called ‘Gate’ because the place pulled out a lot of troops from an unknown place.
(Information: There has been no order to conduct reconnaissance regarding the spiral because since its appearance the spiral has always been closely guarded by otherworldly forces. Of course the military has not dared to take this step because of limited equipment and power. Unmanned aircraft can only lurk for 9 hours without stopping. There are many monitors as a tool for the work of the officers and a large LCD screen to show the purple spiral guarded by dozens of warships of other world troops.
Some officers updated the current state of the purple spiral. A few more control the drones to circle the purple spirals and try to unknow the enemy soldiers who are aboard the battleships of the otherworldly forces.
“Hei seems like something is strange with that spiral, “ said one of the soldiers who controls one of the drones.

Fellow soldiers who noticed the oddity in the purple spiral began updating the footage played on the LCD screen so that everyone in this place could observe.
Everyone in this place looks at the LCD screen. They looked earnestly to see whether there was indeed an oddity or not.
“What spiral is moving?” said one soldier.
“Entahlah. But maybe it's just the ocean currents that are not calm, ” replied his colleague.
Indeed the weather in the place where the purple spiral was located was not very good. But who knew if the purple spiral actually moved?.

On top of one of the otherworldly forces' warships protecting the purple spiral in the Karimata Strait.
A leader of this army was seen smiling while standing at the highest place on his ship. The entire soldier could see himself even from a distance of 25 meters.
“Victory for the Government will be realized after ‘Gate’ reaches the center of this country's territory. Give your spirit to our Kingdom..!” he said in a loud tone with a single breath.
Either all his subordinates heard his words or not.
But all the soldiers simultaneously reply, “Siap..!”.
The purple spiral they refer to as ‘Gate’ does indeed move. It caused a small wave around the Gate.
The weather in the middle of the sea is indeed a little bad and makes the moving Gate visible only exposed to strong sea currents. That was what made the people in the Gate Reconnaissance Unit think so.
That means no one knows if the Gate is moving towards Java Island at a slow speed.

Nio saw one otherworldly soldier hit by another shot again.
“Sial, blur..!” said one of the otherworldly warriors chasing after the surviving Nio.
They ran in no direction that might have made them stray or anything like that.
Without a second thought Nio also ran towards the main force. The main force was still doing battle with the dragon riding army.
While running, Nio looked up the entire building to look for the whereabouts of Tania who might have been in one of the buildings around where Nio was running.
While in front of the building where Tania was located there was a voice calling out to Nio from above.
“So really he protected me?” muttered Nio with a wry smile.
Tania looked down at where Nio was while saying, “ Nio, wait for me.!”
Tania quickly descended one by one the steps of this building. Sometimes he also met people who took shelter in this building. Of course they look scared, but not to Tania. What they feared was of course the battle that was still going on until tonight. Plus the dark atmosphere of the building adds to the gloom.
The day was not too late and the sunlight was still slightly visible between the buildings. But the illumination made the dark atmosphere difficult for the main army to attack the dragons that fly and walk.
The dragon-riding force has not shown any sign of retreating even if their ‘th-strongest’ dragon is dead.
As long as the Commander of this army is alive, under no circumstances will this army continue to fight even though anti-tank guided missiles have been directed at the remaining dragons.
The next missile is ready to fire, just waiting for Surya's order.
Meanwhile, Herlina still rained down the rest of the soldiers and the enemy dragons with the remaining bullets they had.
The most reliable in this army were snipers who had almost run out of ammunition.3 of them had already retreated and reported to Surya.
“Why are you guys backing down!?” surya asked with an annoyed face as he had not ordered the sniper to retreat.
“Sorry, we are running out of ammunition and want to pick it up again in the transport truck,” replied one of the soldiers.
After that, the three soldiers ran into a transport truck next to a guided-missile transport vehicle that was ready to fire its ammunition.
“Padahat only stand rule, but why he could be Captain anyway?” said one of the soldiers who opened the box containing ammunition for snipers.
“Be quiet, but I think it's more fitting for Captain Herlina to be our captain,” replied his partner.
“I agree,” replied his other colleague.
When they got out of the truck, they saw 5 dragons flying above them and burning the truck. Quickly the three soldiers jumped and almost hit by a burst of fire that immediately burned the truck.
Seeing that Herlina instantly shouted, “All ran, away from that truck..!”.
The entire army ran in chaos as the fire that burned the truck began to grow.
Armored vehicles located near the transport trucks were immediately kept away which made the rider have to be very careful.
Since the trucks were transporting explosive goods, they were several tens of meters away from the truck.
“Thank God still had time,” said Herlina and other soldiers while stroking the chest.

The building around the truck also suffered damage. The dragon riding force that flew over the army was also affected which caused the warrior riding the dragon to fall to the ground violently. One of them landed on a truck that was still burning and some unburned ammunition was also still there.
The commander of the dragon riding force said with a astonished face, “What big explosion was that?”
“Do not know Commander, but it comes from the enemy,” replied his subordinate.
“It's good. The whole team is advancing..!” his orders.
The entire remaining army advanced quickly which caused the snipers who were not far away from them to run backwards.
Simultaneously, several missiles shot towards the approaching enemy forces.
“Who told you to shoot huh!?” said Surya with an angry tone.
Because he did not immediately give orders and the enemy troops continued to approach threatening the other forces. But there is another reason why the soldiers operating the missiles directly fired missiles without orders from Surya.
“Sorry, but the situation is very dire and you did not immediately give the order to shoot,” said one of the soldiers.
Surya of course grew annoyed with that answer and immediately grabbed hold of the soldier's uniform collar and furiously said, “I'm the Captain, and I gave the order.”
The soldier who saw that instantly did not dare to look at Surya who looked annoyed.
Some of them murmured, “Is it really him who defeated the enemy forces?”
“Trust do not believe me,” replied his colleague.
But thanks to the surprise attack was enough to mess up the enemy troops that were almost destroyed.
The commander of the dragon riding force was hit by the attack which left him dead.
His troops who saw their commander dead chose not to continue the battle and raised both hands.
Seeing that, Herlina gave the code to stop the firing.
Slowly the enemy soldiers abandoned their dragons and advanced towards the main force on standby with the surrendered enemy.
Some soldiers were sent to hold off the enemy soldiers. But the problem is the dragons who are left by their owners.
There was no other choice but to kill the remaining dragons with a few missiles left.

Nio had already not heard any more firing sounds just after a huge explosion.
“What explosion exactly was there?” tanya Tania who ran back with Nio to the main force.
“Do not know. Hopefully they don't lose,” replied Nio who ran while carrying Tania's sniper rifle.
When he was about to arrive at where the main troops were, Nio and Tania saw some parts of the dragon and human bodies scattered due to a missile attack.
Not caring about the scene, Nio and Tania kept running until they met the soldiers who cleared up the rest of the war.
“Nio, where have you been?” rio asked who was transporting some parts of the dragon body with his partner.
“Save yourself,” replied Nio briefly because he wanted to see his Captain soon.
Nio looked at Herlina and immediately approached her.
“Nio, wherever you are. I thought you were dead,” Herlina said in an anxious tone.
“Of course save yourself, and get a little lost,” replied Nio with a slanted smile.
Nio looked around him who was busy clearing the battle ground. Some soldiers take care of enemy soldiers who have given up on bringing into the underground city that has been opened.
Some soldiers also sat on the asphalt directly because they were tired of this battle.A few more distributed drinks to the soldiers who were resting.
But there are some bodies of soldiers scattered around the battle site that have not been transported by the residents in carts.
“Then where will the bodies of enemy soldiers be buried?” ask Nio to Herlina.
“That's the problem,” Herlina replied anxiously.
Nio was worried about one thing that was quite threatening to him because what Nio did was almost the same as escaping from the battlefield. Although what Nio did was to save himself from the pursuit of the enemy.
